Purchased a 10xDeluxe Umbrella from Vrienden Umbrellas at the Minneapolis RV show at US Bank Stadium In February for my new propertyI have an eastern exposure and the salesman at the show was so helpful in describing how to use it in my specific situationGreat Product, with a Timely Delivery

We purchased a 10/Summer Accents umbrella and your company delivered a 10/canopy Part # TRK 7*** *** *** The canopy attaches to the umbrella with velcro, however there is no velcro at the corners so when put up the canopy all corners have openings which let in all the bugs We have tried various ways of putting this up but without velcro at the corners we think this problem cannot be resolved Is there anything that can be done through your company to resolve this problem? Your help would be appreciated

I purchased the Pillsbury outdoor seating group in In I replaced the covers because the were completely fadedIn the pvc wicker on the coffee table and backs of seats was completely dry rottedCalled company they said they would repair itHowever I was to ship them all the pieces at my costI priced it out at over dollarsComplained to them that this was unacceptable but they said that was there policyI feel that there product is cheap and not worthless

I am rejecting this response because: The seller noted on a call their add with Amazon should have been updatedThey offered to refund $but I have not seen it yet

I have the same story as the others I was using my umbrella one sunny afternoon and out of the clear blue it snapped I checked the weather, mph winds We were told how strong it was, which is bull Our salesman told us mph winds, which is bull It was only up for a few months I called support where I bought it, they said no warranty and I could pay for a replacement piece So I spoke to the owner at Vreiden He gave me the same speech and went as far to say I was lying about what the salesman told me After a lengthy argument he agreed to send me a replacement beam I had to disassemble the old one and reassemble the new one Complete joke of a company Do not waste your money on these umbrellas!

Purchased an item in August, it was defectiveEventhough I have made many attempts via e-mail and mail with the company, THey refuse to correct the issues or even acknowledge that there is a warranty on the product

We are a real company that sells real furniture We have 1000's of happy customers all over the United States! I'm not sure how to respond to all of your claims that clearly are not true!

Salesman *** *** misrepresented Medicare's coverage of a mobility scooter he sold meThree witnesses heard him state that Medicare would cover the cost of the scooterAfter contacting my doctors I was told Medicare does not cover a scooterIt was a ploy he used to sell me the scooter for $and I don't have money to pay for itWhen I called him to ask about what I should do to file the claim to Medicare he became belligerent and hung up on meLater in a call back he said, I could have helped you by making a phone call but now I won't"*** ***"

I bought the product from a sales rep at the Wisconsin State FairPaid in full The product arrived with in days missing the side mount to attach the umbrella I immediately called my sales rep who told me to call the officeI called the office and she apologized and said they would ship it out I was sent a tracking number Never went any where...the product never left their building Contacted the office again and was told they were on back order Said I would have it with in two weeks After weeks contacted the office again....was told they would ship it that day...was given a tracking number.....again Its not going any where Contacted my sales repHe replied he no longer works for the company Do no buy from this company!

The description DOES NOT STATE that the cushions will never fadeThe warranty (that is also listed at the bottom of the listing), states that we do not warranty against sun fadingThe dimensions listed on the ad are accurate, we also do not list that the glass is "mate and thick" We advertise that it is tempered and clearI'm not sure if you have our advertisement mixed up with a different patio sets advertisementContacting us directly would be the best method for resolution your issuesAgain, if you do not contact us, we cannot help you!!

Why there is no company logo or trademark anywhere on the furniture? How do I know this the product that was advertised?
If you look at ALL your ads for this furniture coffee table is always mate, not clearWhere do you mention that it should be clear?

This firm has engaged in an Elder Abuse scam They fraudulently sold my father a junk scooter at a Home Improvement Tradeshow, at an outrageously inflated price Many calls and written attempts to attain a refund have been ignored They should be referred to the proper authorities My father lives in Mesa AZ, and not in MN He is unable to travel to MN to resolve the matter

I've bought more since thenThey literally are the best umbrella on the marketThey can withstand winds of up to miles per hour I even mounted one on my dockI've never had a problem and I've referred them to all if my friends and familyEverybody loves themIf you're on the fence about this product, rest assured this is the best patio umbrella I've ever found

On the 19th of June I contacted the company with the issue of canopy that goes to umbrella that we purchased in February of this year had some holes in the upper part of the canopyWe live in Michigan and this umbrella is used at our cottage only on weekends we put the umbrella out late AprilSo at the time of contacting the company we had only used the umbrella weekends there are holes in the upper canopy I took pictures and sent them with my complaint through email the company responded that they would send a new upper canopy which I was satisfied with they provided me with a tracking number with usps I keep checking and nothing has been sent.it has been over a month Now when I call or email I get no response what so ever I have made a number of attempts

On the 3/15/I ordered HealthSmart Walk in Bathtub Bath Tub Safety Senior ADA Walkin WHIRLPOOL for my handicapped wife (she had knee replacements in the last months)I ordered this on Amazon and paid 1,which included shippingThe advertisement said Whirlpool jets The item I received had air jetsThe seller agreed that Whirlpool and air jets were different items but when confronted by Amazon refuse to take back the item without me paying the shipping and a 15% restocking fee

M& e sale, Kevin *** has created a fake company call MeldeccoHe sells furniture by the meldecco name and makes amazing high quality claims about the outdoor furniture tha meldecco makes.Meldecco is fake and not a manufaturerHe actually orders the furniture from ChinaI have the shipping manifests to prove itThe Chinese manufacturer gives the product a 2yr warrantyKevin *** gives it a yr warrantyHe make amazing claims about the product and its quality, yet it has done everything m & e sales says it won't do, which is melt, rust,chip,fadeU must send it back at your own cost which is cost prohibitive, more than the furniture costs! It must be boxed,shrink wrapped and pallet shippedHe counts on u not being able to send it back because it costs so muchThat's the catch/scamNo one will spend the money to send it back so they are just stuck $or more worth of junk furniture that U have to pay to dispose of $$$! I have contacted a local news channel to report

I am rejecting this response because:This firm committed fraud, but now wants to talk about fairness? No deal Give my father a refund, or prepare to meet in court This is not a negotiation - it's a demand for the business to comply with AZ law
