Today I had a luna salesman stop by to quote some flooring in my homeThe quote was double what I was expecting and he would not itemize the quoteHe kept saying 'there is only one price that matters at the end of the day' Luna is running a percent of materials sale, yet he would not show me how or if that was appliedIn addition to this, the salesman was very arrogant and rude to my wife and I I will gladly take my business elsewhere

Poor customer service We have used Luna once in the past and they did a decent job with a carpet installation However, when we contacted this time, they set up an appointment window and never showed up Upon contacting them about the missed appointment and told them that nobody even called us, they claimed there was a scheduling appointment and we rescheduled for the next day They failed to show up for the second appointment as well and never once called us with a reason I understand that things go wrong but when it happens two times in a row, that is unacceptable

I purchased $worth of carpeting but it turned out to be bad guality and most of it started unravelingbin stringsI contacted the company more than two weeks ago and they promised to investigste the matter in hoursIt's been over two weeks and everyday they promise to get back to me in hoursThis is s company that is dishonest and no one should ever do business with them

Had Luna schedule to install carpet on stairs (a small job 400.00) they never showed up the first day and didn't call to tell us They rescheduled two days later and never showed up again Call Customer service and they said the carpet still wasn't ready and that they person who was going to,call and tell us left for the day Terrible service wouldn't recommend this company to anyone a year old could run a better business they the people running this one
