For one phone call costing $0.63 you are asking me to pay total $9.95. ***.
I just got home from my winter vacation home and found these two invoices.
Could you kindly stop sending me any invoices. I am not you customer and I refuse to be.
I can not reach you on the phone! You do not have a business address ,just PO Box. NO, thank you.

I received an invoice from Maple Call which I never heard of. I ignored their first invoice and now I received another one. I don't know how they were able to get information about me without my consent. I never signed any contract or have conversation with them. I already called my service provider to block my long distance call. I was trying to call them but the answering machine said to call them some other time. In my first invoice there is one long distance call for 3 min. that was charge with the number I don't even know. I haven't made a long distance call for so long so I don't need a long distance provider. I would like to request them to stop sending invoices. I already send them letters thru their email address with hope they will receive them

Today I received an invoice from Maple Call Inc. including "previous balance" and other fees. I have never known about or negotiated anything with a company by that name. I was using *** Telecom for some time, including around the period when another *** called *** allegedly stole their customer database. I have never ever agreed on any transfer of services, and have paid diligently my last *** bill in early 2018. I take good care of documenting important decisions and transactions, and will not tolerate such ***.

Received an invoice from them billing me for two months of whatever @ $8.94 / month.

They tell me my long distance provider was out of business but I never accepted them as a replacement.

Nobody is answering my calls.

Never signed up for them... never knew they existed. Then all of a sudden a few weeks ago I got the first invoice which I ignored, followed by a second invoice yesterday. Have been trying to call them and all I get is an automatic message saying that they took over my previous long-distance provider. I haven't had a long distance provider in over a year.
*** I would really like the invoices to stop.

If Maple Telecom took over your services is because your previous provider is out of business. In order to avoid the interruption of service Maple offered to serve your needs. If you have received an invoice and you think this is sent to you by mistake we are willing to credit any amount that does not reflect your usage.A representative of Maple will contact you ASAP in regards this matter. they connect me to the service without my permission and trying to to charge me for no service for the last three months with no possibility to disconnect their service , what should we do???

I am in the same boat as other people who received a bill from Maple Call and tried to call the company with no luck. ***. I am not paying any cent as the bill I received is not legitimate ***.

Never had an agreement with them.
Received 2 bills without using their services.
Unable to contact Maple Call.

I've never had any contracts with Maple Call Inc. But I got invoices from them.
The company demand me to pay bills for service thay didn't provide.

former *** customer changed to maple call without my consent , they are calling my phones, and even I spoke with them and told I don't want to do any business with them, still received calls from maple calls

I don't know who is this company ,they sent me a invoice for$11.48 for same numbers over seas which I not recognize.I send them one e mail ask about who they are they rates and how they take me over with not my consent or send me latter to inform me,about all this and about my credit money ($40.00 dollars) I have with ***. I have no answer.I tray numerous times including this morning 25.02.2019 to call them at number provided in the invoice and I get a robot hwo tell me quote"they are to busy and to tray on other day" and hang of on me.I you call anytime you get the same robot with same answer all time.What kind of business is this ?

I recently got an invoice from Maple Call Inc. I have never heard about the company before that. The invoice with a few extra fees to be paid (carrier cost recovery $7.19, international discount fee $4.99). I learned that *** Inc. which was my provider for international calls is out of business, so I deduced that Maple Call Inc. step up and took all customers without a notice. Very strange way for business. I expect other scenario, because I prepaid *** and had more than 1500 points in lieu of bill payment.

Received a bill go 8.94 for long distance plan (no usage charges though) that I have never subscribed to. Tried to call them, but only got automatic message to call another time. There is nothing on their bill about how to cancel the service.

I used to use ***. One day I received a call from someone saying that *** went out of business and that I will continue with this new company on the same terms as with ***. I answered that I do not agree. I called *** and a machine told me they are out of business.

Then I received a huge invoice from Maple Call. and a phone # to call; every time I call I get the same thing: "we appreciate your business and you time; call again later"

I want to cancel this service; really not interested; but there is no one to do business with. There is no website to go to and that phone # really doesn't have anyone on the other end.

Very strange (***) company. I knew nothing about it, have no any contract/agreement with it, but start receiving invoices to be paid for phone calls made through other provider (already paid to that provider)

I have same problem. I received an invoice and I dunt know anything about this company.

They don't accept any call, no way to contact them. They just invoiced me. They have my credit card information from my previous long distance provider.

I also have no way to contact anymore my previous provider. Everything is in dark, no one to talk to, or chat, email. But they charge me.

They have taken over accounts from the bankrupt *** and are charging clients even without informing them of the changes ti their accounts. I didn't sign up with them and as a result I should not have to pay them anything. They cannot arbitrarily charge any calling fees they want without informing their customers first.

Maple Call sent me an invoice charging me over $100 for the calls I never made. I never signed any agreement with them. Previously, I was long years with BlueTone company
Maple told me that they bought Blue Tone. In the call list there were at least 12 different phone numbers and neither of them was mine. And the calls were made to Iraq and Sri Lanka, the countries I never call. When I talked with the company representative he said that someone was using my pin number. That was not true. I never used any pin number while calling. This is obviously fraud.

I do not know who these people are, or what this company does. However, they sent me a invoice. That is the first time I have ever had contact with them. I never entered into a contract with them, yet they sent me an invoice for $8.38 (International discount fee $4.99, Operational charge $2.99, plus $0.40 Tax). Interesting it is not GST. I am following up with the Revdex.com.
