The customer did come to us from another state and purchase a vehicle The vehicle was functioning as designed at time of them taking delivery of the car The car was purchased as is, no warranty expressed or implied We unfortunately can not participate in the repair as the vehicle was operating when they left here We will not furnish a part nor will we pay for the repairs as the customer had requested Again the vehicle was sold as is and satisfied the Wisconsin safety standards

I still have not received a call from anyone to help me resolve this matter , A salesman David ***, emailed me to tell me he took over the other salesmen's job put this problem was above his pay scale and that was the End of that. They need to just send me the part or for the part to make this car right, I'v put out too much money on this car already and if I didn't live so far away I would have brought it back , There after sales and service is a 0,and they just think it's going to go away, my ins company told me the car can not be park in my garage because it's a fire issue with the hydraulic oil leak over the engine,Which makes me feel the car is unsafe to operate, So I need to have this car fix

I have added screen shots of the Website Listing for Stock# [redacted] At the bottom of the listing you can clearly see between the "***" that it states "All Prices include the $Trade Allowance."This sale is titled PUSH PULL TOW for a reasonGenerally the cars we get during this sale are worth a couple hundred dollars at bestSome of them don't run and some are actually towed into the store. We clearly post a disclaimer for everyone to read.If the customer would like to come back into the store, we will do what we can to assist them. Its not our goal to upset anyone and we do apologize for the inconvenience.Thank you

Mr [redacted] came to Lynch Chevrolet of Kenosha seeking a loan for an automobile that he wanted to purchaseOur Finance department did receive the proper signed form from Mr ***, and submitted his information to lenders in an attempt to get him the best outcome. We do regret that Mr [redacted] is upset with the outcome, but the banks make the loan decisions, not the dealership.Thank You for your timeSincerely, Lynch Chevrolet of Kenosha

We as a dealership have done what we are willing to do in this caseUnfortunatley we feel no obligation to replace/repair any items that the guest is still having issue with There is no need for arbitration in this matter due to we have completed what we promised we would do Lynch Chevrolet of Kenosha

My grandson who appears to be an immigrant and his wife who is an immigrant went car shopping at this business on SatMy grandson who makes $an hour was talked into putting down money($500) because of some coupons they were offering - so as not to lose the deal - The car cost in excess of $25,He changed his mind and when he went back today (Monday) to get his money back, he was told that he couldn't have it for or daysAfter his wife got angry with the business, they changed the date to TuesdayWhen I called the dealership, I was told that they had been approved for a loan with payment of nearly $per monthMy grandson has no credit at all, as he has lived in Europe for the past yearsThis is clearly an attempt to take advantage of someone who appears to not understand the customs of the country, and who has no one to stand up for them, and Lynch has confirmed my belief that car dealers in general are dishonestThey should have been given the money back immediatelyLynch's telling them that they had to wait or days was also clearly an attempt to take the deal over the time limit when they would be able to cancel the dealBad, bad business!

To whom it may concern, I am writing this e-mail as a complaint against Lynch Chevrolet of Kenosha WII purchased a new Chevy Traverse LT on May 22, I based my purchased on the Chevrolet website stating the vehicle has a towing capacity of 5,200lbsThe vehicle the dealer had in stock did not have the tow package installedDuring the purchasing process I instructed the dealer to install a trailer hitch on the vehicle so I could tow carious equipment e.gboat trailerI took delivery on Friday May 22, On Sunday May 24, I read my owner’s manual and discovered that the vehicle has a towing capacity of 2,I contacted the dealer on May 26, to ask the question what my vehicles towing capacity isMy salesman, [redacted] informed me at that time that the vehicle tows 5,200lbs (see attached text message string)Being a bit skeptical, I contacted Chevrolet.comI gave them my vin# and they instructed me that the vehicle has a towing capacity of 2,000lbsBeing concerned that my vehicle will not do what I purchased it to doI contacted the dealerThey apologized for the mistake and I was informed that they could install additional equipment at a cost of up to $1,Lynch Chevrolet instructed me that the cost would be my responsibilityI disagreed and said since I wasn’t informed at the time of purchase the dealer should be responsible for making the car tow 5,200lbsAt this time the dealer was looking at options and was to contact me backweek passed and I did not hear back from the dealerI contacted Chevrolet.com and filed a complaint (complaint number 71-1483853410)I described my situation to Chevrolet.comThey stated to me that the dealer should have instructed me with the correct towing capacity during the purchase processChevrolet.com instructed me that the dealer had 24-hours to respond to my complaintweeks went by and Chevrolet.com did not receive a response from the dealershipConcerned that I was being ignored, I contacted the Revdex.com of WisconsinRevdex.com of Wisconsin reached the dealership and received a response that they instructed me at the time of purchase that the hitch would not accommodate my needsThey also stated that I insisted on having the hitch put on anywayIf they instructed me at the time of purchase that the vehicle would not meet towing capacity of 5200lbs, why would the salesman tell me days later in a text that it can tow 5,200lbs? The dealer is lyingI have all text messages and correspondence since this situation started After instructing Chevrolet.com that I contacted the Wisconsin Revdex.com, they replied that Chevrolet.com will no longer be assisting me with trying to resolve this issue with the dealerThey state that only the Revdex.com can work with the dealer from here on outThe Revdex.com is waiting for a response from Lynch, but, I was informed by the Revdex.com that they can’t force the dealer to respond to themI asked the Revdex.com what other options I have to resolve this issue and they gave me your contact information Is there any course of action you can recommend? We received a request from this gentleman online asking for a loanWe reviewed the information and had some banks tell us that they would pre-approve himWe called him several times to let him know that we did have some pre-approvals.
When he arrived at the dealership, we
needed to have more of the full information for the banksAfter receiving a full application, we submitted it to the banks that we work withWe traditionally send the credit applications that are full to a few different banksWe do not use 10-banks, but typically 4-banksWe do this to make sure that we can get the most aggressive ratesIt's a regular occurrence that we are able to tell our customers that we have secured them an even BETTER rate than the initial rate because we do this.
In this particular case, we did get acceptance from two banks, however the counter offers from them were asking for more out of pocket than what the customer indicated they could possibly work withWe do regularly check in on how the process worksIf the customer can prove around $3500/mo income or if they can come up with $5,000-$6,down the banks are set

