I am thankful for Upgrade The process took a little over a week but mostly because I sent my documents incorrectly Customer service was always available to assist me After the final document was sent I was approved the same day and funds were in my account two days later! I am so grateful!

Submitted my request the Thursday before Indigenous Peoples’ Day and received funds on the following Tuesday after they stated it would be four business days so I was very pleased about thatThe customer service representative I spoke with was extremely helpful and timelyOnly thing to note is they do take a fee from the funds (for me it was from 11k) but I was okay with that due to it being a small portion of what was requested and the fact that I had been previously refusedI would recommend them and use them in the future if I ever needed another loan
