Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The 12/*/15 date used was the last date of contact when I attempted to resolve the matter of Majestic Metals charging me for items I did NOT order.  Point of fact, according to the credit card company Majestic Metals charged me and took from my credit card the following amounts on the following dates:
11/*/15     $595
11/**/15    $995
11/**/15    $995
11/**/15    $1495
They took money from me on a weekly basis and then tried to force some coins on me that I have repeatedly said I did NOT want and did not order.  It is highly suspicious that they took money on a weekly basis.  I would never order anything, let alone coins, in this manner.  Their response is hollow since these dates are scattered and they have a "15" day return policy!  This can only be resolved by them returning the above moneys to my credit card.

I do not understand the nature of this complaint, As of 12/**/15 your account was closed at your request. The last time your account was charged was 11/**/15 for the 1925 Denver $2 1/2 Indian Gold coin you ordered with Nick. That was the last order you made with us. I know during that converstation...

you said you buy from many different coin dealers and that is why you always write down what you are buying so you do not get confused, please check your notes on these sales. I think you are getting confused with delivery dates verses the actual charges to you account, I see that the orders in question were delivered to you 12/**/15. If you are unhappy with any order you received you can return it for a full refund with in 15 days of receiving the order. I hope this answers your complaint if you have any other questions please call ###-###-#### anytime day or night.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I want my name removed from any and all of your call lists.  I do not EVER want to purchase anything from your company since the unauthorized withdrawal of $725 was taken out of my checking account causing me to be overdrawn and incur overdraft charges.  I also had to cancel my debit card and go through the tasks of contacting all the places that I used that card to pay for my automatic bill payments and pay to get a replacement card.  I am still waiting for the refund for the purchase that I did make as well, that I was also not satisfied with as well as the free gift you sent along with that purchase.  If you need to contact me you have my permission to contact me through this email address for the next 30 days or you may contact me through the U.S. mail

Sincerely,

The order for $725.00 was refunded yesterday promptly after she called in to cancel the order. She then called today at 6am and left a threading message that she's going to the Revdex.com. Review: Seller refuses to refund returned coins as specified in Return Policy. Majestic Metals also used pressure tactics to obtain information and refused to take NO for an answer. They obtained info from an unauthorized person unknown to me. I have no idea how they obtained my name and phone number to initiate calls. One employee was quite rude, calling me a liar. Majestic Metals, Inc. has been a fright and their pursuance is unwelcomed! Initially a valid purchase of $57.00 was made. I feel that led to the info provided to make the falsified charges. The $695.00 and $600.00 are absolutely invalid. Additionally, the company declared a restocking fee for an unspecified amount! It's most confusing dealing with Majestic Metals. They fault me for not knowing which rep answers the phone and the phone, which is passed around at their whim so who you talk with is a mystery. For instance, [redacted] promised me a refund on ** June 2014. That never happened. [redacted] said he initially "took my order" and declared me a liar. Richard promised a settlement if I accepted a $100.00 discount. Obviously they are delaying settlement to accommodate the time period to honor refunds and have ceased correspondence. Some info is unavailable at this time. It is crucial to me to have this settled ASAP if possible.I am a veteran of the USN, my deceased husband was a veteran, serving as a government employee for eighteen years. I receive a pension from his military service. Hopefully the Revdex.com can provide assistance!Sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: There were two unauthorized charges to my account in the amount of $1,295.00. One is for $600.00 and the other for $695.00. Hopefully all info has been provided for a settlement. Many thanks, [redacted]

Business

Response:

We have expressed to the costumer she can return any order for a full refund. At this point she has not returned any orders there for we can not refund anything until the orders are returned. We have spoke to her several times and offered a discount of $100.00 if she wished to keep the orders she made. She declined the offer so we instructed her to return the orders. If she returns them she will get a full refund.

