HK World Wide originally scheduled Ms [redacted] items to be delivered on the 13th of FebruaryWe contacted her on February 9th to schedule this and to go over her balance which was $At that time Ms [redacted] informed our office that she did not have the money to cover this balanceAfter a conversation, a compromise was reached wherein HK World Wide agreed to a discount of $for a new balance of $Ms [redacted] agreed to that amount, but informed us that she needed additional time to put together the money to pay the balanceShe was informed that we could hold on to the items here in Chicago for days free of charge as a courtesy window to give her time to get everything in orderOn the 17th of February Ms [redacted] contacted our office to inform us that she had made arrangements and was prepared to pay the $balance and was ready to take deliveryHK World Wide's policy (which is written in Ms [redacted] estimate and subsequent paperwork she received) is that a delivery to North Carolina is a - business day window from the original date of availabilityShe called and told us she was finally ready on the 17th, so this is when the window began- business days has a window ending on March the 3rdMs [redacted] further informed us that she has extreme restrictions on her availability for taking this deliveryShe is unavailable Monday through Friday until after pmWe have bent over backwards to accommodate Ms [redacted] Giving her a discount for no other reason other than trying to make this easier on her, providing her with free storage time while she got her finances in order and arranging for delivery based on her extremely limited schedule within the time window that she was promised to begin withAs of the writing of this email, Ms [redacted] has already been contacted to arrange for delivery of her items before the end of this weekShe has been communicated with through multiple emails and phone callsWe are sorry that Ms [redacted] is unsatisfied, but HK World Wide has gone above and beyond to accommodate her

They were quick and politeThey didn't mind putting certain boxes in different roomsThey handled each item with careI will use this company every timeHopefully I get them again!!!

These guys are professional, polite and gets the job done quickThey actually finished everything earlier than they had quoted meHighly recommended

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience the customer had due to the delayed deliveryThe truck that was delivering her items had mechanical problems and had to be towed to the shop in the middle of the driver's tripThis caused delays for all the customers that were on the same truck with MsWernerWe compensated the customer for delivering her outside of the courtesy window she was givenThe customer was delivered on 04/which is days beyond the standard estimated time

We are in the process of addressing the customer's concerns and we hope to improve her experience with our company

The guys were extremely cautious for our delicate itemsLike they used padded blanket to wrap a standing large mirror and two cardboard was added on both sides of the items for its protectionActually I am fully impressed by this moverI strongly recommended to anyone who wants to move

The customer is not disclosing the actual line of eventsWe attempted to deliver the customer and after hours of waiting for her we were told by her building management that the move can no longer happen because they were closing the elevatorThe customer refused to make a payment with the driver although she was presentHer actions delayed the move by more than hours which in return made the move impossible due to building restrictionsThe driver had to continue with his trip so her items were dropped in a storage facilityThe customer actually ended up calling the police and claimed that we stole her itemsNothing could be further from the truthThe detective contacted us and after we explained the situation to him he actually apologized for the situationThe customer was told by the police that she had to make the payment as requested by the moving companyWe do not understand why the customer did not accept her shipment during the hours that our driver was present at her delivery address

This is my second time using H K Worldwide Moving, and they again, were amazing, efficient and extremely helpful for my moveI will use this for everytime I need furniture to be moved, and recommend to all my friends and family

We are very sorry to hear about the damaged and lost itemsWe offer all our customers the option to purchase Full Value (Replacement) Protection on the day of the pick up but the customer waived their right to this serviceShe was ok with the Limited liability offered at $0.60/lb per articleThis
is the reason the claim company has only offered her the $settlementIf she had purchased the FVP she would have received the full value amount of her damaged/lost items. Also the customer had an original estimate of $The only additional charge on her account was for the packing materials used in the amount of $We do not charge our customers anything without their direct permissionWe will ask the claims company to forward her claim to us for to see if there is anyway to increase the offer of settlementOnce that is done a new letter will be sent to the customer

They took care to ensure that all my furniture was wrapped well to prevent any damage from occurring and were extra careful of shimmying my extra large couch out of my apartment and into the narrow doorway I highly recommend them

We have addressed all the issues with the customer and the situation has been resolved and the customer compensated for her inconveniencesWe take responsibility for the moves we do and we hope other customers will not have to go through what she didWe appreciate her feedback and any customer's
feedback as we try to better our services

These guys are greatWe used them for our last move of about milesAny questions I had he answered them right awayThey all were professional and hard working and I would recommend and use them again

- took extra care and paid attention to all the details
- worked quickly
- value quality in their work/services (which is why they wrap with blankets and not the cheap less effective stretch wrap)
- were friendly and professional the entire time
- fairly priced
-very friendly and funny phone representative
If I needed movers again, they would be my 1st choice
