RevDex.com: I do not find the Business' response helpful and it is clear they have no intention to pay me for successfully completing the studies so I will just have to let it go. To make things clear, I had their app installed on 4 devices, 3 of them the required ones for all of the studies. I just installed it on my iPod because I could. It doesn't take up too much space and it doesn't send any annoying alerts. Simple as that. I am well aware that a iPod is not a smartphone and that snarky reply is just obvious proof of how rude they are when valid points are brought up. discriminating against him as a disabled veteran but we do not
discriminate and have no way of knowing he is disabled or a vet as we deal with him via online surveys only and have no way of knowing that

Problem: Here I am again...with good ol SurveySavvyI'm lying, btwThey are NOT good so I'm unsure why they even have a A+ ratingWith the way they get out of paying you for projects and ignoring e-mails they certainly have not earned such a stellar ratingMy issue with SurveySavvy is with their SavvyConnect project, I am participating in two but one is not finishedThe one I am here about is, "Kangaroo." It was a online project for $50, with a promise for $instead as an increased incentive for those participatingIt ran from January 21st, to February 22nd, and the requirements? Simply to keep their data tracking app on our devices, PC/MAC Comp, iPhone/Android, and iPad/Amazon/Android Devices and complete a a survey for weeks regarding our participation thus farFor me, I installed it on my Android Tablet, Android SmartPhone, and PC ComputerIn fact, I only had to download it on my Android Tablet and Android SmartPhone because I already had the PC applicationI just re-installed it to ensure I had the latest buildI also have done all of the surveys necessaryAfter that, we were told to wait 2-weeks after for the incentiveBut I got nothingSo I e-mailed and called them and they told me what? They told me I would NOT be getting my incentive because somehow my devices were not shown active throughout the projectI was angry as heck, livid even because this company sure likes to overuse this crap excuse to get out payingIt's a waste of time and frankly, the app slows my internet down so it's upsettingNow, I'll be honest, they will e-mail you when a device is not shown as active...and even called me to inform me one wasnt at ONE point in the studyThey assured me it would not affect my participation if I re-activated itI did and was called back the following day to inform me it was active, like I requestedI never got any non-activation e-mails either so what is going on? What excuse do you possibly have this time?Desired Outcome: I want the $I EARNED for full participation in your study

I'm not sure where their day gap is visible...if that were the truth they should have sent the promised non-detection e-mails they said they would...or called me.However, I am grateful they have credited me despite this "research." This is resolved

*** *** I was a member for a long timethey state I was harrassing the support dept.this is the first I have heard of that and there option of firing me behind my back,clearly states how these people do business,behind the backgood riddance to bad rubbish and yes,I will be taking further action against them with the ags officethank you,Revdex.com

The issue is that ***'s SavvyConnect application on his PC has not been active which is one of the requirements for Project Jupiter.The project was delayed by our client which was out of our control.We have emailed *** asking him to activate the SavvyConnect application on his PC and we will
then send him a link to complete the $follow up surveyOnce that is completed his account will be credited the incentive within 2-weeks after our data check and after his responses pass our validation procedure.His current SurveySavvy account balance is $so it looks like the surveys he was waiting credit for have been credited

Does that mean that compensation for Project Gold would actually be like every six weeks where payment for the month that just ended would be made in two weeks? Can I expect compensation for the month ending September 12th to be at the end of September?  Also, I do not know what the survey id is for the survey in question because I no longer have that info. Is it customary for a qualifying survey to take 20 minutes?

Our records show that this respondent did qualify for and complete the survey.We have reached out to him through our support queue so he can provide a mailing address.Checks should be sent out within 6-8 weeks of his completion date.

I have contacted two of the three contractors/manufactures that need to do warranty work. THe tile guy has already contacted Mrs. **. And the Plumber is contacting them today.We have not followed up on the warranty items to insure they have been done like we should have.  Mrs ** has...

contacted me quite a few times and Live Oak has contacted each subcontractor or manufacturer the same on the items above.Issue comments:Tile is mainly shrinkage cracks along base.  In general we do not warranty that because it is out of our control. .  Wood has a moisture content that fluctuates. Some pieces dry and shrink more than others.But typically we do go and touch up once in the first year. We did tell Mrs. ** we would go out.  ANd will follow through with the completion.The Plumbing valve is a manufacture issue. We have sent the plumber and manufacture out. We thought this was done.  The manufacture confirmed he had went out and  it was done from his recollection.  He  and the plumber are going to contact them and fix.THe sheetrock cracking is normal settling as well and we do not warranty those.  Again because of the materials.  When we go to look at plumbing valve, I will look at the sheetrock and see what we can do.Mrs. ** has been patient and considerate. So we will do what we can.
