Please do review this business they are conducting a major scam by the lake- its all fraud.If this compliant is not taken care of I will have to be forced to proceed legally and will take them to small claims court;I will take this upon myself to get my money back they also don't accept cards to keep all the deposits its all planned. If my issue is resolved I will not waste their or mine  time.

My sister and I rented jet skis from Malow's on 8/15/16. The quoted price was 65.00/day. There was a 200.00 refundable deposit (no big deal) There is a 15.00 launch fee. The contract read "gas tanks are 14 gallons" and the price for fuel is 4.00/gallon upon return.

We had to wait approximately one hour in 117 degree heat before they brought down the skis. The guy who launched the skis was driving a trailer with a flat tire and he told us that we did not have to inspect the skis as they have already video taped them.

He did not give us any instructions, he just launched the skis and off we went. Half way through our ride, my jet ski would not throttle at full speed, then the warning lights came on. I had to turn it off and wait for it to cool down before starting it back up.

Upon returning to the the store to pay for our fuel, we were informed that we owed 36.00 for gas, for half a tank. I inquired about the price and was informed that the skis have an 18 gallon tank. I pointed out to the young lady behind the counter, that their contract states the tanks are 14 gallons, she replied "I will have them look into it". Every person in the shop paid 36.00 for gas. I checked my gas tank and I had only used 2 bars, out of 8, that makes my gas consumption 1/4 tank, not half.

I likely will never be using this company again and strongly advise those who are looking into a jet ski rental to stay far far away from this company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As a consumer the only response that I have is that I felt cheated and fooled, because when you try to do a business with any provider first you trust in them, then things have 10 to 12 pages to signed in which I renter I understood that is some condition to protected them their business; you signed the paperwork but is obvious that if you take the necessary time to read all the forms I and other any customer will lost I lot time read in details all the pages. All the renters are vacation must and they all need is to enjoy the time that was my case, for that reason I signed all the paperwork. I understand that I do not will recuperated my money that was stolen maybe In a legal form, because I know and they know the jet ski#[redacted], did not have any damage the employee who picked up us from the river even he tested the machine before to towed I he said "perfect" the employee was assigned to pick up and deliver customer to the river very friendly guy, the unit to the Malow's parking lot. I follow the instruction that they provide us, and the jet ski never gave any problem. Like I mentioned before I hope somebody do not suffer the same scam, because as I check in yelp and trip advisor we are many suffering this kind a fraud. This why Mallow jet ski rental LLC, is have the paperwork to protected, but I expect that Revdex.com is certified honest business and you need to open an investigation because nobody else deserves to go through this embarrassing and indignant situation. Please stop

You signed a contract stating we could charge you for any damages to our equipment.  We have 100's of skis and boats go out each week and the large majority have not problems.  But when a customer does have a problem that they caused they do not want to pay for it.  We are sorry for...

We rented a jet ski from this business on April of 2015. They advertised for $75 for all day use. Well, that was not the case, however, we always realize that there are often "hidden" costs.
They did require a deposit and inspect the ski with you. However, when you return the jet ski, they inspect on there own and then call you over. In our case, they claimed we had damaged the propeller and they will keep our deposit. I vehemently disagreed with them as they attempted to claim we bent the propeller. I refused to sign the agreement. Indeed, they kept my deposit and I have since disputed that with my bank. I have since reviewed them on [redacted] and see a consistent trend of complaints from other consumers.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Attach are two pictures; One is a picture of the assumed damaged to the jet ski which again was not inspected right away and was inspected with me or my party being present.  ( about a 15 mins from the time we got out of the truck while waiting at your shop and you guys were so called inspected the jet ski.) There was that time difference were we wasn't present by the jet ski ( the jet ski was not visuable to us ) and you guys come back and stated we damaged the jet ski, how does that proof that we damaged it.  It should have been inspected right away and infront of us not behind our backs.  I have also attach a picture of the jet ski while in the water, as you can see there was no damaged to the jet ski.

The amounts stated by Marlow's counsel are valid and not disputed; however, the deposit was deducted on Sunday, July 24, 2016, the gas withdrawal was deducted on Monday, July 15, 2016 and I was returned my deposit on Tuesday, July 26, 2016. Following the return of my deposit, on Saturday July 30, the deposit was adjusted and withdrawn from my account thus causing a overdraft in my account.  Please see the attached account history from my bank.  So, although the deposit was returned to my account it was subsequently withdrawn for a second time.   The dispute is not the amounts, this dispute is that in the end I did to receive my deposit from Marlows as it was deducted after being returned to me.

I just spoke to [redacted] 7/30/2014 at 4:15pm.  Thru detailed discussion it was not our business that rented to the persons named in the complaint.  I'm waiting for him to verify this and call me back.  I advised that it most likely was Malows across the street. ...

I also advised that I would assist them to recover the money that they paid...

[redacted].There's no way the ski was damaged. I never ran it into anything or sucked up any rocks. The ski was running well when the guy from the company was maneuvering it. He had the ski on because I heard the engine. They claimed that the ski was non functional after I returned it. If that's the case why was the engine on and the guy driving it onto the trailer. Then after the inspection I noticed that the ski was completely dry didn't have an ounce of water on it. I asked if that was the same ski I rented they said yes but never proved it to me. It that was really  the same ski then the inside part where the impeller is should've been wet. I have a picture of that.

We had a brand new impeller put on this jetski and Mr. [redacted] damaged it to the point it had to exchanged out.  Attached is the credit cards receipts he signed authorizing and a copy of the contract he signed stating he would pay for any damages done to our equipment.

Complaint [redacted] -- We are sorry you had a bad experience.  You signed a contract that stated you would pay for damages to our equipment in the event that something happened to it.  We do not purposely look for damage.  It is much more profitable to get the ski back in the water.  Repairs take time and money.  However, in good faith, we are willing to refund you $200, but strongly suggests that you read contracts before you sign them.

Again, we are sorry you did not have a good experience, but we stand by our decision to charge you for the damage that was done to our equipment.

below.I don't not accept the response because i'm not tony gutierrez, and I did not rent 2 seadoos. Also why was I charged for $100 seadoo rental for 1 and tony was charged $160 for 2. Seems to me you don't know how to run a business, also why is malows sister working there when shes an ex-con for theft. You guys cheated me and you know it. I know for a fact I didn't damage the seadoo. On yelp.com theres others that been cheated by you guys for scam of damaging the seadoo. just like tony was charged for the same thing I was charged for. Also theres an investigation going on about your business. I was very upset but there was nothing I can do you were gonna charge me some how, I know I wasn't gonna walk away with you not getting your money just like the other guy there the same day being charged for damage he didn't do. So to get this over with ill like my refund for wrongful charges, stressed on my vacation and scam.
