Fraudulent charge was made to my credit card
I saw the same ad on Facebook many are complaining about. This company offered a free sample and I paid shipping charges on 3/15/2020. Upon receipt, I carefully read the literature which detailed this was a automatic paid subscription . I called (833) 727-9280 (listed in brochure) and explained this was misleading and to cancel the future shipments . I spoke to a man who said his name was Tarri and his rep number was *** I was given a cancelation number *** He assured me I would not be charged for the samples and no further charges would be mad . On 4/28/2020, I received a possible fraud alert from my credit card company that they billed me for 99.94 under the name , Powerupbeauty. I searched the company to find they have the same logo but different company name. This company needs to be stopped from making false claim . To add to the grief, the "sample" bottles they tried to bill me for were not even full, they were partially filled when I received.

Desired Outcome

I'm filing so no others will be misled and fraudulently charged.

30 days after cancelled subscription, account charged for $100. Called CS. Was told I only cancelled one account. Wouldn't give me entire refund. SCAM
Cancelled subscription on 3/12/2020. Was assured all was cancelled and even given partial refund. On 4/15/2020, received an email stating order was on the way. Immediately called CS and was told I should have known only "one account" was cancelled, not both. I was charged $107. He even told me he saw documentation of the call on 3/12/2020, but it was my fault that I didn't understand. He refused to refund me the entire amount, and said the shipment was already on the way. I was AGAIN assured my account was cancelled and finally given a 50% refund. I am owed 54 dollars, but it's a cheap lesson. I was asked over and over why I didn't like the product, and even argued with. This is a total scam. Please investigate so other people aren't taken advantage of.

Desired Outcome

100% refund, not 50%. And please cite them for unfair business practices.

This company is still sending and charging for product that was cancelled.
I have tried several times and called several phone numbers - 877-671-0074 (on product and skincare order form & 877-670-8521 & 877-934-4721 on credit card charge from statement to cancel order and stop shipping and charging my credit card for this product and have been told that they cannot find an order related to my name, address, city, state, zip, phone number or email address. I have also provided the 1st 6 and last 4 digits of my credit card to help the customer service person find the order and to no avail they are still sending product and charging my credit card. Luna Skincare Rejunvenating Facial Serum ($89.95) & Luna Skincare Revitalizing Moisturizer ($87.35). Called again today 12/30/2019 and they still say they cannot find and order to cancel.

Desired Outcome

I would like this company to stop shipping product and charging my credit card for said product. They need to refund my credit card and to stop further contact.

Ordered a free trial of face serum which was advertised as new Joanna Gaines' product and was charged $89,95 subscription without previous notice
I saw an advertisement on Facebook of a new skincare product line implemented by Joanna Gaines that other celebrities adored. The offer stated "free trial sample" with $5,95 shipment cost, no other information on any subscription fees or anything like that was mentioned. I made my order # 6E9FEF550A on July 9, 2017, shipment address XXXX XXrd *** NY 11214. I received my order on July 14 and found that instead of the Under Eyes treatment which was added as a second item there was a Day&Night cream. I contacted [email protected] and was advised to call their Customer Care at 877-671-0074 which I did and was advised they would refund me the shipping cost and resend the correct sample. They did refund the $5,95 shipment cost and sent another sample box with exactly the same wrong sample. I called CC again and was told they would "cancel this order as well" and I even received the confirmations of cancellation for both orders (Purchase ID: *** , Cancellation Date: 07/21/2017 and Purchase ID: A6EXXXXXXX
Cancellation Date: 08/01/2017 ). Their support was quite rude, sent me back and forward to different representatives and not even once I heard of any subscriptions related to their product or anything like that. Did not want to deal with that company anymore and forgot the issue. Till August 33, 2017 when I got the charge of $89,95 on my debit card. I called their CC again and was advised that the charge was for the "free samples" that I received earlier since I did not call to cancel the future subscription. They wouldn't listen to any explanation, that the FB advertisement didn't say anything about subscription, that no email notification or a representative on the phone during my calls was received. They just told "you did not call to cancel the subscription therefore you've been charged for it. This was ridiculous since I had their written cancellations! Unfortunately nothing helped. They just brought me to tears since at that time we just moved to US, had limited funds and the debit card I used belonged to a foreign bank which wouldn't accept charge disputes at that time. And I didn't know abt Revdex.com ether. I got even more upset when found that none of the celebrities whose pictures and comments were used in the advertising was related to the product same as Joan Gaines announced she had nothing in common with that. I'm attaching the screenshots of our correspondence, order confirmation, cancellations confirmations and the text msg notification from the bank about the charge.

