that my vehicle and information was indeed in a different person's name as I had suspected because I received no call or message from Charles Maund as referred to in their response. Even so I called again and left another message that was eventually returned and was able to send my signed form for cancellation to a financial adviser to process again. At this time they say that it will truly be deposited, but I don't know about my other qualms. I am very disappointed that it took a report to the Revdex.com to get a call back and in general that no explanation or accountability had been offered as well as the time that it took to respond to my messages despite repeated assurances that they would call within the hour. This is definitely not a dealership I would buy a vehicle from again nor recommend for anyone.

have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did however ask for a full refund of my warranties and was advised that it probably won't be a full refund since I have had the contracts for almost a year. I did voice my opinion about that and let them know that I did not agree with that since I have not had good experiences with them at all, I feel like my situation is an acceptable one to recieve a full refund, I'm not just cancelling it because I feel like it or want my money back I am canceling it because I have absolutely terrible and irresponsible service done on my car. [redacted] did inform me that she would have her warranty specialist ask for a full refund but that it probably won't happen. I still disagree with the result, however I do understand that I signed a contract. I also ask about getting one or more of my other tires paid for since I had to unexpectedly replace one, and [redacted] gave my information to [redacted] the service manager who did not call me at first, he did call me today and on my voice-mail told me, "I was told to contact you". Very unprofessional and I expected him to address my concerns about my tires wearing unevenly and to at least sound like he cared. I am deciding to not even respond to that because I am completely over dealing with this company. I hope in the future they treat their customers with more respect and actually do the job they are being paid for.

Customer spoke with our CRM while at the dealership. The CRM investigated and, after speaking with the salesperson and pulling paperwork from the deal, found that the customer signed a We Owe form showing that nothing was owed and signed a form acknowledging that the vehicle only came with one key....

Our CRM asked her if she had anything in writing stating that the salesperson promised her a second key. She stated she did not have any of that information. The CRM offered her internal pricing on the part and offered to waive the labor fee. Customer rejected the offer. I have attached the paperwork the customer signed.Regarding the leather, we will take a look at the patch job and if it is poorly done, we will do our best to fix it. Dealership and salesman already agreed to assist with the paint chip on the vehicle.

CRM and Pre Owned Finance Director spoke with customer on Friday. Customer has already returned the car.

We spoke with the customer and will have the discount tire send us an invoice so we can cover the tires.

Our pre-owned finance manager has been in contact with the customer and we will be cancelling the warranty. The customer will receive a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: no offer of reimbursement was offered.  The brakes on my car now intermittently engage when going down a steep hill.  Paperwork has not been returned.  All they did was call me, nothing more.

Our sign says Toyota Certified cars. Ms [redacted] was aware she was purchasing an As is unit since she signed the paper stating it was As Is. I have attached the document I am referring to. CMT does not take responsibility for the customer having her vehicle repossessed.

When the customer inquired about the specific vehicle, our website was in the process of being repaired due to a glitch. This is why the best price did not automatically appear. The customer spoke with multiple managers at our dealership and, unfortunately, we were unable to agree on numbers. CMT...

can only take off so much money on a vehicle. We do not have false advertising, it was simply a glitch in our system that has now been fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused.

As soon as customer brought issue up to the CRM, she got the finance manager and warranty clerk involved to get the warranty cancelled ASAP. Warranty clerk and CRM have spoken with the customer regarding this and apologized for what transpired. Salesman has spoken to customer as well. Checked status...

on Saturday, 9/30, and warranty clerk informed CRM that the warranty is cancelled and the refund should be coming on the next statement. Once refund is rcvd, CMT will send it to the lienholder. The check cannot go straight to the customer since he financed. It will be applied to the principle balance of the loan. CRM left VCM for customer over the weekend.

Our CRM left a VCM and emailed the customer regarding his concerns. We cannot, by law, allow the customer to handle the title and registration of a vehicle that is being purchased at our dealership. We apologize that he was not informed of how long it would take and will be getting with the...

I find it appalling that customer service seems not to be a priority now that the lease is over and I am trying to resolve a situation with over charges relating to a lease that I obtained at Charles Maund Volkswagen in Austin TX. I reject the premise that by you all passing the buck you all seem to think this issue will go away. as a veteran in our armed services I am also going to pursue any angle true Veterans Affairs office to also try and get a resolution in this matter. so as a customer who made all of my payments on time and did exactly what I was supposed to do in regards to this vehicle. I am rejecting this response because:The address you provided is not for Truwest. Ive reached out to them and they did not receive the payment. They stated it would post immediately if they had received it. Why has the tracking information not been provided? I also went to the address and there is no business at the address you provided. They provided me a P.O. Box number in Phoenix Arizona. This is completely unacceptable business practices.
