Response:

[redacted] purchased an extended warranty for mechanical breakdowns not a maintenance plan for oil changes or routine maintenance.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: the papers did not clearly state the maintenance package type in the paper work I was given.

I do have all the original paper work.

Response:

Our records don't show that [redacted] purchased a routine maintenance plan, but if she can send us a copy of the contract and proof of payment she has that specifies she purchased a routine maintenance plan we will honor the terms of that said contract.

I am one of many that have tricked by their online prices. The dealer is posting online prices much lower than other dealers for the same exact price and then once there they tell you the car is not in stock and try to sell you another of the same type for thousands more. Please go to yelp and review the complaints.

Review: When I purchased our Dodge [redacted] in November of 2013 the on duty sales manager verbally agreed to include a 60,000 mile regular maintenance service package in the deal. The service package would be linked to my VIN number and would be good at Dodge dealership throughout the country. During the purchase process and for a few days afterwards I continually requested that I receive something in writing about the service package and I was either ignored or told that I would be receiving something in the mail. I received a number of items regarding the warranty, information about the car, etc. that I assumed included the maintenance package information. When I took my car in for servicing about three weeks ago to the dealership closest to my home, they informed me that no maintenance package was linked to my VIN. I contacted Lustine and the customer service rep that I spoke to said that they would give me a 20,000 service package. I informed her that this was not what was agreed to. I then began an email chain with the finance officer that I purchased my car with. She told me that she would look into the matter further. For the past 10 ten days I have not heard anything form her despite having sent multiple emails.Desired Settlement: I would like that Lustine honor their original agreement of the 60K maintenance package for my automobile. This was a pretty big deciding factor in purchasing the car that night and it seems like a bait and switch to verbally agree to something like this to close a deal. It isn't a proper or ethical sales practice.

Response:

If [redacted] has a written agreement for the 60,000 mile maintenance plan we absolutely will honor it. All agreements we have are in righting and there is no way for us to validate any verbal agreements.

My husband and I have had nothing but a horrible time at this jeep dealership. The customer service is VERY unprofessional. We bought our car a month ago, and our sales rep told my husband to fill out a survey, which he did and he gave him an HONEST survey. Couple days later that sales rep called him and asked him why we didn't give him all tens. Which I found highly inappropriate.. My husband then told him why we gave him what we did, and then told him we settled for the car we got after another sales rep told my husband they had the car we wanted.. Fast forward to today we are here trying to get our tags, and there was a problem..everyone I spoke to was nothing but rude. Even th customer service people I tried to speak with about the issue. Mrs. L[redacted] who was in charge of this process refused to speak with me or my husband and sent other people to talk with us instead, which is ridiculous. Fianlly someone with a half bit of common sense was able to help us get our tag. I will never buy another car from this dealership again, or recommend anyone to come here.
