Luth Research Reviews (45)

etter Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The application was installed and active through the end of the time period required.  I never received an email stating that it wasn't.  I was not required to have the application installed until I received the survey.  Only to the end of the project.  Also, obviously you didn't notice but due to the fact I have had to dedicate more time to this than initially required.  I no longer request the 75.  I expect and will only be satisfied with 100 dollars.  I uninstalled the application two days after the end date of project Jupiter and will not reinstall it.  While it is installed I cannot access my email.  AOL has security set up that will not let you in if someone is spying on what you are doing.  Bad planning on your part does not excuse your poor customer service.  I expect to have the survey in the next 12 hours and the 100 dollars deposited in the next 48.  I know you can override it and I expect you to do so.  I AM NOT WAITING ANY LONGER!!

We haven’t decided exactly how to handle these respondents.Assure him, he will be credited appropriately and we won’t simply reduce his incentive due to the new terms.

They have again repeated themselves and it is clear they will not accept responsibility or care to pay me, when I had successfully done everything I was supposed to receive the payment promised. I am changing my request and am requestingthe Business' to consider paying me half of what they owed me instead, since what I originally am owed seems to be more than they could probably afford.

I felt like after all I had written and described all I got for a reply was what I said, repeated back to me. As I had previously mentioned, I had their app installed on 4 different devices! I didnt type up all of that and send it to the Revdex.com for my health. This is serious to me so I wouldn't waste my time. You replied to none of my accusations, of course, but had just come up with more excuses as to why you don't want to pay me. I'm also confused as to what kind of data you're pulling that says in particular my tablet (?) device has been inactive for such a long period of time. It's ALWAYS been active, as well as the other 3 devices. I had done everything required for me to qualify for the incentives...I'm finding this blatant defiance to do your part incredibly disappointing and upsetting.

This member is only active with SavvyConnect on her PC ( Windows 8), and her tablet (Apple iPod). I see that this member has SavvyConnect on an additional PC (Windows 7), however this PC has not been active since 9-14-14.
• Project Coronado required installation, and activation, of SavvyConnect...

on a PC and smartphone. Although this respondent qualified to participate by completing the screener, they were not included in the Project because they were not active with SavvyConnect on a smartphone. Therefore, they were not sent the follow-up surveys, and were deemed disqualified.
• Project Ironfire required installation, and activation, of SavvyConnect on a PC and smartphone. Although this respondent qualified to participate by completing the screener, they were not included in the Project because they were not active with SavvyCOnnect on a smartphone. Therefore, they were not sent the follow-up surveys, and were deemed disqualified.
• Project Oasis required installation, and activation, of SavvyConnect on a PC and smartphone. Although this respondent qualified to participate by completing the screener, they were not included in the Project because they were not active with SavvyConnect on a smartphone. Therefore, they were not invited to the 6 weekly surveys, and were deemed disqualified.
• Project Gold requires a member to remain active with SavvyConnect on their devices for 90 days. There are various incentive amounts for Project Gold, depending upon what devices remain active. In this respondents case, she did qualify for the $50 incentive as she indicated within the screener that she had a PC and a smartphone. However, this respondent was only active with SavvyConnect on her PC for the duration of Project Gold Q4. This is because she became inactive with SavvyConnect on her tablet device on 10-3-14, and did not become active again until 2-7-15. As far as I can see, this respondent has remained active with SavvyConnect on her PC. In good faith, we have credited her account $5 for her participation in Project Gold Q4, Survey# [redacted].
In summary, it seems that this respondent believes that her iPod should be recognized as a smartphone, however this is not the case.
