Review: Yesterday, I placed an order and on every item it was stated: "ships today" which was Tuesday, but they haven't sent the package out and as far as I could tell with the process of the order is: it's still being processed, the order is still open, meaning they haven't shipped it.

Sure, on their site they state: "usually ships within 24 - 48 hours," but they are purposely holding the packages and orders until Wednesday nights, thus it's 4 days after the order is placed is said order is placed on Sunday Night/Monday Morning. Not to mention they are using FedEx yet changing the costumer $5.95 for a package that would either wise be here by Wednesday if ordered on a Sunday night/Monday morning from some other place.

If they are looking for more consumers, I suggest they get speedy with shipping especially when the order is placed on Mondays. I only order from Luckyvitamin once every 3 months, but because they had a lesser price for something I ordered from them two weeks ago and the package was not sent 'til Wednesday night, And then it's passed off to USPS in New Kensington instead of the FedEx delivery guy coming out here.

They are robbing people of $5.95 for shipping that otherwise would be at the doorstep on Wednesday morning when placed at other online places, such as: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted].

Luckyvitamin is only two counties over from me, and it takes 6 days to get here, especially when they are using FedEx. It's high way robbery.

I had emailed them, complaining about the shipping, sure they refunded $5.95, but they are purposely delaying the package. They do this no matter what time of the year it is.

I would like to pay $5.95 for my package to get to my doorstep on Wednesday morning, not Saturday late afternoon because they passed it off to USPS.Desired Settlement: I would like to pay $5.95 for my package to get to my doorstep on Wednesday morning, not Saturday late afternoon because they didn't package and send it off until Wednesday night and then passed it off to USPS.

The website stated free shipping if ordering $49 or more. My order surpassed that and the website's pre-confirmation page said shipping was $0...but low and behold, after clicking the pay button, I was charged $7 shipping. They refused to refund my shipping cost even though I certainly qualified for free shipping. They are a crooked bunch and told them as a first time customer I would never buy from them again nor refer anyone to them. What a shame...$7 stinking dollars could have saved a business relationship and had me buying more goods from them.

Review: I purchased a $30 gift card for this company on Jan 15, 2015. I attempted to use it that night and my order was immediately cancelled. When I called to inquire I waited on hold for 45 minutes and found out it was cancelled due to an incorrect billing address. I gave the woman on the phone my correct billing address and replaced my order. As soon as I hung up the phone I received an email that my order had been cancelled yet again. Assuming that since my order was cancelled my gift card was still valid, I tried to place a completely new order. Well my gift card had been marked as redeemed. Furious now, I call again and wait another 45 minutes to talk to a customer service rep who tells me my gift card is still valid but gives me a new code. I hang up and try to replace my order only to be unbelievable outraged when the new code I was given doesn't work. So I call yet AGAIN and wait ANOTHER 45 minutes to speak to someone. This time when I'm given the new code I keep her on the phone so I can make sure it works. IT DOESN'T. So I am forced to place my order right there on the phone, reading the item number to every single item in my order. My order was finally placed on Jan. 22/2015. I received an immediate email stating that one of the items in my order was backordered and that I would be updated on the status of my order as the item arrives back in stock. On 3/21/15, after not hearing anything regarding my backordered item for 2 months, I sent an email stating how mad I was at their terrible customer service and I wanted my money back. I received an email response a FULL WEEK later stating that my order had been cancelled due to the item being backordered for 60 days and that I still had a voucher. I NEVER received any correspondence regarding my cancelled order which leads me to think maybe they thought I would forget and they could keep my money. Anyway, I went on to order something else with the newest code I had been given. Low and behold, the code did not work. I'm done dealing with this company. I really hope they go out of business.Desired Settlement: I want the remaining balance from my gift card. I DO NOT want another "voucher" that doesn't work. I will NEVER order from this company again so a "voucher" will do me no good. I don't want this crooked company to be able to keep doing this to people. As I can see from the other complaints here on this website, I'm not the only one this has happened to.

Review: I ordered some items from Luckyvitamin via [redacted] on February 3, 2015, using "pay by [redacted]" link. I paid for it using my [redacted] credit and remaining balance with my credit card.

On Feburary 17, 2015, they canceled a portion of my order, because some of the items are out of stock, and they don't plan on receiving those items for over a month. Lucky vitamin canceled the pending charge that was going to my credit card; however, they did not void the pending charge to [redacted] credit.

