Hello, Consumer also contacted us through our websiteWe advised that Makeover Essentials manufactures cosmetic products that are distributed by independent third party distributorsThese independent distributors are required to conduct their business in compliance with all applicable laws, including laws and regulations governing soliciting and business practicesWe have requested the location of the business so that we can notify the indipendant distributors in the area demand that they cease all solicitations and/or selling any products in this locationWe are waiting to hear back from consumer

We have reached out to the customer and a check for a full refund was mailed out to them.We sincerely apologize for these sales tactics and can assure you we do not condone that behaviorUpon receiving this information we have conducted several sales training Classes to prevent any such situation from happening againThank You

A representative just came into my place of work soliciting these products, which is strictly prohibited and not in compliance with our NO SOLICITING policies. She conned my boyfriend into purchasing these TRASH products very forcefully and did not leave a receipt or a card or any way to get her contact information. I want a refund right now and I can't figure out how to get one. Can someone please assist with this?

We have emailed the customer in response to her complaint and have offered a full refund As soon as the customer replies back with the additional information we requested a full refund will be issued ASAP

As soon as the customer contacted us about the makeup wipes being used we immediately tracked down the sales office responsible for this to find out what happened. The independent sales reps typically have demo samples and we concluded that the rep may have accidentally given the customer the
demo sample instead of a brand new one. Regardless we take this seriously and the representative was let go and no longer distributes Makeover Essentials. We also sent the customer a brand new pack of the makeup wipes.All of our products go through independent laboratory testing to assure consumer safety. We are 100% in compliance with FDA requirements for cosmetic safety and every formula is evaluated by a Board Certified Toxicologist to assure safety. Makeover Essentials goes beyond most brands by spending hundreds of thousands of dollars per year to assure every product not only meets regulatory requirements, but are intensely tested to assure they are safe, hypoallergenic and are the best quality available for your body and skin applicationsTesting is done by the best labs in the world; labs that are approved by the USA Consumer Product Safety Commission

We had email issues and did not get the customers initial email We reached out to the customer and are giving her the refund We will be sending a refund check in the amount of $ The customer should have the refund check within 2-weeks

I spent 20 bucks on one of your makeup kits and as soon as I put it on my skin started burning. I don't know what's in your makeup but you might want to look into it. Super dissatisfied
