Ms [redacted] came to our dealership, likely test drove the ILX and agreed to purchase this vehicle When a contract is signed the deal is submitted and quickly approved and funded within days It was always the case that we were going to assist Ms [redacted] in trading out her vehicle for something that was more comfortable We would not be in a position to allow a customer to drive our vehicle for weeks while trying to find a vehicle that was of comfort I'm sorry if this was not communicated well to Ms [redacted] but again, our efforts were always intended on assisting her in taking the ILX in on trade for another make/model At this time we decline the request to pay her $ We also decline the request for $2000.The warranty cancellation request was processed and a check was mailed to Ally Financial on

Their offer, as I stated was not an offerthey are willing to only fix the headlights, which I already paid a qualified mechanic to do so, out of my own pocketwhy? because they had plenty of opportunities with their qualified auto mechanics to fix the issue before the car was soldAs they stated before, the car was looked at by their mechanics whom supposedly fix all the flaws and marked it as safeI was not going to waste my time with their mechanics anymorethey stated on their first response that I can get a car fax easily, its on their website, yet, when I went to buy a car from their dealership they never mentioned that, I didn't went to the dealership to buy the car I bought, I was interested on another one they had already soldSo, being that I was there when I was shown the vehicle that I bought, the least they could have done was show me the car fax, the one "every customer signs off before they make a purchase" this is by their own "#1" ruleThey failed to have me sign off on it, they hid the fact that the car was on three wrecks, they didn't send me the car fax the same day I bought the car, however when I asked for it that same day, I was told I was gonna get it, they failed to send it and kept telling me that they were gonna send it every day for the next daysNot once, out of courtesy did they mention that the car fax reports were free on their website, which could have resolved this problem the first dayAs I was told five days later, by the store manager that the only way to cancel my deal or to get a refinance would have been if I would brought up the issue at the most a day after I closed the dealIt has been their fault for not providing me the information that they are so willing and eager to show, that information, per my request, was not shown to me, and I have messages to prove itThey pulled a fast one on me and they are not owning up to it, instead they are just not caring at all, since they are a big business and they can get away with itthey headlights issue was a real issue that I discussed with them, and they acknowledge at the dealership, yet that same day they weren't offering me to fix it, they say they were gonna call me back to see if they could fix it and I never got that callThey are just being wise guys through this claim on this website, acting as if they did all they could do, but reality is they haven't, they just don't give a damn about their customers

MsKoehn has been advised that the Ultra Warranty was sold in error as the vehicle only qualified for a Primary Coverage We have offered to cover her sway bar link repair as a goodwill gesture No further action required at this time

Mac Churchill Acura is currently working with Ms [redacted] to get her vehicle to our dealership for inspection Will update upon inspection

Ms [redacted] , It seems the Revdex.com has just recently come across your case filed sometime back and I wanted to reach out to you Whenever a customer voices a concern about their credit having been run I always look in the file to see if we in fact have a signed credit application as we are not able to run someone’s credit without their social security number or a signed credit application I have attached the application I found in your file giving us authorization to do so (I blacked out sensitive info due to it being emailed) I’m very sorry if Preston miscommunicated your desires to our Sales Management Staff as they will always run a customer’s credit when we have a signed credit application The truth is, even with your Cap One approval letter, we still must submit your credit information to them in order to secure financing Our efforts in sending it to multiple banks is to see if we could get you a lower rate through another bank, we all would want to pay the lowest rate In your case, Cap One actually came in with the lowest rate Whether it’s just Cap One or several other banks that ran your credit within a few days of each other, it effects your credit the same Only when a customer hops around from place to place does it take a toll on your score With regard to your extended warranty, I found that you do have an Elite level vehicle protection policy You have coverage good through July 16, or 101,miles – whichever comes first If you have paid for services/repairs out of pocket that you believe to be covered, please reach out to MasterTech (###-###-####) to seek reimbursement I am terribly sorry that you never got your paperwork regarding the warranty Please find your policy info attached In your Revdex.com Case you advised that you would like to cancel your extended warranty At this point you are halfway through your contract term and would at most receive 50% of the paid amount of your policy that would be credited back to your lienholder, unfortunately the check does not come to you, it goes to them and reduces the amount of your total loan So in the end you will not have the cash, you continue to make the same payments, but you will also not have coverage on your vehicle Please let me know if you would like to move forward with the cancellation Happy to help with any questions you may have [redacted] Mac Churchill Acura###-###-####

