I was reached out to by a very nice womanShe went through all of the issues I have had and is sending out replacement items for the products that were defectiveAs long as the replacement items arrive I am happy with the agreement we reachedI do however hope they fix their issues with sales tax and tax on shipping

After hearing the explanation I understand why I would not be able to choose a print and I
am satisfied with that responseHowever nothing was mentioned explaining why I only received one pair of leggings when I am supposed to have been getting pairs

We have contacted *** regarding her issueShe stated she would like a refund for her damaged items, I let her know our policy here at home office is that we cannot refund/exchange items for customers only the
consultant can refund/exchange items for themWe have also contacted the consultant her purchased from, and she has stated she will be in contact with *** to get this situation sorted out and get *** taken care of in the best possible way

I "accept" the response
since I am thankful that they reached out to me to try to do something but mailing me pairs of leggings doesn't completely make this right since I'm still out $each for other pair that have the same issue as the othersI also haven't been given a tracking number for the pair they're sending so I'm not certain if they've shipped or not