Review: On March * 2015 Majestic Metals used my debit card information and took $750.00 out of my bank account I did not authorize this transaction. I did order a coin from them 02\** and that amount for $695.00 was approved, however I still have not receive that order either. But I NEVER made a 2nd order. I now have ZERO dollars in my checking or savings account as a result and still have things being presented to my credit union for payment and I have no funds. I also do not get paid again until next Thursday and since this has cleared my checking and savings I have absolutely no money to even put gas in my car to get to work. I will have to try to borrow money from someone or not go to work as a resultDesired Settlement: I really need the money back into my checking account ASAP so that I do not incur anymore overddraft charges or have any items returned for non-payment. I would also like to be compensated for the stress that this has caused me. I would settle for $800 to cover the $725 the overdraft fees that I incurred and the time I had to take from my job as well as the stress and concern that this has caused. I would settle with $750 as that will cover the money that I feel they STOLE they are thieves and should be prosecuted if you ask me. But that would cover the $725 that they stole and the overdraft fees that I have currently incurred . If the money is not returned today there will be more overdraft fees charged to my account. I want an IMMEDIATE refund

Review: Coins that we we ordered have not been delivered. It has been 25

Days and all I get from the person on the phone is excuses. As of

Today I was told [redacted] has a back log, really. Majestic Metal took a

Total of $995.00 from my checking account , without delay. If at all

Possible this complaint should include a warning to others, beware

Of a possible scam.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund.

Business

Response:

The order is in transit to you , the tracking number is [redacted] and you will receive it on Tuesday December [redacted]. I do apologize for the delay. Every and all orders are covered with a full money back policy ,so you can chose to accept it and review the package or just refuse the delivery. Review: I purchased Morgan Silver Dollars from Majestic on the condition they said (Joseph B[redacted]) were worth $3995.00.

This occured Sep ** and they were then sent to me [redacted]. Package was not insured nor did I have to sign for them and they arrived on Oct **. Upon arrival I opened the package of 49 Morgan Silver dollars. I than went to the internet and to a reptuable coin seller ( [redacted]) and researched their value which came to $1280.00. I then started calling on Monday , no answer. Called today (Tuesday, Oct **) and got through at ###-###-#### cell). I told the person on the other end I was not satisfied with my purchase that it wasn't worth the price I paid.and I wanted to return them. He said he would not accept it back unless I went to a reptuable coin dealer, got a quote on what their worth. I stated I was willing to return the entire amount of coins shipped to me in exchange that he reimurse my credit account for what I paid. He said he DEFINITELY would not do that and that he I could take it up with his lawyer if I pursued it.Desired Settlement: Return the coins to dealer and a full reimbursement to me.

Business

Response:

The web site you are using to price out the coins you bought from use does not offer the same set and the images of the coins you see there are just stock photos and would not be the coin you would get from them. That is why we recommend getting them appraised by a registered coin dealer befor you return your order being that you are claiming they are overpriced based on information you found from another online retailer. If you would like to retrun the order without getting a 3rd party appraisal the restocking fee will be applied to the returned order, agian this is why we suggest getting a proper appraisal. I believe when you spoke with us today you were told if the apprisial does not line up you can retrun the order for a full refund with no restocking fee. I hope this helps you understand what we already discussed over the phone and that we can come to a fair agreement between both parties based on facts.

What is the amount of the restocking fee??? The business has promised to send me eight(8) more silver dollar coins. Once I see them I will respond again to Revdex.com with my determination to settle or not settle my complaint. First time I have heard of the restocking fee.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.Sincerely,[redacted]

Business

Response:

The restocking is stated on the back of every invoice. However our reply was made befor you made the new arrangement with Joseph. The additional 8 coins were shipped today and you should have them soon. We look forward to gettiing this resolved with you.

Review: I purchased a poor quality coin, contacted Majestic and told them that I was returning the coin. I was very specific and told them not to send me any other coins. They do the opposite and send a more expensive replacement coin. Just talked to the manager, he said that I should have refused the second shipment, which is correct. I requested re-imburesment for the return shipment of the second coin. Majestic's response, we have the oppurtunity to make good and ship you a better coin. I re-stated that I did not request or desire any further transactions from them after the first coin. Bottom line, I learn a life lesson but someone needs to protect future customers that will be taken advantage of, this company is like pond sm. Not professional and only out to make a buck, in the South they would be fed to the swamp. I'm disgusted with people and companies like this.Desired Settlement: I request to be paid $33.60 for the cost of returning the second coin, which I did not request and was very explicit during my initial complaint to them that I would not do business with them in the future. Despite my attitude when I called them, they did not listen to me or explain to me that they have the right to make good on their product. Instead, just ship out another coin, which was $200 more than the first coin without saying anything.

