We've spoken to Mr [redacted] regarding his cancellation We are truly sorry for the delay in getting the refund processed We were able to obtain a copy of the cancellation form from June and processed from that date Mr [redacted] is expecting a refund in the amount of $to go to his lienholder No further action at this time [redacted] ***Customer Relations Manager

Mr***'s request to have the paint matched to the rest of the car is declined We removed the hail damage as we agreed in writing and subsequent to that agreed to repaint damaged areas The factory paint code was used to obtain paint We decline to re-paint his vehicle

We were able to provide the extended warranty company evidence that the concern was not pre-existing, therefore the claim was approved Mr [redacted] was made aware of the approval and is taking his vehicle to a local VW Dealership Jennifer H***

At this time, we can certainly look at Mr [redacted] s vehicle and assess his complaint Mr [redacted] , purchased a used vehicle with an “AS IS” addendum, but he is our customer and we can work with him to see how we can help

Had a nice conversation with Ms [redacted] , discussed possibilities and options for both she and her husband to trade out of the vehicles they are in into newer vehicles Set appointment for Ms [redacted] to come in and meet with [redacted] As of Ms [redacted] and Mr [redacted] came to Mac Churchill Acura and were able to purchase two vehicles No further action at this time [redacted] ***Customer Relations Manager

I am writing this letter in response to complaint [redacted] Ms [redacted] I am sorry that your credit was pulled more times than was requiredI did speak with Mr [redacted] about the situation; and there is a procedure in place; but if the individual does not follow procedure things will occurThe finance managers that were involved have been reprimanded and [redacted] has been demotedSince your complaint Mr [redacted] has gathered his team and reinforced the procedure on at least occasions that I was witness toWe strive to do our very best to attend to the wishes of our clients especially concerning their creditI did contact the company that we use to process credit through, they are the ones that instructed me that you would be able to contact the lenders directly to remove the inquires that were posted

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] You may see their track record of complaints where the cancellation of warranties would be complete and credits would not be posted even 4-month laterClearly, this is not the first issue like that with Mac Churchill Acura in Fort Worth and I would like to wait to see if the credits will actually be shown on my account or not ( also I would like to wait because that "Mastertech program" that "I have signed for"was not enabled either because of an error made by the Finance Department - I have a signed confession to that)An established record of errors and issues in the past does not warrant trustFor those reasons I can not find that this resolution is satisfactory to me until the credit is shown back on my account.Regards, [redacted]

Upon delivery of his vehicle at the time of purchase and upon delivery after we had dents repaired he thoroughly looked over the vehicle himself and approved the condition of the vehicle We will be reaching out to him today to have him bring the vehicle in for inspection

Mac Curchill Acura has reviewed the purchase transaction and circumstances surrounding the remaining lease payments We have agreed to reimburse customer for those two payments We await response from the customer

I will be pursuing legal action they have a thief as a contractor on their siteThis has happened beforeThese people have had numerous thefts in the past by their car wash contractor who has blond long hair and they are covering it up The place needs to be prosecutedHave been going to this place for over a year with no issues same GPS left in the car with no issues amongst other personal itemsthey just put that sign up after I complained these people are liars and I will tell them to their facesThey are protecting this criminal minded contractor his hair was all in my car, then lied and told me they were going to reimburse me if I filled up their tank then said they couldn't help me oh well your fault.My tablet was in their the day before and I went and picked it up leaving the GPS in their and they never said anythingLook at their Revdex.com reviews, YELP, and all other customer review boards they speak for their serviceNever had a problem with them until I felt violated like they were doing me a favor and in turn did me a disservice and have the nerve to lie about it to the Revdex.com

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As I stated in my original message the hail damage was not disclosed to me during the purchase processI asked the salesman if the vehicle had hail damage and the response was noI did not notice the hail damage until two days laterI immediately returned to the dealer and informed them of the hail damageThe initial response was stating the car was sold as is with no warrantyAfter a long discussion the dealer agreed to repair the hail damageThe hail damage was not repaired completelyI had the vehicle inspected by a hail damage repair center and discovered almost dime size hail dentsObviously the vendor the dealer used did not inspect the vehicle thoroughlyThe dealer has treated me in a deceptive manner and I feel they have lied to me on two occasionsI have not been contacted by the dealer today, and it is currently 3:pm Regards, [redacted]

