Just wanted to let you know I sent an email to [redacted] *** (production manager) at Mad City on 8/28/I still have not heard a response

Mad city has scheduled an appointment for next week to personally meet with the customer to go over and resolve any issues at hand

Mad City has called and spoken with the customer to update them as to the status of the order of the individual ridge cap and valley that match in colorOne row of panels will need to be removed down each side of the valley to replace the valley pansThe product will not suffer any damage or diminished integrity due to the removal and re installation of these panelsThe yard is agreed upon to take care of the damage per the customers requestIt will need to wait until it is a bit warmer to complete this part of the service

Mad City has contacted Mr H [redacted] and worked out the scheduling complicationWe are currently scheduled to install the new glass and screens on Tuesday 1-10-at 11am

Mad City has contacted this customer and spoken to them about their concernsWe have offered them a different storm door in place of the one they were not satisfied withMrC [redacted] is in the process of talking to his wife about this optionWe left a message with the customer today to check the status of their decisionWe are currently waiting for a response

All parts have arrived and Mad City has scheduled service for this customer

Mad city has returned to the customers home to resolve any concerns or work that was in questionThe customer has signed off on our customer completion form that all issues are resolved

Mad City is in the process of receiving the final requested parts to complete the service for this customerA punch list has been made and service will be scheduled shortly

As previously stated we will deal with the discount issue when we conduct the service appointment

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Please note that this complaint was closed prematurelyThis MadCity has on repeated occasions promised to repair or visit the worksite only not to follow thoughAgain, MadCity did not repair the damaged windows as per their Revdex.com Response.MadCity arrived at the worksite with the “wrong window” for the repair, though there were no windows in the truckThe installer then took pictures and wrote the work required to be completed on a service orderHe said that two windows would have to be reordered and one should have to have the frame reinstalled He said that MadCity would get in touch with me when they have the correct windows, a promise which has been given before without resolutionMadCity constantly does not fulfill their warranty requirements, employing stalling tactics at every step.Please reopen this complaint and only close it after they have honored their warranty requirement.Regards [redacted]

The material was ordered on 6/when the problem was brought to our attentionWe have the job scheduled for 8/@8:with the homeownerThe material had a 5-week lead time

Mad City has agreed to refund Mr [redacted] 's down payment of and terminate the contractMad City if requesting that this complaint be completely withdrawn and stricken from the companies record

Mad City has spoken with the customer to arrange an inspection with our field manager to come to a resolution to the concerns. This is scheduled for Thursday february 16th at 5pm.

Mad City has resolved this customers concerns as of 1-24-We had been in contact in person and by phone a few times before we received notice from the Revdex.com that a complaint had been filedIt appears as though this was file with the Revdex.com shortly before they made first contact with Mad CityThe customer was given a dollar discount upon install of the window and is able to confirm this by the adjusted statement from the finance company that funded the jobCurrently there is no outstanding service for this customer and they have been credited the dollar discount

As of today, 3-9-we have gone back to this customer's home and removed the window, replaced the water stained boards in question and reinstalled the windowWe were only able to deal with the customer's father, but he did sign off with us and is happy with the windowMad City is not able to give the customer any sort of discount towards the windowThe install has now been completed twice, both times of which it was signed off on as completedIn regards to the customers question of the 0% interest plan, It is 0% as long as long as it is paid off in the promotion period of monthsGreen Sky plan The payments equal the financed balance by months the interest paid will go towards principal, and therefore, 0% interestWe called and left a message on their phone with the exact plan description and told them to call us if there were any questions

Mad city has been in contact with this customer over the past couple of weeksWe have ordered a few miscellaneous materials and are tentatively scheduled for the week of July 10th to make the necessary repairs per the customer's request

[redacted] ***, our field manager and the customer had a conference call on 9-11-just after am [redacted] is reaching out to our supplier to get one of their factory techs involved with one of the customer's concernsThe customer's second concern of a water leak during hard driving rains has been discussed and the customer is aware of our proposed remedy