Desired Outcome

I'm seeking a refund for the unauthorized charge for this fraud

I was on Facebook when I order the free trial when I was not aware I was gonna be charge for another order after which I did not want at all.
I was charged for another order and was not aware of being charged for a order that I did not ask for. For one transaction date is 08/09/19 for the ATI*HealthyBody is what the order says. The second one says 08/11/19 for Lunaskincream.com neither one has a specific order name of what it is. Both say the location is CA.

Desired Outcome

I just want my refund and to be taken off a list of getting charged for orders I did not want. Which I was not asked to do any membership or anything. I rather be removed for the list and my card taken off as well.

This company has been taking 89.12 every month. I have not purchased anything nor did I sign up for anything.
I did not purchase or receive any products but this company has been taking $89.12 every month.

Desired Outcome

I want this company to discontinue taking money from my account.

Unauthorized charge to my checking account for something never ordered or received
While looking at my checking account transactions I noticed a charge made by Luna Skincare for $89.12 dated 12-11-2018. I have not ordered nor received any product from this company and do not wish to. I haven't had any contact with this company and therefore don't have any contact number for them. I would like to have the amount of $89.12 returned to my account and do not want any further charges from or transactions with this company.

Desired Outcome

I would like the $89.12 from the unauthorized debit refunded. I do not want this company to take any funds from my banking account cosidering I have not requested or received any of their products.

Never received or authorized charges to my credit card
I was charged 5.89 for shipping & handling for a sample of a skin care product. I never received the sample but was charged for it and another sample 4.96 the next day. Then 2 weeks later I was charged an additional 96.74 and 89.12 for something I never authorized or received. I am very mindful of the wording of on-line samples, as I was burned on one once before. I called Capital One with a credit card dispute and they are looking into this and were familiar with this company.

Desired Outcome

I would like a TOTAL refund (196.71) of all of these charges and the assurance that my card number will not be used for future "shipments"

Purchased sample/trial skin care item and luna skin care continued to withdrawal money from my checking account without my knowledge and consent.
My daughter purchased a sample/trial skin care item online for $4.95 from luna skin care on 7/11/17. Then luna skin care continued to withdrawal funds from my checking account without my knowledge. In the packages there was no contact information. So in mid September/October I sent the packages I did have back by certified mail to the address on the box and asked them to please stop sending them and charging my account. They changed their name and continued to withdrawal the money. When I did finally make contact with them they said that they do not accept returns. I told them that I sent everything back and they are keeping my almost $800 dollars? Does that even sound okay? The only thing the rep would say is that we do not accept returns that was totally up to me to send them back. Every time I received a package after that I put return to sender on the box and put it back in the mail. They offered to refund half of the last purchase which was 40 something dollars. I called my bank to stop pymts and my bank told me that it would probably be quicker if I tried to get the refund myself so when I called luna back because I filed a claim with my bank they said that I needed to get my bank on 3way. I called my bank back and they said they don't do that. I just want luna skin care to refund my money for an item that I did not receive because I sent them back unopened. Here is a list of withdrawal dates and amounts: 7/28/17 mybeautyserums $89.95; 7/31/17 youryouthfulskinca $87.35; 8/28/17 mybeautyserums $89.95; 8/30/17 youryouthfulskincare $87.35; 9/28/17 Miller East Corp $89.95; 10/02/17 youryouthfulskincare $87.35; 10/30/17 Miller East Corp $89.95; 10/30/17 mdmskipcorp $87.35; 11/30/17 mdmskincorp $87.35; all these transactions total $796.55 (not including the sample/trial amounts). I had to close the bank account that I used because of all these transactions so I would like for them to refund the $796.55 (in a check if possible) that they took from me for a product that was returned.

