It was strange, I thought I was applying with another company & got tied into Upgrade somehow, but so far has turned into a blessing Beat the other company rates, length of months & saved me about $7K in interest Money was in my bank overnight I just hope there isn't some hidden later down the line But as of this date I would recommend them to others

A dollar? What a *** company

On April 8, I applied for a debt consolidation loanI received notification that I was preapproved and needed to provide paystubs and a second email requested copies of my bank statementI provided both on April 10, and followed up with phone calls regarding the statusToday is April 24, no one has returned my calls and when I check in they claim it is under review but I will hear from them very shortlyI went with Upgrade for the speed of the transaction and their affiliation with Web Bank who I have prior experience working withMy dilemma now is that when I reapply else where they will see this inquiry on my credit report and it will have negative impact on my scoreI am deeply disturbed by their lack of response, the impact it may have on my and I question and am concerned if they are truly lending or collecting consumer information for other purposes
