I received a publication from UpgradeIN highlighted lettering it clearly states Pre-approved confirmation certificate That is was pre approved for a loan for up to $30,for a low fixed rateWhen I checked my rate I was informed that I could only barrow $16k at 16.98% rateThere was no 30,as claimed in the letterI find a predatory lending practiceI know you will only send them a letterBut I fully intend on making sure everyone know about this company and its advertising as will as its high loan rates
Fill out an application and told I am approved, I just need to verify income by submitting the last two pay stubsI do thatI hear nothing for a week so I call to ask if they need more informationI am told everything looks fineThey are just super busyAn hour later, I am declined due to inability to verify incomeSo I call and offer tax returns, bank statements basically whatever they wantThey simply say noThey cannot verify incomeWhich is a total lieThey did not even tryNo request for additional documents , no phone call to employers, nothingWhat a scam!
Not impressed by Upgrade Inc I was approched through Credit Karma by Upgrade offering a pre-approved loan After submitting the requested documentation (void bank check or bank statement and official government ID), they requested that I submitt a copy of my bank statementI have previosuly submitted a void bank check providing with my routing and bank account number If Upgrade is offering a "pre-approved" loan, and I am assuming they have already reviewed my own credit records, which is excellent why the redundancy for bank information I found this a bit too much for a "pre-approved" loan I called and spoke with a representative and told them to cancel my loan application He told me that the would do so immediately While the loan amount and terms were good, the process is just not worth it I rather go to a local bank and deal with a human being face-to-face
I certainly cannot express my feelings about how great, really great, I think Upgrade, Inc isI wish the best for the company My gratitude is immense! Upgrade, Inc, I wish you much, much successI applied for a loan; I sent the information requested; the loan was approved, and next the money was deposited in my checking account Thank you very much!!!