Desired Outcome

I would like for them to refund the $796.55 in a check form if possible because I had to close my checking account. Revdex.com should consider class action law suit for false advertisement.

I asked for the "free" samples as promoted on MSN message. I have been charged for product I did not order or want.
I signed up for "free" samples of Luna Serum. When I hit enter I was also automatically signed up for the Eye cream. Total cost was around $10 so I didn't pursue further.
It wasn't until I had issues with my new credit card and received a call from the fraud department on a pending charge that I found that I had been charged $89.65 and $98.64 earlier in February and I had not noticed since I had not received my credit card statement. I called the company directly and they said I needed to cancel within 30 days and it was beyond that date. I am still waiting to see if they come through with the refunds they said they would send me.
I am frustrated that such companies can advertise as a legitimate company on MSN and have not been stopped.

Each time they charged my account it was under a different name.

Desired Outcome

I want to get my money refunded. More so, I want them to not be able to advertise these products.

I have received credit for the 3 charges on my credit card and they have cancelled future shipments.

I did receive a package and have emailed them at least 3 times on how to return the product. I do not want to keep it and give them reason to charge me again.

This company is committing fraud, no where did it say it was a contract. This was suppose to be a trial which you pay for at check out.
I ordered online and read the page very very careful, no where did it state it was a trail. I called the number on my statement after they charged 92.99 times 2 and I called and was told that it was not a contract that they would remove any orders and refund my money. They never did so I disputed with my credit card company. They recharged my card again 3 months later and says because I had a dispute in they could not refund any money. NO WHERE DID IT STATE ANYTHING ABOUT RECURRING CHARGES, I shop online all the time I read everything very carefully. This is trail size bottles for a trial size price, not 100 each, it was listed as trial size.I offered to send the product back but they would not accept that

Desired Outcome

A full refund and out of business

Company claims to send a "free" sample for just the shipping charge then bills $200 for nothing.
On Jan 19, 2018 I ordered 2 sample product and was charged $4.99 and $5.98 for shipping. On Feb. 4 my credit card was charged $89.94 and on Feb. 10 $98.64with no additional product received, and nowhere did it say there would be additional charges, a subscription, etc. Total scam!

Desired Outcome

I want no further charges on my account, no contact from this company, and think this company should be charged with fraud and shut down. I read other accounts of the same thing happening to other people. This ad shows up on sites like MSN or as pop-ups and is very deceptive.

Customer Response • Mar 09, 2018

Finally heard from this company on 3/1 after I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. The company agreed to cancel any further "subscriptions," Which I hadn't agreed to in the first place. Money was refunded through the credit card company.

I was charged for merchandise I did not order. subsequently I was charged since October of 2017 because I was remiss in checking my credit card statement I didn't realize that I was being charged for these products; to add insult to injury, I never received the products I was being charged for.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I would like a refund of the charges made to my Credit One account in a check, because I cancelled the card to prevent the person who previously used it for these purchases not be allowed to continue.

I ordered samples of two skin care products in October 2017 paying 5.95 and 6.95 for sample. it actually was scam, paid shipping of product.
problem date on Nov 2017 credit card bill with two charges of 89.95 and 87.35. that is when I realized the scam was you paid for shipping of each product and then when I tried to cancel within the two week trial period I could not get ahold of them. web site closed. not answer phone.
My credit card is *** Credit Card Department *** Tampa FL 33631-3112. then another charge in Dec 2017 of additional 89.95 and no further products were ever sent to me and I did eventually get through late one evening and spoke to Luna people and they cancelled my so called membership Ref # XXXXXX and Ref # XXXXXX from Luna Company

Desired Outcome

Class action law suit with compensation to consumers they have harmed.