in talking to the general manager, the trade in value is an assessed value..we offered this guest the number that the vehicles value is. the VIP package is never forced upon a guest, that charge as well as it's benefits can be removed.. the add price of ( rounded
off) states that is with ALL rebates, and only if you qualify for all rebates

We are always happy to help with what you would like to have doneThe first step would be speaking with someone whom can help with the situationDecisions on repairs to vehicles that are already sold are made by our *** *** *** and our *** ***. We are happy to have them
speak with our management team to make sure the correct resolution is madeI've copied in our *** *** *** to this email so we can help expedite this process

We have offered a more than fair offer in regard to the repairs on the vehicle. Preforming the repairs at a wholesale cost is a substantial discount. We have offered to trade out of the vehicle at a fair market value. To refund the purchase price of the vehicle is unfortunately not an option. We have offered to assist this customer and our offers are not satisfactory. There is nothing short of no charge of the repair or full purchase price refund that will satisfy this owner of the vehicle, we have made offers greater than the norm that we do based on previous statement. She has owned the vehicle for more than months, we repaired many issues that she pointed as a condition of sale before even signing the agreement. We can not offer any more than we have. Any further questions should be directed to Dan D, the general sales manager

I reject the dealers response to my complaintI am trying to enter text into your online form but the system will not allow me to enter textThe dealer is stating that I was informed that the hitch they were going to install did not meet my needsThat is 100% inaccurateThe dealer never stated that to me nor did I insist that the hitch be installed without the towing capacity of 2,lbsOn 5-26-I contacted the dealership to ask about the towing capacity of my car with the hitch the dealer installedThe response by *** *** was that my car would tow 5,I then asked if I would need any further equipment to make the car tow this amount and his response was noI have all of the text strings from the salesman on my phone that proves the dealership is lying in this case

I took our truck to get a front end alignment and tire rotation I had a coupon that came in the mail I waited for an and minutes before the service man came out and told me they were unable to do the alignment because the tie rods were too "thin"We had just had them replaced so I thought this was very odd He left to write a quote for replacing them Around minutes later he came back and said that our brake line just blew and that it would cost between $250-$to repair I called our mechanic and he said it might cost up to $to repair I then called a tow truck and had my vehicle towed to my mechanic who fixed the brakes for $and confirmed that their is nothing wrong with our tie rods I fully believe that this happened because I am a woman and they were trying to pull a fast one

customer signed sales contract with no description or offer to be able to return. There was no verbal statement made by sales manager *** *stating this either. Customer wished to take paperwork and show sibling (sister). Customer signed and left with vehicle and
paperwork, satisfied with negotiations. The customer made more than one trip to discuss numbers with sales team