I have emailed numerous times asking their customer service to void the pending charge of -$42.68, but they have not done so. Originally, their customer service representatives told me it would be completed by February 24, 2015. I emailed them to tell them that I can still see the pending charge, and no one has responded to me.

As long as this pending charge to my [redacted] account is there, I cannot check-out using [redacted] account from another company (such as [redacted], etc). [redacted] told me the only account holder that can void the charge is the one that created it, so only LuckyVitamin can void the charge.Desired Settlement: LuckyVitamin's customer service representative has to actually log into their corporate [redacted] account and void the charge going into my account. What I'm asking for is very simple and costs nothing, but they have been very unresponsive/irresponsible. I would like to be able to use my [redacted] account ASAP.

Review: Lucky Vitamin has not removed me from almost daily email promotions, despite them cliaiming to have removed me four times, twice in email correspondence and twice by phone.Desired Settlement: Successful and permanent removal from all Lucky Vitamin email advertising/promotions to my email.

Review: I was searching for a product called Nelsons Pure and Clear facial wash on the web. The search returned the product from lucky vitamin. I selected a quantity of 3. When I received the package from Lucky Vitamin, it contained a product that I had not ordered. So, I called and spoke with Edda representative on 11/15. She disagreed with me and told me that I had ordered the product that I received. I said no she was wrong, that this was not the product I ordered. So, rather than continue to argue with her, I asked to speak with her supervisor, and she refused stating there were no supervisors available to speak with me. I called lucky vitamin a 2nd time on 11/17 and went through to customer service I again requested a supervisor and was told by the rep, they would call me back. No one ever called me back. Apparently, Lucky Vitamin does not allow its supervisors to speak with it's customers...hmmm. This is the first time I have come across this issue. I am surprised they refuse to assist me with this issue. or maybe I shouldn't be based on what I am seeing with complaints on the internet.Desired Settlement: I want Lucky Vitamin to schedule a pick up from my home for the return of this product that I did not order and a total refund of 21.82.

Review: I order a 10 count case of Peter Rabbit Apple and Pear puree from Lucky Vitamin through Amazon.com. When my order arrived there was only one pouch of puree in the box. I contacted them requesting that they fulfill my order by sending me the remaining 9 pouches that were in my order and the company refuses to do so without further compensation. I do not feel this is fair to me. The company claims it was a web design error and the intended quantity to be sold was only 1. I feel that since the website stated I was purchasing a 10 count case I have the right to demand they fulfill my order.Desired Settlement: I would like the remainder of the 10 count case to be shipped to me ASAP

Review: I placed an order through Lucky Vitamin on May 1, 2014. I never received my product, and they took my Pay Pal Balance of $47.57. They said that my order was canceled, but they never canceled it as promised. The item was recalled back in March 2014, but they were still selling this item. This is a health hazard to be selling a product that was recalled. I've been getting the run around from both PayPal and Lucky Vitamin. PayPal said that Lucky Vitamin never canceled the order properly, and this is why I never received my money back yet. I called Lucky Vitamin, and I spoke to a manager [redacted]. He at first said that they canceled my order and refunded me. When I brought up that PayPal advised me that his company never canceled the order properly, he admitted that they never canceled it. Lucky Vitamin is clearly LYING, and I want my money. [redacted] said that he wasn't going to refund me, and his accounting department handles that. I advised [redacted] if I didn't get a refund today I would hand them in to the Revdex.com. [redacted] said that he didn't care and to go ahead. I hung up on him.Desired Settlement: I want my refund NOW!!!!!!

Review: Horrible customer service. I accidentally made a wrong purchase, but realized it within an hour and contacted the customer service to cancel the purchase. Was told it's impossible to cancel the purchase and it's been processing for shipping, which actually was shipped 2 (TWO) days after I placed the order. Now I have to pay to ship the item back and they will charge me the original shipping cost too. So basically there's no point shipping $20 back. I ordered the item I meant to buy from [redacted] the same day (right after I realized I made a mistake) and I received it 5 days earlier. Plus there was no shipping charges and price was much better than luckyvitamin had. Horrible company -- will never ever shop there again.Desired Settlement: Send me the prepaid label to ship it back and refund me the whole amount including the original shipping.

The email was check and responded to at approximately 7:30AM however the Fulfillment department had already loaded this order for processing into their system and no changes could be made. The order was completed within a couple of hours and packed for shipping on Saturday morning.Under daily operating hours, customer service could have assisted the customer quickly to make the adjustments needed.