We take customer concerns very seriously, and as such, we have made every effort to ensure that the vehicle we sold has met the safety standards required by the state We listened to Ms***'s concerns regarding the dealership, and we have had three (3) individual technicians drive the vehicle numerous times, in an attempt to duplicate the problem We have been unsuccessfulWe have also searched the vehicle's computer to see what kind of issues there may have been The computer shows no codes indicating what Ms [redacted] is referencing Ms [redacted] purchased a used "AS IS" vehicle, on which we cannot duplicate the problems she references She chose to seek legal action, even while we were still trying to duplicate the problems that she references, instead of working with us, so we do not feel that we are responsible for her legal feesAs far as the open recall: Because we ate not a Dodge/Chrysler dealership, we do not have access to those open recalls, but as she stated the Dodge/Chrysler dealership performed the recall at no cost to her We would have gladly driven it to the dealership for her, if she had would have liked us toWe requested that she bring back the loaner on numerous occasions, because her vehicle was ready to be picked up The vehicle is ready and waiting for her to pick it up at any time

This is a total lie on their part they part and I hav e the letter from them to prove it they sent me and I am going to my office to get it and upload it saturday l what date did I buy the car? theri date is a lie to I have the contact and also will get if from my office and upload it saturday

Although it is our belief that the emblems had been long missing from Ms [redacted] 'a vehicle, we did review our tapes however the speed in which the vehicle drove through the service drive makes the existence or absence of the emblems inconclusive In the interest of customer satisfaction we had them ordered Ms [redacted] has been notified that the emblems are in, she even made an appointment to come in to pick them up last Thursday but did not make that appointment The emblems are still here and await her retrieval No further action at this time [redacted] ***Customer Relations Manager

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I may have purchased an vehicle but under the assumption that Mac Churchill Acura had done their due diligenceHowever, this vehicle has presented numerous safety issuesThese issues have happened intermittently since purchasing the vehicle as the original statement explainsThe last time was the final straw for meI have attached documentation and pictures from various times when 1) the traction control light has come on and caused the vehicle to completely stall not allowing me to steer or brakeAs you can tell by the mileage this was on different occasions but I do not have pictures documenting every time it has happened to meThe oil light randomly illuminating and partial dash lights not working properly2) Documentation from our mechanic to which this whole incident started which reflects the check engine light was on and the codes in which it was running when it was brought to Mac ChurchillWhen you guys told us to not authorize anymore repairs and bring it to your dealership right away so you could get us into another vehicleThis also does not explain why your dealership failed to do as promise and that was get us into another vehicle on January 18th when we brought the vehicle to you and was given a loaner car for days with little to no communication from your dealershipLegal action was pursued because you did not withhold your agreement to get me another vehicle and expect me to take back the safety hazard you sold meSomeone at your dealership even told us that the codes had been cleared and there has been no proof from the dealership that proper repairs have been madeI can assure you I have spent far longer driving that vehicle then your mechanics and there is a safety issue with the vehicle and I will not put myself or my KIDS in harms way driving a vehicle that continues to stall on me randomlyMost notably the last time when I was in the middle of with my child This issue is not resolved and I will settle for nothing less than cancelling the sell and refunding us our down payment Regards, [redacted] ***

When Mr [redacted] purchased his vehicle it was agreed that we would repair the hail damage A We Owe was issued and hood, trunk, and roof were to be addressed ubsequent to the hail damage repair Mr [redacted] was not happy with a few spots where paint cracked due to the dent repair At this time our Used Car Director offered to unwind the transaction and allow Mr [redacted] to return the vehicle He declined We wanted to try and help out so our Used Car Director approved for the roof and trunk lid to be painted At this time he and Mr [redacted] had a conversation discussing the paint match and potential for variance There were no issues with the hood While Mr***'s vehicle was in for repairs he was provided with a loaner vehicle at no charge.At this time we decline Mr***'s request to re-paint his vehicle

Mr***'s cancellation has been submitted He will remain in contact with our Customer Relations Manager, [redacted] until the cancellation has been through the process and a check has been cut Mr [redacted] will come in to retrieve the check when it is ready

Thank you for your cooperationI just want to point out that I never had that tag as opposed to "no longer have that tag"When you back off the picture of the temporary tag that the NTTA used to charge me it does not show my vehicleI want to make that clearThe NTTA even admitted that there was something missing on the car in the picture that my car clearly has Robert [redacted]

Reached out to Ms***, apologized for experience Retrieved credit card number and credited her back the $that was held for renter's storage She was pleased to have the refund No further action at this time
