We are in the process of addressing the customer's concerns and we hope to improve her experience with our company.

We apologize for the delayed response to this complaint. I was away for 2 weeks and was not aware of the complaint. This customer was delivered on 09/09 and we believe our company made every effort to work out their issues. The delivery delay was of only 3 business days but we adjusted the balance...

for 5 business days. Not only that we also took off more than $1400 off the delivery balance in order to help the customers out. We are sorry for the any inconvenience the delay caused our customers. We are trying our best to deliver everyone in a timely manner.

HK World Wide originally scheduled Ms [redacted] items to be delivered on the 13th of February. We contacted her on February 9th to schedule this and to go over her balance which was $1866.67. At that time Ms [redacted] informed our office that she did not have the money to cover this balance. After a...

conversation, a compromise was reached wherein HK World Wide agreed to a discount of $166.67 for a new balance of $1700. Ms [redacted] agreed to that amount, but informed us that she needed additional time to put together the money to pay the balance. She was informed that we could hold on to the items here in Chicago for 30 days free of charge as a courtesy window to give her time to get everything in order. On the 17th of February Ms [redacted] contacted our office to inform us that she had made arrangements and was prepared to pay the $1700 balance and was ready to take delivery. HK World Wide's policy (which is written in Ms [redacted] estimate and subsequent paperwork she received) is that a delivery to North Carolina is a 2 - 10 business day window from the original date of availability. She called and told us she was finally ready on the 17th, so this is when the window began. 2 - 10 business days has a window ending on March the 3rd. Ms. [redacted] further informed us that she has extreme restrictions on her availability for taking this delivery. She is unavailable Monday through Friday until after 5 pm. We have bent over backwards to accommodate Ms. [redacted]. Giving her a discount for no other reason other than trying to make this easier on her, providing her with free storage time while she got her finances in order and arranging for delivery based on her extremely limited schedule within the time window that she was promised to begin with. As of the writing of this email, Ms. [redacted] has already been contacted to arrange for delivery of her items before the end of this week. She has been communicated with through multiple emails and phone calls. We are sorry that Ms. [redacted] is unsatisfied, but HK World Wide has gone above and beyond to accommodate her.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience the customer had due to the delayed delivery. The truck that was delivering her items had mechanical problems and had to be towed to the shop in the middle of the driver's trip. This caused delays for all the customers that were on the same truck with...

Ms. Werner. We compensated the customer for delivering her outside of the courtesy window she was given. The customer was delivered on 04/24 which is 4 days beyond the standard estimated time.

These guys are awesome. Super punctual and quick and awesome rates. Had them move a last minute, big sectional couch for me and all was well.

And if you get a chance, but these guys a pizza snack. Everyone awesome deserves pizza.

This is my second time using H K Worldwide Moving, and they again, were amazing, efficient and extremely helpful for my move. I will use this for everytime I need furniture to be moved, and recommend to all my friends and family

HK World Wide recently moved us from Indiana to Georgia. Everything went smoothly - just as my representative (Mia) assured me it would! All of our furniture was wrapped and we experienced no damage whatsoever. The team of 3 movers were very professional and hard working - I would definitely use HK World Wide Moving again and would recommend them to all my friends and family!

If I could hire this crew for every move I ever did in every city, I would! These guys were friendly, professional, efficient and so speedy! They knew what they were doing, had incredible communication and made the stress of moving so much better! Great experience.

Once they arrived, the movers were conscientious with moving the furniture. They were very efficient in packing and moving a three bedroom house. We do not plan on moving anytime soon, but if we do, we will call them again.

The guys were extremely cautious for our delicate items. Like they used padded blanket to wrap a standing large mirror and two cardboard was added on both sides of the items for its protection. Actually I am fully impressed by this mover. I strongly recommended to anyone who wants to move.