Deceptive Advertising. offered Free Sample, and then they billed me for products without my approval.
I ordered a "free" sample of a skin cream pay only shipping and handling. was subsequently billed $89.95 for my monthly "recurring order". When I called the operator told me that there were terms and conditions at the bottom of the web page that stated I had 16 days to cancel or I would be enrolled in a monthly recurring order. They canceled the recurring order but refused to refund the "purchase price" of the 2 shipments and the trial sample shipping $. the terms and conditions is a long document with fine print. This company is despicable and should be prevented from preying upon others with their deceptive practices. Very rude to customers and difficult to work with.

Desired Outcome

We offered to return the samples and products. We don't want this product, and we didn't order it. Please provide a refund of our Money. The product is only $30 at Amazon.com. They are billing me $89 per bottle!! This is a ripoff. Please refund my $178.

I was lured in because on the television it was a trial offer. Idid not see any fine print or a contract the company informed me that I should have paid attention.to make a long story short they charged me 174.00 on three shipments would not take it back nor refund money they got me for 634.00..IT IS FINALLY CANCELED AND THE PRODUCT SUCKS.

Deceptive advertising. Poor product packaging and performance. When calling to cancel the "free trail" they ask that you return the product at your expense to prevent future re-occurring charges and product mailings. Sadly, this company appears to be just another internet scam.

This is a fraud. It sold my mother a $3.99 product, charged $89.95
Last week, my mother used my card to buy a $3.99 skin cream from these scammers. It told her to sign up for a free trial package, did not tell her at any point what she would be spending.

Monday morning, I see a pending transaction on my card to a company called RK Enterprises in Saint Petersburg, Florida. This company does not exist. I contacted my bank, cancelled my card and all that, and they found an associated phone number. At this point, I'm thinking someone stole my credit card number (which I suppose is basically true). So I called this company, trying to find the individual who I thought did this, but this company had nothing to do with it.

Today, the charge went through and the information on my transaction report changed. I have no idea why, but it included a phone number and a jumble of letters that included "skincr." I Googled the number and found Luna Skincare on a website reporting scams. They did this to another woman and took her for $300 before she had any idea what was going on.

The phone number on my transaction report is (888) 539-5209. I have no idea if it works or not, I felt it would be better to calm down before I decide whether or not to contact them directly.

Desired Outcome

A refund, loss of business license and/or criminal charges for fraud.

misleading information on packing slip
Called Luna and cancelled product due to lack of advertised results with product.
Got product cancelled with no problem
Received additional order same day and called number on packing slip that was given to return product.
told by agent Rajohn and manager Karen that they did not accept returns or give refunds.
At this time I told them I was reporting Luna Skincare to Revdex.com. Response was she did not care.
Ended conversation with Karen and hung up.
Karen with Luna Skincare Called me back and then offered me twice the price in refund to not report this to Revdex.com,
Refused same and requested they not call me again and filled complaint.
I do not feel this is the way to do business and would like them put on file as unreputable company

Desired Outcome

for Luna Skincare to be held accountable for poor business practices

Product was advertised as a trial for 4.95. Agreement not made clear. I tried to cancel as soon as I received it. Was not allow to cancel. Extendeddat
I ordered the $4.95 trial and 14 day trial period No mention was made of constraints on cancellation and charges if cancellation wasn't made. I tried to cancel the day I received the product and was told I i could not cancel on that date and would be charged 9.95 to return the product. The person on the phone offered to extend the trial period for 30 days. I agreed. Did not call on the 30th day, thus I was charged in full for the product $89.95 AND an additional $87.35 for the second shipment. I called onthe 19th and finally the billing company (not the product manufacturer) agreed to refund the $89.95, but not the 87.35. I was informed that the refund was a courtesy and that I did not deserve it. The advertising and agreement process are not made clear (not even discussed) when the trial is requested--the process is duplicitous and intended to rope people into paying for a product they don't want. I am chalking the $89.95 loss to my naivete, and will never again fall for the low cost trial offer. The product is ridculously overpriced for 2 oz of facial creme. would like the company to be required to disclose the details of the offer when someone signs up and to accept the initial request to cancel the product.

Desired Outcome

Would like the business to be required to be clear about the low cost offer and all the hidden charges.