Business

Response:

I told home to return it for a full refund and I would wave the restocking fee . If this man continues to badger my company I may look into speaking with a lawyer . He dident like the fact that we do not cover the shipping back to us . I was very nice to him and he called me all sorts of names , when I asked him if he " wasent expecting a replacement " why would you accept the package that is clearly makes from Majestic Metals and keep it for weeks after receiving it .

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

First of all, I did not use any foul language with the phone call with this management person which I most recently spoke with. Only when I recieved the second coin in May did I lose my temper and was not polite. I was very explicit in May when I received the first coin that I no longer wanted to do business with them due to the poor condition of the coin. I was very specific that I did not want any coins from them in the future but they shipped one to me anyway. Yes, I could have and should have refused the coin and I realize that I will most likely not get reimbursed for the return shipping of the second coin. My concern is that this is not the first time a transaction did not fair well for either party. Secondly, the majority of people will not take the time to bring this matter to the Revdex.com. I had to laugh that I'm now being accused of badgering Majestic Metals Inc. In my opinion, this New Yorker from Majestic Metals did not expect a person from California to express their opinion and actually give him a New York attitude back at him. This coin company gives all coin companies a bad reputation for customer service and I would have just been happy to have received $36 in shipping and you never would have heard from me. I have no intentions of ever conacting Majestic Metals Inc. for any reasons and will be satisfied with your actions to resolve this issue. As I expressed to this person at Majestic Metals Inc., this is a life lesson on my part. My question for them, will their future customers have the same issues with them? If so, a business like this will not survive for any extended length of time. Plus, it will only effect all of their competition in New York because consumers will purchase coins from a business in another state, I already have. Enough said, just review their policies on being able to replace defective coins and make sure that this policy is expressed verbally on the initial purchase of any coin to the customer. This did not happen with me and that would have been a red flag for me not to do business with them. That's what I would like you to do with this complaint and I will consider it resolved, they can keep the $36 dollars that it cost me to return the second coin. I've gotten their attention and you are very prompt at trying to resolve a problem, Thank You

Review: I received a cold call from this company asking me to purchase one of their silver coins. I agreed to the purchase and they advised me I would receive it soon. A few days later they called me and wanted me to view gold piece and wanted to include it in the box I said Yes, but only if I am not charged. Then then told me it was to late they already sent it and charged my debit card 695.00. 2 weeks later they called again wanting to send me a piece they had in the vault with my name on it. I asked if I had already paid for it and they told me yes they're sending it to me. They then debited my card for an additional 995.00. I never received the second coin either! I submitted a complaint but they were extremely rude and just stated I was trying to defraud them since I tried to send the stuff back. I did not authorize any of the additional charges. My niece tried to call and verify if they use tracking numbers for complaints and they would not tell her because she would not disclose my name. She gave her name but he was being extremely rude/ hateful.( At one point during previous calls he called me rded. ) Nothing personal was asked just a general question and HE ([redacted]) went off. She asked him to please be respectful and not use that tone but he said because she was unwilling to provide my name he didn't care how he acted. I will be filing a police report for attempted fraudDesired Settlement: I would like all of my money that was taken including those that were fraudulently taken from me. I returned the product. I want my money. I would like the business to pay the bank fees that I received because of this problem and over drawing my account. I have never overdrawn. I will be filing a police report for attempted fraud. I need to be issued a sincere apology for such terrible service and degrading me. If you can please pull the calls. I would like to have them shut down if this is how they do business. Don't ever call me selling things again. This business is the lowest.

