We have tried contacting [redacted] on 7/6. We have received no response from her since then. I can provide screen shots of the emails I have sent to her.

I am rejecting this response because: no resolution was given. Finding a consultant locally does not do anything for the fact that I had to pay sales tax in the past. If the company is aware of this problem, they need to do something to rectify it, not just continually say "they're working on it" and not do anything for thier customers. LuLaRoe is going to lose me, and many many others as customers over this issue if they don't make it right. Its the principle.

Regarding the above claim with [redacted] we have sent out replacement items (5 in Total). She did submit under the Happiness claim on 7/27/2017 in which at the time she submitted she did not send her items back which was a requirement to receive a credit. By the time she returned her items in September 2 months later we had already stopped that and were only issuing replacements. Her tracking number for her Replacements is as followed [redacted]   [redacted] is aware of this and was okay with receiving the product per her conversation with [redacted] which is a Supervisor for the Consumer Team. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide for you.

[redacted] has let me know things are being changed with the leggings production from bottom to top. The Manufacturing places have been corrected, and they now have people going through things before they leave the warehouse to the consultants. She has been wonderful explaining how things are changing for the better and I'm hoping no one will have an experience like mine. Thank you for mediating for me.
