I am rejecting this response because:The complaint was also in regard of the non-disclosure of the service book, documenting that service has been completed and the vehicle maintained, which will severely impact the value upon me selling the vehicleMoreover, I was never told that the keys and service book were missing upon starting me journey from Laredo to Austin, which information would have prevented me from purchasing the vehicle.Provide the original service book and keys

When the customer called, the GSM was in a meetingOur Customer Relations Manager attempted to assist the customer but she insisted she only wanted to speak with the GSM about a salesperson named ***The Customer Relations manager asked again if there was anything she could do to assist and the
customer declinedThe CRM asked if she could take a message, since the GSM was in a meetingThe customer denied and stated that she wanted to wait on holdCustomer called back after some time, but the GSM was still in a meetingShe left a VCMAs soon as the GSM was out of his meeting, our CRM told him that the customer called, let him know what she told her, and that she had left him a VCMThe GSM called the customer back and spoke with herThe manager that she spoke with after that is not at the dealership this weekWe sincerely apologize for the call not being returned from the manager and for the experience she had at the dealershipThe practice at our dealership is that we don't hold cars unless the customer has put down a deposit or has already been here to see the vehicle and speak with the salesmanOur CRM, GSM, and Pre-Owned Finance Director have all spoken with the salesman and will be working to make sure a situation like this doesn't happen again and that our salesmen communicate clearly about our processes

Charles Maund Toyota is allowing the customer to return the vehicle

We are currently attempting to resolve the situation for Mr***. We are looking at several options and will be contacting the customer with the options as soon as possible

It takes to weeks to process cancelation. Our Finance Director advised him that we have put a rush on it. The customer said he understood and we are very open to making sure our customer is happy
