by Boulder Legal Group in reference to complaint ID ***. The business has been very cooperative in resolving this matter. They returned the money in my account and indicated that, on Dec14th, they sent another check to refund most of my service fees, as agreed. Upon receipt of the second check, this complaint will be resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you for your assistance in this matter

We are happy to report that we have spoken with this client, addressed their concerns, and they will be remaining in the program. We look forward to continue to serve this client with their legal needs

I am rejecting this response because: Payment for services was stopped because Boulder Legal Services had failed to provide adequate servicesIt was only after the money had stopped that Boulder Legal Group contacted me in regardes to my complaintsI initiated the proper documentation to continue with offered servicesAfter attemtps to rectify the paperwork process I initiated a formal complaint against Boulder Legal Group At this point I have informed Boulder Legal Group that I no longer wish do do bussiness with them for their total failure to provide the services that they had promised

I have responded to this company and said I am extremely pleased that the lawyer for the firm itself took care of my issue however the firm is not run well and I remain cautious as I stay engaged with the company to handle what they contracted to doThey did not do anything well and I hope that they are treating others fairlyI am planning on holding them to itThis will take much longer to see if they can keep their contractual obligationThey have two years to handle affairs and I am not sure they will not make all of the same mistakesI will reopen another claim if they continue to make the same errorsI am happy that they 1) were willing to refund my money which I was not interested inI think that is how they shut people up2) that they got their personal council on the case3) I at least know they are not operating illegallyalthough I don't know if they are competent.I am simply going to see if they can actually do their job, they have such a good Revdex.com rating I think it may be because they intimidate people or give them money back after they destroy their creditI will be the whistleblower if they *** meYour timelines are not sufficient for their type of business.Thanks,***

We have spoken to the client and have resolved all of her issues satisfactorily

Should you need any of the correspondence with Boulder Legal from this past year I have saved all documents and noted each time they gave me information about my program and enrolled accounts. Thank you for your assistance

We are sorry to hear of Ms***'s complaint and completely understand her decision to file for bankruptcy. We will be working with her bankruptcy attorney to resolve any of her remaining issues and process any refund necessary
