I am rejecting this response because: they will take forever to get back to me like always I need these false charges removed as soon as possible.

I am rejecting this response because:Damages to the door frame, molding, fence, and other portions of the home were all pre-existing. Documentation provided shows this evidence. The business should provide a detailed list and evidence on their behalf that these conditions were not pre-existing contrary to the evidence that we have provided. Request business provide a detailed list of items that were required repair upon our departure and evidence that these items for repair occurred during our stay in the residence.

We have received notification of the issue. The details have been submitted to our Resident Services Team. Resident Services will be in contact within 2 business days and will be reviewing the following issue(s):1. Reimbursement of application fees.
Our Resident Care Support Team advised the resident that all maintenance issues have been addressed and a concession was given to the resident. At this time all of the Resident’s concerns have been addressed.
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:MS [redacted] agreed to full refund on the phone but a second manager refused to honor that agreement. We are requesting a detailed description of the supposed damages to compare with the pictures and videos we provided showing the damages that existed upon our move-in. MS [redacted] left the house infested with mice, filled with mouse feces, doors frames still damaged, holes poorly patched, and various paint touch-ups. None of the claims they are making against us are accurate based on ALL the evidence we have provided. MS [redacted] should be required by LAW to send us a detailed list of EXACTLY what was repaired to withhold any portion of our deposit.

Our Resident Care Support Team has contacted our resident to address their concerns and we are working to resolve this concern as soon as possible.

I am rejecting this response because:
Hello Sherri- since we last had contact, I was contacted by someone from Main Street Renewal, and she promised to review my case in 48 business hours. She has not contacted me back. I really believed this time they were going to try to resolve my issues. I was lied to again by this company. I want to continue my Revdex.com complaint and maybe even add to it. This is absolutely terrible and unacceptable.

I am rejecting this response because: the refund did not come in the mail in a time frame that suggests they sent it on October 1st. It just came yesterday on the October 13th. I looked at the...
USPS stamp that gives me proof that it was mailed on the 6th, not the 1st. This morning I finally received my deposit, though it was not the whole deposit and there is no way for me to verify the things they claim had to be taken out of the deposit because of damage to the property.

I am rejecting this response because: I never got a new ledger. Also it was said a check was mailed and I should have gotten it. But I have not. Someone in Texas supposed to be looking further into it and will contact me

The complaint has been forwarded to our VP of Resident Services and her team has been instructed to contact the resident.
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: this is no response. I have been told since October when the stove was stolen and I couldn't move into the property that the correct paperwork would be submitted in order to credit me for...
the 21days I was unable to occupy the premesis. I am always told to wait one more month. One more month. Pay rent. And nothing changes. So it is absolutely unacceptable for you to say now that the resolution is to talk to me. We dont have anything to talk about. You have a credit of 21 days to give me. It has been long enough. Would you pay for a month of rent someplace you and your family could not stay in? Didnt think so. Do what's fair and just ans apply the credit to Feb. Rent. Its been well past the 6 weeks I was told it would take for corporate approval.

I am rejecting this response because: I received a phone call from MSR last night (4/2/15) at 10:30pm. I was informed that the issue was repaired and that we can move...
in. I was told that the Mgr. of the Atlanta office would be giving me a call today (4/3/15). Not only did I NOT receive a phone call, when I went to the house to check to see if the problem was resolved as stated, the combination to the lock box had been changed and could not get in. So far we are paying rent for a place that we don't have access to. It should not be this hard to move into a home that was suppose to be move in ready.

An email was sent to [redacted] to provide a time convenient to discuss to make sure I have all of the details. I will work with her to address and resolve the issue.
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: we have been playing phone tag and I’m working to dispute this, however we have been unable to make a resolution yet. I am MORE than happy to discuss this via email since we are apparently unable to make connection via phone call, as I stated in a voicemail and in email today.
