He couldn't find his calculator on the computer screen? Who are they hiring over there, and how much (or how little) are they being paid? Do they train their employees even? I have worked in customer service before, once for minimum, actuallyNow, much more and you do get what you pay forOther than that, I agree with the other commentersThey act nice at first but they'll find any excuse to turn you downDon't believe the online "reviewer" sites as these sites are being paid by Upgrade (they say so)

Not happy at all with the service I receivedI am seeking a small personal loan of $I was told I was pre-qualifiedOnce my credit history was run I was told I was pre-approvedI was told to upload pay-stubs and my bank statementI called in to follow up and let the associate know that I was looking to have the loan within the next week or twoI was told someone would give me a call backI still have not received a call backI called the company again and was told that I would need to upload more documentsTo expedite the process I asked what other documents were needed since they didn't ask for those in the beginningI was then told that it would be either my taxes and another bank statementI have still not received a call back or an email that I would need to submit any other informationBased on the other reviews the company continuously asks for more and more information and give you the run around
The loan process was pretty quick and painlessAfter I entered my information a representative called me over the phone to confirm a few extra details and in business days I received my loan
It was strange, I thought I was applying with another company & got tied into Upgrade somehow, but so far has turned into a blessing Beat the other company rates, length of months & saved me about $7K in interest Money was in my bank overnight I just hope there isn't some hidden later down the line But as of this date I would recommend them to others

I was in a big pinch for extra cash, consolidate some other loansI had this Upgrade opportunity sitting on my counter for awhileI pulled it out, I had nothing to loseApplied and within the day I was approvedNo hassle! On April 8, I applied for a debt consolidation loanI received notification that I was preapproved and needed to provide paystubs and a second email requested copies of my bank statementI provided both on April 10, and followed up with phone calls regarding the statusToday is April 24, no one has returned my calls and when I check in they claim it is under review but I will hear from them very shortlyI went with Upgrade for the speed of the transaction and their affiliation with Web Bank who I have prior experience working withMy dilemma now is that when I reapply else where they will see this inquiry on my credit report and it will have negative impact on my scoreI am deeply disturbed by their lack of response, the impact it may have on my and I question and am concerned if they are truly lending or collecting consumer information for other purposes
