Ms***, We entered into a service agreement with Mr*** on 11/13/to get him out of two timeshare properties. At the meeting and in the paperwork we let our clients know that typical timeshare transfers take between and days. His file is now at days. I
talked to Mr*** the other day and went through the process with him and did explain to him that one of his properties will probably go over days just because that particular resort is very slow dealing with transfers. I assured him that all of his fees are up to date and he will never have to pay any other money to his resorts hank you, Andy H***

I am very disappointed in GW's response to my complaint because my paperwork specifically states that I did NOT retain use of any week beyond April 2017! I only paid for future weeks after "Rhonda" explained that unpaid fees could delay the deed transfer processNote: by paying I saved GW from incurring additional late charges and am only asking to be reimbursedSo, how do you explain that we are well past 90-days and I still have not obtained any reliefEmail goes unanswered and phone calls are terminated without explanation- is this what is considered customer service? If Revdex.com cannot resolve my complaint maybe I should contact the Attorney General about this fraud.

Since the office is the customer’s mainlink to GroupWise, this issue needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY!!

Dear Ms***,We invite timeshare owners out to meet with us on a weekly basis. Since we Started our business in 1995, we have successfully relieved over 15,timeshare owners from unwanted timeshares. When we call our clients, we tell them that we will show them several options
including what the resale market is for timeshares and ways they can possibly try to sell it on there own such as E-bay, craigslist, and other websites. We also explain what timeshare resale companies do as far as asking for money up front and then not transferring the property. We explain to the clients the reason the timeshare resale market is so tough. We tell ALL of our clients, also, that if they choose to use our timeshare service there IS a fee but once they pay that fee, they are immediately and contractually relieved of any responsibility pertaining to the timeshare. They never have to pay a maintenance fee again...ever The simple fact is that timeshares are very difficult to get rid of and I'm sorry that Mr*** didn't like the information that we provided and that he didn't like our program, however we did not create the timeshare resale market. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me, Andy H***

8/4/2017As I stated before, We booked a guest reservation so Mr*** had his usage, which he could have used. There is nothing in our contract which states we will facilitate him renting it out. He did not purchase the property, nor did we transfer the property to him on the stipulation that he would be able to rent it out. The reason we have a "target date" is because some resorts or States move at a different pace than others. MD is an attorney State which slows the process. The deed is now being recorded by our attorney. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.Andy H***OwnerGroupWise Inc

We are not disputing that Mr*** may have been contacted by GroupWise, Inc., however, we do conduct our telemarketing efforts within the rules outlined by the Federal Trade Commission’s Telemarketing Rules. If GroupWise, Incdid contact Mr***, it was done in error and we apologize
for the inconvenienceOur company policy is to drop all phone numbers from our call list that appear on the National Do Not Call Registry. If, by error, we call a number that appears on the Do No Call Registry, the representative making the call will mark the phone number as a do not call for future reference. Also, if a consumer requested not to be contacted again, the representative will mark the phone number as a do not call for future referenceWe have permanently removed Mr***'s number from our database and will make sure not to call again

We sent this email to Ms*** on 10/to let her know it was sent to the resort. We have also sent her a copy of the recorded deed. We are just waiting on the resort to complete the transfer:***,I tracked the package and this is what it said. We sent Ms*** this
email, below, on 10/showing her that it had been sent and we have emailed her a copy of the recorded deed. We are just waiting for the resort to recognize the transfer. It was received by the resort on 10/19. We apologize that it has taken longer than usual to complete the transfer but it is going through. I have attached a copy of the deed here also.: Tracking Number: ***In-Transit Product & Tracking InformationSee Available Actions Postal Product: Features: PO to Addressee Date & Time Status of Item LocationOctober 18, 2017, 9:am In Transit to Destination

Ms***, We have talked to Mr***. His resort has been shut down because of hurricane damage. We have not been able to contact anyone there to pay the fees. We gave Mr*** a couple options to resolve the matter and he said he would get back to us this week. I
will update when we hear back from him

On Mr***'s contract for purchase states clearly, "This contract shall be closed on or about JULY 30, (the target date). Both buyer and seller agree that time-share closings are informal, and this may close before or after the close date. Delays can and often do occur through no
fault of either party." To make sure Mr*** didn't lose his usage, we booked a guest reservation in his name and we called him and let him know that it was booked in his name on 7/27/2107. It is reserved, in his name, at the resort, for his week checking in on September 1st. He did not miss out on usage. We are waiting to get the deed back from the title company to complete the transfer. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.Andy H***OwnerGroupWise Inc

Dear Ms***,The deed was recorded in may. We emailed a copy of it to Mrand Mrs*** yesterday. I will attach a copy. We generally don't send out the deed until the resort has recognized the transfer. It has been submitted to the resort and we are awaiting their
finalization. Hawaii timeshare transfers do usually take longer than others. Thank you,Andy H***OwnerGroupWise Inc

