Revdex.com Holiday Drive, Suite Pittsburgh, PA 15220RE: [redacted] ID # [redacted] Dear Ms***,Mr [redacted] acquired a timeshare from us on May 2, On the contract that he signed, which is included in this response, it clearly states that the closing or "target date" shall be on or about Nov3, This transfer has been submitted to the resort and we expect that it will close within our agreed target dateI have included an email response from the resort verifying this.Mr [redacted] called in on 5/touch base and we told him that we had everything we need.Mr [redacted] called in on 10/and was very angry about this not being closed yetOur staff let him know that everything was on schedule and reminded him of his closing dateHe, at that point got very angry and began to, what would consider, verbally abuse two of my employeesone to the point of tears.At that point I told them that they no longer had to deal with him and that I would contact Mr***.At no point had he ever brought up any guest reservation request.I called Mr [redacted] on 10/and had, what I thought, was a pleasant conversationHe told me that he was upset that he had requested a guest reservation months earlier and it was never madeI told him that if we dropped the ball on anything we would certainly make it rightI was not at my office to be able to get into the database while we were speakingI let him know that we keep all email threads and would look at itI also asked him, just in case something happened on our side to forward to me the email where he requested the guest reservationAt that point he said he could forward airline ticket receipts to prove that he had made a reservation requestI explained to him that a receipt for a plane ticket isn't really proof of a reservation request and that most people wouldn't book an airline ticket until they actually had a place to stayHe said he would look for the emailHe has not forwarded anything to me as of yet.Again, If Mr [redacted] would like us to make a reservation request within the time frame that the contract he signed lays out we would be happy to do so.Per our purchase contract, Mr [redacted] owes GroupWise Incthe maintenance fee, regardless of whether he chose to use it or not, and the $service fee he agreed to pay.Cordially,Andy H [redacted] OwnerGroupWise Inc

I talked to Mr [redacted] last week about this situationHe was very understanding and he is correct This was a mistake on our end and was our fault completely I apologized, personally, and have talked to the staff that was involved in the mistake We transfer several thousand timeshares a year and occasionally mistakes happen The deed has been recorded and I emailed a copy of it to Mr*** for his records The transfer is being completed now and we are just waiting for resort confirmation Please feel free to contact me if there are any questions,Andy H [redacted]

We are now well past the "target close date" of July 30, I have lost my ability to use the unit as I want, that being to rent it outCheck in for the unit is in a week, and this transaction is still not closedPlease complete the transactionThis excessive delay in completing the deal has cost me $(rental fee for the week) already, not to mention countless phone calls to follow up and try to get them to fulfill their legal obligation to close the deal in a timely manner.Thank You, [redacted]

I do understand Mr [redacted] 's frustration and we try to make all of our clients happy clients I'm not sure that he opened both attachments that I included in my original response, but the worksheet that he attached was the same as the one that I attached The file was opened after a verification call from my office on 4/18/ That puts us on day as of today but that is nether here nor there The reason that we cannot refund maintenance fees is because he retained usage of the weeks that corresponded with those maintenance fees This is the case with all of our clients which is why it is spelled out in several places in the paperwork and explained clearly when we sit down with our clients If we had usage of the weeks in question we would absolutely pay the maintenance fees, but we did not It is kind of like asking us to pay for a client's vacation I apologize, but we just can't do thatIf you have any question, please feel free to contact meAndy H [redacted]

I only paid for future weeks after "Rhonda" explained that unpaid fees could delay the deed transfer processNote: by paying I saved GW from incurring additional late charges and am only asking to be reimbursedSo, how do you explain that we are well past 90-days and I still have not obtained any reliefEmail goes unanswered and phone calls are terminated without explanation- is this what is considered customer service? Dear Mrs***, We did call Mr [redacted] twice No answer one time and an answering machine the second time We do subscribe to the FDNC and we have now also removed his number from our database permanently so he will not be called again I did try to reach out, personally, to apologize and left a message which he has not returned I respect his privacy so we won't call againRegardsAndy H [redacted] OwnerGroupWise Inc

On Mr [redacted] 's contract for purchase states clearly, "This contract shall be closed on or about JULY 30, (the target date) Both buyer and seller agree that time-share closings are informal, and this may close before or after the close date Delays can and often do occur through no fault of either party." To make sure Mr [redacted] didn't lose his usage, we booked a guest reservation in his name and we called him and let him know that it was booked in his name on 7/27/ It is reserved, in his name, at the resort, for his week checking in on September 1stHe did not miss out on usage We are waiting to get the deed back from the title company to complete the transfer.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.Andy H [redacted] OwnerGroupWise Inc

8/4/2017As I stated before, We booked a guest reservation so Mr [redacted] had his usage, which he could have used There is nothing in our contract which states we will facilitate him renting it out He did not purchase the property, nor did we transfer the property to him on the stipulation that he would be able to rent it outThe reason we have a "target date" is because some resorts or States move at a different pace than others MD is an attorney State which slows the process The deed is now being recorded by our attorney If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.Andy H [redacted] OwnerGroupWise Inc

Ms [redacted] , I have spoken to Mrs [redacted] a couple of times over the last week to give her a status update Her Maintenance fees have been paid and the deed has been in the Bahamas for recording since January 3rd, The Bahamas are slow as they can only transfer deeds per day by law We have made sure to always pay our client's fees even while we are in the transfer process The courthouse there says it takes 8-weeks to get the deed transferred We are hoping that it will be back to us to send to the resort for processing by the end of March On the last property that we transferred for Mrs [redacted] at the same property, once the resort received the deed with the paperwork, they recognized the transfer in days This property was much more difficult to get rid of than her previous property and, as I understand it, the hurricane this past year caused the Bahamian courthouse to get a little behindWe expect the file will be completed soonPlease feel free to contact me if you have any questionsAndy H [redacted]

The check was sent out standard USPS, so we don't have a tracking number, however, since it was sent on Monday I'm hoping that has already been delivered by the time this response is received. I have attached a copy of the check that was sent

They claim that the checks were sent out on Monday the 13thPrior to this they have told me several times that the checks are only mailed on the 15th of the monthI do not believe the checks were actually put in the mailI have also been told that they will be sent out by way of certified mailIf this is the case, they should have tracking information. Titles have not been transferred. Resorts have answered all questions raised by GroupWise. GroupWise employees indicated that they are determining as to what area to put the time shares in

Mr*** signed a service agreement with GroupWise Incon March 11, to rid himself of his timeshares. As of today's date, September 19, 2017, his file has been open days. Transfers do typically take between and days and some proceed faster and some slower but we
are within time parameters and will complete the transfer. He emailed his closing agent, (Attached), about the usage and who would be responsible for the fees on August 30th and she replied to him that since he had used that years weeks, he was responsible for those fees. I assume he was upset with that information and called and my Office Manager tried to explain that since he had used the weeks he was responsible for the associated fees. At that point, Mr*** became very confrontational and kept yelling at her. His paperwork (attached) clearly states that he was using the weeks in three different spots and that he would be responsible for any fees that were incurred for that usage year. GroupWise can't pay maintenance fees for weeks which we do not receive the usage for. Please feel free to contact me if you need any other information Thank you, Andy H***OwnerGroupWise Inc
