The movers were mins early..did the best job they could despite us being behind because we closed on our new home a day later vs on time..but they were hard workers with a sense of humor!

I am unable to reject or accept the non-response from Harold Kass Worldwide moving because they provided nothing other than a statement saying they would review the situation and send me a separate letterTo correct the facts in that statement, I selected the insurance on their recommendation, based on their assurance that they would provide reasonable care in the moving of my propertyAs this reasonable level of care was not provided, as evidenced by the substantial amount of breakage and loss/theft, they are negligent in the performance of their committed responsibilities Additionally, the original quote was for approximately $2300.

Paid the company an additional $for a guaranteed delivery date, as was flying in from the UK, only to be told when I landed that my goods would not arrive until days later, then a further days then another 2!! After complaining daily I was told I was lucky to get my $back as the T&C's state that they only have to pay $back per day

I am rejecting this response because: I have been tricked / scammed from the beginningThe response that HK Worldwide Movers gave is not true period ! "They are very much aware of their tricky business tactics!!" Odd how they could not give me a delivery date, yet after I contacted the Revdex.comHK Worldwide Movers were fast (very next day) informing me that I would receive my belongings in a day or two. I had to pay an additional $because their driver supposedly could not get his semi truck down my street. Several of my neighbors informed me that there was "no semi truck" anywhere around our block all that day. Couple of my neighbors also mentioned that the shuttle truck (drivers had to supposedly use ???) was driving around our streets several hours earlier than their actual deliver timeI have learned a valuable and costly lesson. Moving foreword, I'm thankful that those of us that have been wronged by a company can turn to the Revdex.com for helpI will never use this company again and will share my experience with others who are looking to use this company.

They arrived at their scheduled time and got straight to work loading my boxes in the truckMy Furniture was moved and handled with care and they built and set up my bed for meI can not recommend them enough! Very professional and fastCould not be happier with them!!!

They were professional, worked fast and they packed things so well that we had nothing broken or damaged upon unpackingI would recommend these guys to anyone and if your thinking of hiring someone to help you need to call these guys!

The customer is not disclosing the actual line of events. We attempted to deliver the customer and after 4 hours of waiting for her we were told by her building management that the move can no longer happen because they were closing the elevator. The customer refused to make a payment with the...

driver although she was present. Her actions delayed the move by more than 4 hours which in return made the move impossible due to building restrictions. The driver had to continue with his trip so her items were dropped in a storage facility. The customer actually ended up calling the police and claimed that we stole her items. Nothing could be further from the truth. The detective contacted us and after we explained the situation to him he actually apologized for the situation. The customer was told by the police that she had to make the payment as requested by the moving company. We do not understand why the customer did not accept her shipment during the 4 hours that our driver was present at her delivery address.

This customer was delivered by the requested date of 7/21. We apologize for any inconvenience.
