Terrible... STAY CLEAR away! After reading many positive previous reviews on this company is the main reason I hired them. What a mistake! Not only did they overcharge for my roof installation, but they managed to make a brand new roof look terrible! The shingles are NOT laying flat with bumps all over. The facia(which they installed) is terrible! They cut it on an old rusty, dirty machine they had...Now I need to either paint it or replace. Anyway, you do what you want, I'm just stating what happened to me! Good luck!

This is the warranty on my windows

To Whom It May Concern,This is a completely claim on the customer's partFir st of all the salesperson has no recollection of any promises of Bucks tickets and there is absolutely nothing on the contract or paperwork referencing giving away tickets as part of the dealSecond we had no promotions going on at this time involving Bucks Tickets; this project was sold in late May of and at that time we did not even have Bucks tickets in our possession to give away if even we wanted to! Finally the customer randomly brings this up in late October of this year which is a full months after the contract date itselfThis is obviously an underhanded attempt to get something for nothingIf there was a shred of evidence on the paperwork or we had been running that promo in May then it would be a different story but in this case the customer is concocting this for their own benefit.Regards,Mad City Windows

Mad City Baths contracted with this customer to install a new shower panUpon arriving for installation our installer went over the details of the product and how the install would be doneAt this time the customer said they did not want the shower to be as big as we had ordered it and would like us to reorder a shower pan that would be inches less in widthThe installer had called our production department to get permission for the reorder at which point we granted this for customer satisfactionUpon returning to the office the installer also informed our production department that the customer would like to expand the door way if possible to make it handicapped accessible and would like Mad City to do this if there was room in their financingOur production manager called several times to confirm style of door for the customer with no responseWhen the new shower pan arrived, our production assistant started calling the customer to schedule the new install and to confirm a door styleMessages were left for approximately two weeks to contact the customerWe have now received notice that the customer does not want the product anymoreMad City has agreed to terminate the contract and refund the down payment to the customer as a customer satisfaction

As of may 21st Mad City and [redacted] have come to a resolution as to the complaints issued by Mr [redacted] Mad City has refunded Mr [redacted] $5,towards the cost of the mold remediation that was doneAll warranties still stand and Mr [redacted] is happy with the work that Mad City has done for himMr [redacted] understands how all product was installed and the need for certain alterations that were made as it pertains to the looks and functionality of the new product vsthe original product that was removed

The customer was given a $restaurant.com card, as stated on all off our advertisements for the month that he contacted our office for a estimateI can send him a another card that I have on hand from prior promotionsI would need the customer to call the office and ask for [redacted] to verify his addressI will send as soon as I have that verification

Since receiving this rejection Mad City has mailed a confirm showing the dollar deduction from the wells accountAlong with this we sent the requested gift cardWe have also subtracted from the Wells account the additional dollar discount that the customer requestedI have left a message for [redacted] to let her know the status of this discount and that it will be showing up as a credit on their next invoice from Wells Fargo

We did order the original windows as double pane and, accepted the mistake as human error and, ordered all new glass to replace with triple paneonce we received the sashes we contacted the customer to have them installed which we had some difficulties reaching each otherupon installing we were notified that there was a smudge in the inside pane of the glass which could not be removedWe ordered a new sash for the large picture window which the manufacture accidently went off the original order of the double pane windows and sent us double paneAlthough this is a manufacture issue we do understand the customers dis satisfactionWe do have a new sash on order that was stressed to be triple pane and, to have it rushed as soon as possible

Mad citywindows has not completed the work on three windows that they admitted were faultyIt has been two months and nothing has been done as of 5/8/also cory(the owner) offered a refund and to repair the three windows and still nothingMad city windows gave us a different window than what we paid forCory said it was a new style,they installed the windows and never informed us which leads us to believe they did a bait and switchmad city tells us what they think we want to hear and nothing for weeks until we contact them Mad city has been at our home to repair a window for the same problem times,we have no confidence in their workmanshipWe asked Mad city windows to remove the windows they installed and asked for a full refund and Cory refussed[redacted] ***
