I have never said anything about rebates.  It is about the mailer they sent me and the fact that now they are now lying about the "VIP" package being optional on this vehicle.  If it was optional I would have bought the car.  This business is conducting deceptive business practices.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

We as a dealership have done what we are willing to do in this case. Unfortunatley we feel no obligation to replace/repair any items that the guest is still having issue with.  There is no need for arbitration in this matter due to we have completed what we promised we would do.  Lynch Chevrolet of Kenosha

I still have not received a call from anyone to help me resolve this matter , A salesman David [redacted], emailed me to tell me he took over the other salesmen's job put this problem was above his pay scale and that was the End of that.They need to just send me the part or 1800.00 for the part to make this car right, I'v put out too much money on this car already and if I didn't live so far away I would have brought it back , There after sales and service is a 0,and they just think it's going to go away, my ins company told me the car can not be park in my garage because it's a fire issue with the hydraulic oil leak over the engine,Which makes me feel the car is unsafe to operate, So I need to have this car fix.

My grandson who appears to be an immigrant and his wife who is an immigrant went car shopping at this business on Sat. My grandson who makes $10 an hour was talked into putting down money($500) because of some coupons they were offering - so as not to lose the deal - The car cost in excess of $25,000. He changed his mind and when he went back today (Monday) to get his money back, he was told that he couldn't have it for 4 or 5 days. After his wife got angry with the business, they changed the date to Tuesday. When I called the dealership, I was told that they had been approved for a loan with payment of nearly $500 per month. My grandson has no credit at all, as he has lived in Europe for the past 4 years.
This is clearly an attempt to take advantage of someone who appears to not understand the customs of the country, and who has no one to stand up for them, and Lynch has confirmed my belief that car dealers in general are dishonest. They should have been given the money back immediately. Lynch's telling them that they had to wait 3 or 4 days was also clearly an attempt to take the deal over the time limit when they would be able to cancel the deal. Bad, bad business!
