I am rejecting this response because:Complaint Detail / ProblemComplaint Type:Contract IssuesProblem:This company claimed to be able to resettle debts for a fee and a set monthly amountThis amount was increased, I was subjected to illiterate and incompetent customer service reps who insisted on reading scripts and who were unable to give any helpful informationI was given a resettlement for *** ** ***I agreed to said resettlementI was then sued because Boulder Legal never actually sent me the paperworkIt wasn't until I filed a complaint named the owner, Christian in it and he sent his personal attorney to do some handholdingThis is why they don't have so many complaintsI was bullied into paying a higher fee for the resettlement and still compliedNext I was told of a new settlement, only now I was told I needed to come up with an additional 1K on top of my already inflated paymentThese people are not even lawyersI am now needing to file bankruptcy since I am RUINEDThey are REQUIRED to give me a full accounting of EVERY dollar they spent and anything I may have in my account but they have withheld this informationI have only received a communication with some customer service person trying to get me to buy more servicesI keep waiting for an email or a letter but nothingAll people who have been burned by Boulder Legal should get together and file a class action suitThese people are scam artists10K in fees for nothing!!!!!!Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:RefundDesired Outcome:I expect to get a full account of every dollar encumbered under this contract and a check for any funds that remainI cancelled my agreement with these fraudulant ***I will have no conversation and no dealings with theives

We were served with a law suit from *** *** Due to Boulder Legal Group complete failure to address this issue a judgement for the full amount of the lawsuit was issues against my wifeA settleme settlement on this account was negioated in good faith and was signed off in
November by myself and was supposed to be settled in Novermber before any ligigation was rendered Boulder Legal Group eplained to me that the settlement did not proceed becasue they failed to respond in a timely manner

I am rejecting this response because:  I have tried to contact them three times via telephone at the number they left me (with no extension) in the last 24 hours and they have only tried and left a message once when calling me.  Her name was Sarah.  She left me the customer service number... again.The circumstances for the above-listed case have drastically changed.  [redacted] (well within their rights) has seized $7,813.51 from our family checking accounts in a recurring set-off of the debt we owe.  This was after the judgment against us was made because of Boulder Legal Group’s failure to represent us when the Notice of Petition was first filed in the District Court.  Had they represented us as they were supposed to per our contract agreement, this settlement negotiation would have never have gone to Court.  That is almost all of our money.  They left below $100 combined.  We cannot pay our bills or buy basic living essentials.  They took one my son’s money that he earned for college and he will not be able to pay his tuition either.  We were trying to pay off our debt that we accrued by having the interest froze so we could get out from under the spiraling interest and move on to paying the principal... live more responsibly and perhaps buy a home one day.  We feel that since it was Boulder Legal Group’s error per our contract agreement (and if they listen back to the recorded conversation I had on the phone with their representative, he admitted error on their part), they should be responsible not only for the money they took from us over 10 months which mounts to almost $8,000, but also the $7,813.51 that was seized from us.  Money that we wrote checks for to pay our Federal estimate tax of $4,040 before it was seized.  Money that we set up automatic withdrawal for to pay off our debt in full to [redacted] and begin our monthly payments (10) to pay off [redacted].  This seizure will cause irreparable damages. I do not know if we can add an Addendum to our original Complaint to be sent to Boulder Legal Group, LLC (which, by the way, they have themselves listed as being accredited by the Revdex.com), but in light of the change in circumstances, I thought I should try.  What a nightmare… one I hope does not happen to any more of their clients in the foreseeable future. Thank you for your time!
