I have not received a refund and the company is lying in their response.  I did not even complete the order - I canceled before completing and my account was charged not once, but twice, without my consent and without me acknowledging any 14 day trial as I never even got to that screen - this company needs to be shut down - what they did constitutes fraud.  I will reply further when I actually see a refund

The refund was processed at the time the complaint was received.There is no further action we can take.

We have refunded the customer her the rest of her $6.45 for her expedited shipping but cannot refund her shipping fee since the service has already been provided

The customer also canceled their recurring for soleil eye cream. the customer was called back twice on 5/11/17 by the supervisor to respond to their issues but did not answer. We feel for the customer’s concerns and have processed a full refund as requested. In addition, this customer has been taken off our recurring billing list. Please allow 5-7 business days from the above mentioned date for the refund to process. The customer only paid the price of shipping and handling and will not be refunded for those services rendered

Unfortunately, we still do not have the ability to credit money to accounts for shipping.

The refund images were sent from our banking gateway and show as successful. The funds have long been deducted from our account through the banking system. Please show your bank those banking gateway images and have them investigate further as we do not have the funds

I had clicked the no thanks button on everything else offered including the eye product. When I called lumiere the first business day after the order was placed, she told me I could return it for a complete refund. I wouldn't have returned the product if she told me I was still going to be charged for it. I was promised a complete refund. That is what I expect.
