Exercise equipment has stopped working Kevin *** of the company worked with me to test fuse and to replace switch mechanism but when neither of these options got the machine running, I can get no more response from them I've left multiple voicemails, messages, and texts and emails to his personal account with no response I have a LONG warranty and this was an expensive piece of equipment that should not have gone out this new I need assistance resolving or replacing the mechanism that has failed

I am rejecting this response because:

We told you that the item would ship the next business day, possibly even the same day, and you were excited to hear that so that you could start using your machineWe don't allow returns on items bought from the tradeshow floor because you've had the opportunity to try the machine and experience

Hi, As we've told you before, there is not a warranty on the scooter batteries, if you leave the batteries out in the cold or don't charge them properly they won't last as long - we are more than happy to sell them to you at our cost?

The customer purchased a sauna from us at the Oklahoma State Fair.  The customer accidentally paid twice.  Is the return payment on the 2nd payment.  They have only paid once.  Thanks Kevin [redacted] M&E Sales

We do have a 1 year warranty on our umbrella (not a 5 year warranty) - our website does not state a 5 year warranty. Our warranty does not cover wind damage, you need to use common sense, you cannot leave the umbrella up in high winds.

have a 30 day return period, you bought the umbrella in February, it is now July - you are outside of the 30 day return period.
The umbrella DOES stand up to the wind; however, high winds and strong gusts can damage the umbrella. The umbrella is designed where any part or piece can be replaced, I believe the part that was damaged on your umbrella is only $32 and can be replaced with a screw driver and a crescent wrench. I'd be willing to split the cost of the part for you if that helps?

Again extremely condescending "common sense?" As I mentioned in my initial complaint it was NOT a windy day. Small gust on a very hot Miami afternoon. If I can't use it routinely under those circumstances and it breaks under normal use it should be covered.
Nevertheless, Poor customer service skills on the part of the representative and dishonest sales tactics by way of the sales representative. I have attached a snap shot of the return policy on the website where it Clearly states 5 years.
I will also be making a complaint of customer dissasification with the Miami boat show exhibitors division as well as local review sites.

We have a 5 year warranty on our patio furniture, your snapshot is from our patio furniture website, not our patio umbrella website. Our patio umbrellas have a 1 year warranty, and again, that warranty does not cover wind damage-which occurred on that Miami afternoon. The umbrella absolutely DOES stand up to normal wind conditions. And again, I'd be willing to split the cost of the replacement piece for you.

We have called the customer and are going to send them more velcro to resolve the issue. Thanks

I do not see why I should have to pay for the repair to a machine that was very expensive and broke after minimal use. I will be consent to split the cost with the business,M&E Sales LLP

If you'd like to return the item, there is a 30% restocking fee, plus shipping costs - I am willing to make an exception for you here - normally we do not accept returns on items deeply discounted from a trade show.  I am willing to accept a return, but there are going to be costs on your end.  If you had 2nd thoughts about the purchase, you should've thought about that before purchase.  I'm sure that you can understand that...

Hi, Thanks for your message.  The umbrella does have a 1 year warranty, but we do not warranty against wind damage.  We recommend closing the umbrella in high winds and closing the umbrella when you aren't using the umbrella.  All it can take is 1 gust over 30 mph to possibly cause...

Hi, thanks for your message. A 'whirlpool' tub simply means that there is a pump with jets.  The advertisement clearly states that the jets are air jets. I'm sorry if you assumed that it was water jets. There is a risk buying large items like this sight unseen online. It is our error...

if we say there are 16 jets, but really only 15.  I'm open to suggestions as to how to make that up to you. The user manual shows different options for many different tubs.  There are 8 different styles/combinations of tubs that we offer, all using the same user manual based on which model you purchased. We already registered you for the warranty with the manufacturer.  What can we do to make it up to you about the listing error of 16 jets vs 15?Thanks

As explained at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns on the scooters.  Such as you cannot return a car after purchasing it.  This is/was sold as a 'Final Sale' and was explained as such at the time of purchase.

I can make an exception for you and accept a return if you pay to and from shipping charges and a restocking fee.  I think that is fair.
