Better Business...

Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
[redacted]         I guess this is as good as its going to be.they didn't answer why I have to email them so many times to get an answer to one email. thank you

As previously indicated, this respondent did not qualify for the incentive in these studies.
She thinks her ipod is a smartphone which is not and did not qualify as one in these studies.
Here are our previous responses...
This member is only active with SavvyConnect on her PC ( Windows 8), and her tablet (Apple iPod). I see that this member has SavvyConnect on an additional PC (Windows 7), however this PC has not been active since 9-14-14.
• Project Coronado required installation, and activation, of SavvyConnect on a PC and smartphone. Although this respondent qualified to participate by completing the screener, they were not included in the Project because they were not active with SavvyConnect on a smartphone. Therefore, they were not sent the follow-up surveys, and were deemed disqualified.
• Project Ironfire required installation, and activation, of SavvyConnect on a PC and smartphone. Although this respondent qualified to participate by completing the screener, they were not included in the Project because they were not active with SavvyCOnnect on a smartphone. Therefore, they were not sent the follow-up surveys, and were deemed disqualified.
• Project Oasis required installation, and activation, of SavvyConnect on a PC and smartphone. Although this respondent qualified to participate by completing the screener, they were not included in the Project because they were not active with SavvyConnect on a smartphone. Therefore, they were not invited to the 6 weekly surveys, and were deemed disqualified.
• Project Gold requires a member to remain active with SavvyConnect on their devices for 90 days. There are various incentive amounts for Project Gold, depending upon what devices remain active. In this respondents case, she did qualify for the $50 incentive as she indicated within the screener that she had a PC and a smartphone. However, this respondent was only active with SavvyConnect on her PC for the duration of Project Gold Q4. This is because she became inactive with SavvyConnect on her tablet device on 10-3-14, and did not become active again until 2-7-15. As far as I can see, this respondent has remained active with SavvyConnect on her PC. I propose that in good faith, we credit her account $5 for her participation in Project Gold Q4, Survey# [redacted].
In summary, it seems that this respondent believes that her iPod should be recognized as a smartphone, however this is not the case.
As we previously indicated, she was not active with SavvyConnect on a smartphone device, which is why she was not included in Coronado, Ironfire, or Oasis.
I do not see that this member has SavvyConnect installed on 4 devices, as they have mentioned.
At this time this member is active with SavvyCOnnect on their iPod and Windows 8 PC.
They may still have SavvyConnect installed on a Windows 7 PC, however it has not been active since 9/14/14.

Our records show that Erin has emailed us twice. Once 5 months ago when we told her how to unsubscribe and once 4 days ago. Her account has now been unsubscribed and we have responded as such. Allow 8-10 days for it to take full effect.

We have now submitted a $15 credit to this member's account which should show in the next 1-2 weeks, if not sooner.Accounts are usually credited within 4-6 weeks from the end of the completed month as indicated. Our records also show that this member's account was previously credited a total...

of $140 for past SavvyConnect Project Gold participation which is up to date.We have not received an inquiry regarding a disqualification after 20 minutes in a survey. She can email us at [redacted] with the 6 digit survey # and we can research the issue. Our records also show that she has contacted us twice. We responded to the first inquiry via email and closed the second inquiry as it was resolved over the phone.

This person signed up to be part of our database. They have now been removed and they should not receive any further calls.

I have waited more than 3 months for my money on certain surveys. That is more than the average 2-6 weeks and the additional 1-2 weeks. Once I submitted this claim you all of a sudden put $4 in my account. That's not the amount that I should be paid all together and I have pictures to prove each completed survey. I'm really frustrated and think you are not a legit company. If you want to call me to discuss this I can read you each survey number. Thanks. [redacted].Regards,
[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I do not find the Business' response helpful and it is clear they have no intention to pay me for successfully completing the studies so I will just have to let it go. To make things clear, I had their app installed on 4 devices, 3 of them the required ones for all of the studies. I just installed it on my iPod because I could. It doesn't take up too much space and it doesn't send any annoying alerts. Simple as that. I am well aware that a iPod is not a smartphone and that snarky reply is just obvious proof of how rude they are when valid points are brought up.  Thank you, Revdex.com, for helping people like me get our situations out and try to resolve things.

Per his original complaint...
After doing further research, our records show that the latest time this respondent was called was at 7:51pm on June 11.
The Do Not Call list does not apply to Market Research firms as we do not sell anything.

The email this respondent received regarding her password possibly being
changed has to do with our email forwarding study and not with her SavvyConnect application status being active on her PC, smartphone and tablet.
We did email this respondent on 10.21.2014 with a response to her inquiry but...

she did not seem to understand the actual issue.
Withthe junk mail study she also has to be participating in the email
forwarding portion to qualify for the credit. Her account was not
credited because our client did not have access to her emails and that
is where the password issue comes into play.
Please contact support Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm (PST) @ 1.800.465.5884 ext.[redacted] for help with re-activating her email forwarding.
In good faith I have misc. credited her SurveySavvy account $15 for
September's directmail/email forwarding study but she will have to
contact support as indicated to get the issue resolved so she can
continue earning with that study.
Any other surveys she has
qualified for and completed in will be credited to her account within
4-6 weeks of completion after our data check and after her responses
pass our validation procedure as indicated in the survey invitations.

After extensive research, our records do show a 14 day data gap for this study at one point but in good faith we have misc. credited her account the $60 incentive for her time. :)

Our records do show that [redacted] missed just one sitting on a Sunday in the study so in good faith we have misc. credited her [redacted] account the $35 incentive.

[redacted] requested the $8 payment from her account on 1.13.2016 and on 1.26.2016 she was informed that her check would be sent out in the next 4-5 weeks. She indicated it was not worth waiting the 4-6 weeks. Our records now show that her check should be sent out by the end of this week.

Our records do show that you completed the TouchPoints study on 2.22.2016 and your account will be credited within 2-6 weeks as indicated. The credit will be $35 as your SavvyConnect application was not actively sending data during your participation.
Remember that when you qualify for and complete a paid survey, your SurveySavvy account will be marked AND credited the incentive mentioned in the email invitation, if any, within two to six weeks (if not sooner) after our data check and after your responses pass our validation procedure as indicated in the email invitation.
All our surveys also include screener questions that determine whether a respondent matches our clients’ criteria and fits into an open quota group for that particular survey. If you do not match our client's demographic criteria for the survey or you do not fit into an open quota group based on the answers you provide in the screening section, you will not be asked to complete the survey. As business grows, we will be conducting more surveys and providing more opportunities for our members.
