- We have received various invoices from MAPLE CALL for an account we NEVER signed up for.

- We have no idea how they attained our information - it almost appears they simply googled the info as the account is listed under 2 names?

- We have called MAPLE CALL to rectify this issue multiple times and remained on hold indefinitely - NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE.

- We finally spoke to a woman once on *** who transferred us to a "cancellation department" where again we remained on hold indefinitely and never spoke to anyone further. ***

CEASE AND DESIST. CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. STOP SENDING US BILLS FOR AN ACCOUNT WE NEVER ASKED FOR/NOR USE.

Maple Call took over *** my account from ***. Since then I receive invoices from Maple Call, I called to cancel any account they have with me, and I received email that my account is temporary suspended not cancelled.

I mostly used the *** Calling Card, and when I was dialing, the voice greeting said is ***, not Maple Call so I did not realize that someone else took over my account without my permission. After 1 or 2 months, I started receiving invoices from Maple Call which alerted me that is a different company. I tried to find out information about the company, charge rates, etc, no information is available.

Since then I keep receiving invoices from Maple Call, the invoice always arrive after the due date, so it has a late charge. I received on June 10th an invoice for a late fee charge that was due on June 2nd, the invoice amount was $12.42 and the late fee charge is $5.18 (41.70% of the amount)!!!!! Please how can I stop this company from ever contacting me ever again?

I am calling them now to cancel again I am on hold for more than 30min.

Huge problem with billing and zero customer service

My last bill for the *** company was payed , but Maple Call Inc just sent me another bill for over $300 ! I cant seat by the phone all day , It is impossible to reach them , there is no one to talk to.
I have no idea what kind of company is this, I have never signed an agreement with this business.

A months ago Maple call agent canceled my accout which I never asked but maple call keep sending me pay bills. I don't like Maple call I don't need Maple call and I don't wanna pay for service I never use.
STOP SENDING ME ANY LETTERS OR BILLS.

Accout number XXXXXXXX please cancel that account. I don't have time to wait for someone call me from Maple call.
I talk to maple call agent and she told me account is cancelled and I still reccived pay bill for something I never use.***
I try call Maple call ..no luck. Very poor business!

You just sent me the 2nd invoice with surcharge, I am not paying anything, I tried to call you many times and nobody is answering, Before you take over anything you should have asked the customers first if they agree. I don't agree to use you as my provider expecially cause I cannot rwach you. So I am not paying the invoice, If you want to reach me contact me , if not just stop sending invoices and don't consider me as a customer This is unacceptable . Invoice number XXXXXXXX.-$9.42 for what exactly ? pls track my phone number using the invoive number and call me back.

Received a first invoice from Maple Call Inc. on February 18 2019 with fees for surcharges and other fees regarding international long distance.
Received a second invoice on Mar 11 2019 again with the previous balance and new surcharges.
Presently the total invoices amount to $19. I have not made any long distance calls.

Have tried calling several times the CS # indicated on invoice but after over 1 hour waiting time I've given up.

I don't know who Maple Call Inc. is.

I never signed any telecommunication services contract with Maple Call Inc.

I never authorized Maple Call Inc. to have access to my telephone line at ***.

I never authorized or disclosed my address to Maple Call Inc.

I never agreed to make any form of payments for any services rendered by Maple Call Inc.

Maple Call Inc. does not even have a website where one can send any form of communication. What kind of legitimate company in today's environment not give consumers a form of communication path...not by telephone or email.

I had a long distance company called ***. I tried to access my online account but was no longer active, gave me an error message. The last payment I made to this company was on Dec 4 2018. I sent an email from where I used to got my invoice's notification and it came back with the following ***

I am not paying any invoices from Maple Call Inc.

Desired Outcome

Cancel all outstanding invoices sent to me. Discontinue any further invoices and communication using my private information (name, address, telephone #)

We will attempt to reach the customer and explain the reason why he/she was billed by Maple Call Inc. We will grant the customer request to terminate the service in the event of him/her refusing to continue further.

I have the same problem. I received 2 invoices and I did not know anything about this company. I do not need any "long distance calls" company! I tried to call the company but there is no answer! They don't accept any calls, it looks like that there is no way to contact them!

Hello,

We have been receiving invoices from Maple Call inc. as a replacement to my other long distance provider, ***. I have not agreed to any contract with this new company, especially since The invoices have been a ridiculously high amount.

Every time I try to contact maple the line is too busy and to try again, and the line disconnects. This is frustrating because the charges have been so high and I have not made any long distance calls in the last month or so.

Any help would be appreciated.

I received a second invoice from this company and I never dealt with.. I called to inquire and was on hold for 30 min then it hang up!!... please cancel my account (ASAP)

We have been unsuccessful in contacting Maple Call Inc regarding the new bill. A recorded message advises the caller to try at another time as no one is available to handle the call. There is no option to leave a call back request for when someone is available. Previously, the account holder had long distance thru *** which is no longer in business. The account holder passed away in October and the account was transferred to the spouse in November by *** customer service. However, the new Maple Call bill is under the deceased spouse's name with the previous *** account number. Maple Call did not contact anyone to confirm the new account would be acceptable. With *** the bill could be paid at the bank but Maple Call does not have an agreement with the bank. A note was sent to Maple Call along with a remittance to change the name but no response was received. Have also tried to contact Maple Call via their web contact link but again no response from them. We would like this account cancelled.

This Maple Call company falls in a category do not count on any services, just send, as they call it, bills. I.
This is why:
I have never her of them. They never contacted me for any authorization for long distances,
I never provided them my personal information
How did they get it, ***
This company sent me an invoice, the first one and guess, with an outstanding unpaid balance, really?

I tried to call Maple Call to discuss about their fee, three times bigger than ***.
They hang up the call, mentioning the big calls volume that they receive.
You cannot talk to anybody over the phone!

I too am getting this invoices. Please someone do someting to stop it.

I had a call from *** stating that they went bankrupt and offered to continue with them under their new name being MapleCall. Me being a previous client of *** had agreed to continue with them ONLY if MapleCall is under the same terms and condition as ***. I only used *** previously for a few long distance calls VERY RARELY and my bills where usually around $5-$10 a month when I used them for calling. This new company sent me two invoices ($8.38 each) for something they state is a "service fee" that I have never had before! I have yet to use their new services at all and don't appreciate being charged for something I did not sign up for and was not informed about. I tried calling them numerous times to where their lines are always busy and I always get disconnected. I want to cancel their so called "services" and thought to go on Revdex.com for help.

In February 2019, we received an invoice from this company which we never had any business with.
I am confident we didn't authorize any payment nor requested any of it's service.
We attempted to contacted the company several times , until one day we were able to go through to a customer service rep. after she promised us to provide the same service and the same charges similar to the previous company, and remove any extra charges, we agree to try it for one more month.
In March we received an invoice with more extra charges than the previous month.
Several attempts has been made to contact them, we lef a message asking to call us .
Few days later a lady contacted us advising that those charges are mendontory and they have to be included in the bill, when I tried to confirm our privoius deal, she started to get very unrisonable and very rude and hinged up.
During the conversation I asked to transfer me to a supervisor she adematly refused to do so.

Finish the job I don't want to deal with this company anymore

I have never heard of this company nor have I given them any authorization what so ever for a long distance plan but yet I have received 2 invoices from them for calls that weren't even made? Who are these people and how did they get my information?