September 22, 2017Revdex.comServing Western PennaHoliday Drive, Suite 220Pittsburgh, PA 15220Thank you for your assistance in this matterI have reviewed the documents that you provided and notice that GW conveniently omitted a second worksheet which more fully substantiates my positionI am enclosing a copy. The worksheet states I would use the week which began April and fees were paid last yearI told them that fees were due for weeks (occupancy date September 9, 2017) and the next week (occupancy date March 31, 2018)This rs evident by DGs initials on the second worksheet. When I tried to point out these details I was accused of "yelling" (IMO I was not) and was hung up on in mid-conversationSince telephone conversations with this manager seem futile, I had asked her on August to respond in writing but am still waiting.I do not know how they count days but my calendar shows we are at day of this agreement.Again, the only satisfactory resolution would be a refund of $and termination of my timeshare responsibilities

Tell us why here8/16/2017Dear Ms***,We contracted with Mr. and Mrs*** to transfer three of their timeshares on 8/21/15. We have successfully transferred two of them out of their name. The third Property, which is much more complicated, has not been completed.
The ***’s paid us $3,950.00, (not $4,300.00), to transfer the *** ***I will include the payment Authorization form which breaks down the pricingThe reason this property is more complicated is because there are two other people on the membership, who have to approve the transfer, live out of the country and are uncooperative. We offered to refund the ***’s what they paid for the *** *** transfer in September of but they asked us give them more time to convince their friends to cooperate with the transfer. We kept all maintenance fees current for them and put hours of time into the effort of transferring the property but they still would not cooperate. In our service agreement, Under UNIT FREE OF ENCUMBRANCES, it states “Client understands and agrees that providing Third Party Owner authority is outside the scope of GroupWise Inc.’s obligations.” Despite this, in good faith, we tried for months to get their friends to cooperate. They did not. Per our service agreement, at this point we would be under no obligation to refund any money to the ***’s, however I worked out an agreement with *** last week which he accepted. As for the GroupWise Incnot being here and the and email being shut down, as Mr*** mentioned in his Revdex.com review, Mr*** forwarded to me the email that was returned to him as undeliverable. He sent the email to an incorrect domain. I will include it. He sent it to ***@groupwise.com. Our domain is groupwiseinc.com. And I honestly can’t explain the call he made in which he says talked to someone and then was hung up on on Sunday August 6th, as our office is closed and phones are not answered on Sundays.Thank you,Andy H***OwnerGroupWise Inc

Ms ***, I have spoken to Mrs*** a couple of times over the last week to give her a status update. Her Maintenance fees have been paid and the deed has been in the Bahamas for recording since January 3rd, 2018. The Bahamas are slow as they can only transfer deeds
per day by law. We have made sure to always pay our client's fees even while we are in the transfer process. The courthouse there says it takes 8-weeks to get the deed transferred. We are hoping that it will be back to us to send to the resort for processing by the end of March. On the last property that we transferred for Mrs*** at the same property, once the resort received the deed with the paperwork, they recognized the transfer in 7 days. This property was much more difficult to get rid of than her previous property and, as I understand it, the hurricane this past year caused the Bahamian courthouse to get a little behind. We expect the file will be completed soon. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Andy H***

We apologize for the inconvenience on this file. We are in the process transferring the property out of our Mrand Mrs***'s name. The party that is taking over the property was supposed to be paying the fees and we were trying to collect from them. We process a lot of
files every week and this one was overlooked. This was our fault. No excuses. As soon as I realized that a client was sent a collection letter we brought the account current. I spoke to Mr*** today and personally apologized. We will finish the transfer of this property ASAP and the ***'s will not be responsible for any future timeshare dues as we agreed in our original service agreement. We work very hard to extend great customer service but we're not perfect. When we do make an error we try to fix it immediately

I talked to Mr*** directly today and we came to a resolution on this file. Andy H***Owner GroupWise Inc

Ms***, I spoke with Mr*** last week. We sent him transfer documents on February 6, to be signed, notarized and returned to us. These are the documents that allow us to deal with his resort, on his behalf, to complete the transfer. Without these documents we can
not even start the transfer. They were never sent back. We reached out to him again on May 1st and again on June 6th. On October 12th we received an email from Mr*** stating that he received a maintenance fee bill and that he thought this should have all been done at this point, which it should have, had we received the documents. We contacted him the next day and explained again that we needed him to return the transfer documents along with his maintenance fee, which we would have not had to pay at all if the documents would have been returned in a timely manner as our service agreement states. After explaining what was going on, he agreed to retract his complaint. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Andy H***

We have made multi attempts to contact this client over the last several weeks and have not received a call backThe client paid with an ATMWe can not credit back an ATM without having the client come in to the facilitySince the client is not returning our calls, a refund check will be sent if
the client hasn't filed a fee contest with his bank.ThanksDr ***