In an effort to expedite the cancellation process Mac Churchill Acura actually contacted [redacted] to see if we could work-around the drafting process and cut a check directly however we were denied Per [redacted] only the lienholder may refund GAP policies by law

I received the Fpackage and on top of being addressed to the wrong address as in I happen to be standing outside when fed ex drove by looking for a non existent address even though the address on my paperwork was correct- they sent me some other persons paperwork and SOME of my paperworkInstead of getting my odometer statements for the vehicles I traded in I received [redacted] ' for a Ford Mustang??? Having this paperwork in its entirety is a necessity because we used the vehicles for business purposes and for the IRS I have to show the milage that was on them when we sold themI can't believe they got the address wrong AND sent me other peoples paperworkThis place truly is a jokeI really need the correct paperwork- my paperwork not some other persons

We are very sorry we were not able to secure a purchase deal on this particular customer Certainly understand his frustration however in the end we are all at the mercy of the financial institutions and their approval or declination of a loan.It is not uncommon for an individual's down payment to be made in partial payments however in this case the bank was not fond of the arrangement and therefore declined the loan While this is not likely the reason for the declination, credit also plays into their decisionOur sincerest apologies for any negative treatment received by our staff This will not be tolerated and we will take action [redacted] ***Customer Relations Manager

Standard processing time can take several weeks which includes Mac Churchill Acura processing time, we must also wait on the warranty company to process the cancellation in their own time only after either a physical check is sent to us via regular mail or a credit is issued on a monthly statement Once the statement is posted and/or the check is receipted, we then process the check request for refund In the interest of customer satisfaction and to expedite we've received approval to work outside the process and cut the refund check prior to standard processing A check will be overnighted tonight to Mr [redacted] 's lienholder

You keep saying "unwinding", but you are not going into detail on what exactly you mean by thatDoes that mean you are going to give me my car back that I traded in? Does it mean that you are going to refund me for the new tires I had to put on the car, because the ones that came on it were dry rotted and unsafe? What do you mean by minus mileage used? I still would like to keep the car, but I would just like the right and honest thing doneYou tell someone you are going to do one thing (paint the hood and roof), but then do something else (paint the roof and trunk)Then the workmanship performed is substandard and instead of just doing the right and honest thing and correcting it, it gets dragged out unnecessarilyI decline at the moment because the response is very general and not in detailIn the end I would prefer to just have the paint fixed on the roof and trunk as I originally statedUntil the "unwinding" is gone into more detail, this is my stance

Mac Churchill Acura reached out to Joseph and invited them to bring the vehicle in again so we may assess Unable to get vehicle to overheat but did discover A/C not blowing cold Replaced A/C compressor, condenser, and performed an evac & recharge Vehicle was returned to customer Three days later the check engine light came on Customer has arranged to bring the vehicle in on Saturday for another inspection

I still reject this response because they can make up whatever they would like to believe about the paint, but I brought it to two different professional paint and body shops and they both told me that if the properly mixed paint were used, then it would not have turned out the way it did Also, I don't know of too many professional paint and body shops that are going to let vehicles out of their shops with overspray in multiple areas as they did mineThat in itself tells me the professionalism of the service they were probably doing.There was also not a response to where their used car sales director told me that he was going to have them repair and paint the hood and roof, but never said anything about the trunk The hood was never touched, but the roof and trunk were paintedI still have this on a voice recording and I have sent it to Mac Churchill at their request before their latest response