Business

Response:

She already has all of her money back on these orders . She charged back with her CC company . The original orders she had were returned to us out side of the return policy and we made several attempts to reach her by phone with no answer . The first response we received from this was threw her CC company . The second response was from her niece unknown at the time , she would not tell me her name and asked if we have Client information saved in our system , she said she wanted this info because she was wanting to buy from Majestic . I replied are you a customer or someone one you know is a customer . She said yes my family member bought from you . I asked if I could have the name of the account so if there is a problem we can handle it , she said no I am going to the Revdex.com laughted and hung up. This entire problem is created because she returned items that were outside the return policy and she did not want to pay a restocking fee. Now I am being threatened that she will go to the police , when all of this could have been easily resolved by answering our calls or calling us . I offer my apology for any incovience this may have caused hopefully she sees she has all of her money back and not part ways in such hostility .

Review: Unprofessional business practices. Does not take NO for an answer. Constant calls, up to 3x per day. Does not abide by the No Call Registry. Does not abide by customer's request to not call.Desired Settlement: Stop the high pressure tactics. This company is the most aggressive I have ever come across. When a customer requests that you remove them from your marketing list, DO SO-- don't harass them until they have to repeatedly threaten legal action against you! This is the most disgusting experience I have ever had with aggressive sales people.

Business

Response:

According to the phone records we olny contacted her twice and since her name has been removed from the system and added to the DNC . Durning the 2nd time of contact she told us she gets many calls from many different coin dealers and she made threats to report us because we are the olny ones that call with a unblocked number . To resolve this issue we will not be in contact with her agian .

Review: On May [redacted] I contacted the company and requested not to receive any more products from this company. I requested to be taken off their mailing list. I did not want their products. I was charged on May the [redacted] on my [redacted] card for 185.00. I have not been able to contact them they will not return my calls. I do not want to do business with these people. Make them stop. I am 81 years old and I do not have the income to afford their products. I do not know how I ever got on their mailing list in the first place.Desired Settlement: I will not accept any more products from this company nor will I agree to pay for anything from these people. I will contact my attorney if I am harassed any further. I classify this as harassment.

Business

Response:

[redacted] did not make this complaint . Her son called me this morning and was yelling and calling me names. I told him anything his mother dosent want they can return for a full refund . After getting off the phone he filed the complaint with the Revdex.com . At this point we are removing her name from the system even though she is not the one requesting we do so , I am scared because this man threatened me . [redacted] is a very nice lady and we always enjoyed talking to her . Her son made it clear he does not want her to collect coins and it unfortunate that this is being done with out her consent but I don't need calls from her son making threats . Anything they want to return for a refund as long as its in the same condition she received it in will be excepted for a full refund just as I told him on he phone right befor he made this complaint to badger my company.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because

My mother does not have a computer. My mother initiated the complaint and asked me to file it on her behalf. The owner lists his business as [redacted]. This is a false statement. This is a UPS location and I called the business and he regularly picks up from this location. It is a drop ship business. He was forced out of his previous location according to the building owners. He was abusive to me and tried to over TALK ME ON THE PHONE. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I am reporting him to local law enforcement for questionable business practices and everyone should be aware of this individual. Do not trust them with credit card information. Identity theft is a serious crime and unauthorized usage of credit card information is a crime!

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: We were contacted by telephone on 7/**/15 and asked to purchased Walking Liberty silver coins at a price of $50. After placing on our credit card, we were asked if we would buy a gold coin for over $800. When I declined, I was told that they already put it on my credit card. I told them to cancel and they said it couldn't be done. I then said I would contact my credit card company and tell them not to pay. All of a sudden, they said there was a mistake and it was not charged. They told me the silver coins would be shipped within 2 days. I have called several times and was told at first that they were in the mail. After several calls, they told me the shipment had been delayed, but was in the mail. They said they would give me a tracking number, but came back and said since it was going to a P.O. box, there could be no tracking number. This was an outright lie. I went to the post office again on 8/**/15, but there were no coins. I finally called the credit card company and filed a dispute. These people are outright liars and thieves and no one should ever deal with them.Desired Settlement: Refund