I am sending this email in advance of my phone call to give you so that I could better explain the situation concerning the email I sent you. I am sending this email through my AT&T account vice my Gmail accountAny response can be sent to either account. I have discussed my issues with Chevrolet Customer Service, and basically, they say my issues are with the dealerI have attached a copy of the voice mail they left me explaining their decisionI agree with them up to a point, but these issues involve just about everyone at and beyond the dealership level. I also have an active on going complaint against the dealership with the Wisconsin Revdex.com. I do not have any issues with GM Financial at this pointYou guys have been fair with me in the past, and hopefully, in the future. My reasoning for this complaint, is to notify you of the unethical business tactics used by the dealership in order for them to achieve their goals. My first lease payment on this vehicle was due on July 24, I made this payment on the due date thru MY ACCOUNT, on the GM Financial web siteWhile I was making this payment, this car was in the dealerships shop having the rear brakes repaired, the rocker panel on the right side repaired, and a unexplainable issue with the oil life expectancy @percent when the car was delivered, even though the dealership claims the car was serviced just before deliveryPointed out to the service advisor were paint was missing from right front bumper where it looks like it got to close to somethingWhen talking to the service advisor, I noticed a half dollar size cut in the sidewall of the right front tire along with associated damage to the right front rimI pointed this out to the service advisor, who’s response was that he would notify upper management to see if the dealership would repair/replace the tire/rim at dealership cost I took the car into the dealership, at their request, on 7/15/@4:P.M. Keep in mind that rocker arm issue was pointed out to the dealership, on 6/25/@ 4:P.M., less than hours after I took delivery of the car which was @ 5:P.M. on 6/24/The other issues were found and reported to the dealership between 6/25/and nowDidn’t get the car back until 7/29/2015. Did I notice any of these damages before I signed the lease? NO!!! These damages are at or below knee levelI found the rocker panel damage while standing approximately feet away and looking downwardAt first, I thought it may have been some type of design incorporated into the car until I compared it to the left rocker panelThe only other way to see this at a distance, arm’s length, is to be looking at the same level as the damageMost of the attached pictures taken above were taken on my kneesAnd no, at no time while I looked at the car, was I on my kneesThe remaining damages were found were after the rocker panel issue was foundThe other damages I have identified, were found with me on my knees looking for themI am no accident investigator, so I am not sure that I found all there is to findBut as I found and reported all the damages, the dealership became more reluctant to fix/repair any of themIn fact, they are now not claiming any responsibility for any of the damages at allThey are suggesting now, that the vehicle was damaged after I took possessionIf this were the case, I would have filed a claim with GEICO, and the issue would have been resolvedI have been with GEICO for at least years or moreFiled a claim with them back @for hail damage to, of all things a MalibuThe way I got this figured, GEICO probably owes me for all the premiums I have paid over the years, but I am not going to task them to repair damages that happen before I took possession of the vehicle. The statement below, highlighted in yellow, is from the dealerships Facebook post regarding my negative feedbacks I left. o Lynch Chevrolet of Kenosha: ***, some of what you have with the vehicle is how you got a lower priceWhen someone purchases or leases a demonstrator vehicle there is naturally a bit of wear on the vehicleIt was driven for several thousand miles and will have some imperfections. In regard to when certain damages happen, this is the reason why we have salespeople show you the vehicle and let you drive it before you sign any paperworkIf those were issues that you noticed on your test drive that you feel should have been fixed, it's very helpful to the vendor to know which particulars you are concerned with, as much of the wear and tear you mention (rocker panel, brake cleaning, etc.) is typical for those vehiclesThe devaluation of a vehicle from those things is what allows us to offer the lower pricing. The statement makes perfectly good senseHowever, if one were to assume what the dealership is claiming now, that the vehicle had no damage, how do you devaluate the price of the vehicle for damages that haven’t occurred yet? If you were to go to the dealerships Facebook page to see the comments made by the dealership or myself, you won’t find themIt seems that within a day or two after the dealership made the comment above, I received an email from Facebook, highlighted in yellow belowFacebook has removed all the comments made by the dealership and myselfAnd has blocked me from making any more comments on the dealerships Facebook pageI anticipated this right after the dealerships comment above, so I cut and pasted the entire thread to my computer for safe keeping. The Facebook Team The oil issue: 27% at delivery even though sales and service both stated to me that the oil was changed prior to deliveryService stated that “human error”, forgot to reset the counterThat’s possible, but I decided to challenge them on this one and asked to see the dealerships service record on the vehicleLast oil change was documented in April Guess they forgot to update their records tooOr maybe, they were not being truthfulIf an safety inspection, were performed on the car before delivery, it was not documented anywhere that I am aware of. The rocker panel was repaired by the dealership. The tire and rim was not repairedDealership claims that the damage occurred after delivery.Other paint and body damage noted was not repaired. Then, there is the possible lease issue, and what the dealership told me, or what I wanted to hereSales and financing staff were made aware that I put about 18,miles a year on my vehiclesWhich would exceed the 48,mile limit imposed on the lease agreement before mileage charges are incurredSales and financing staff both stated that if I traded the car for another GM vehicle, that mileage overages would be waved on the tradeEven though I believed them at the time, I have not been able to verify this statement in the lease or anywhere elseUntil I do, I guess the dealership got a better deal than I got. I will be contacting you soon Thank You,*** ***

I just had my new vehicle in for servicing at Lynch of Kenosha, I am truly amazed at the exceptional customer service that I receivedWhen I called my sales person, Ray G***, the concerns were handled immediatelyAdditionally, this is not my first purchase from this dealership, it is my fourth within the last few yearsOne of the things that I really love about Lynch of Kenosha, it that even with out an appointment, I can go to the service department and they get me in and serviced that dayMoreover, with every dealership visit I receive a text or email thanking me for the opportunity for them to meet my needsThis is a very nice touch of personalized customer service, as well as, an opportunity for me to verify if my needs were met with the service that I receivedIt's also a very comfortable place to hang out, chat with a salesperson, see whats new in the industry, enjoy complementary coffee and car washesThank you Lynch of Kenosha, your dealership experience is amazing!!!!

Revdex.com:I have never said anything about rebates It is about the mailer they sent me and the fact that now they are now lying about the "VIP" package being optional on this vehicle If it was optional I would have bought the car This business is conducting deceptive business practicesI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
