I have been using Market Leader to help generate leads for real estate transactions for the past months They promised at least quality leads per month Since I have been using their services, I have generated no real estate transactions from any of their provided leads In addition, almost half of the leads they have provided have viewed or less properties on my website I do not consider these to be quality leads I am losing almost $a month for this service and have received nothing in return I would no longer like to do business with Market Leader as I do not feel their services are adequate I called Market Leader in August and spoke to a representative who said I would have to see my contract through months, and if I was still unhappy with the service, I could cancel I called back this December to cancel, as this would have been months I was now told that I could not cancel the contract, but they would look into it and call me back I never received

We are sorry to hear that our customer is not satisfied with our serviceOur customer entered into a legally binding month agreement with us on 04/25/for a website, contact management system, and an average monthly volume of [redacted] leads All of the leads that our customer has received from us are real people who chose to register on her website after clicking on one of the advertisements that we placed for our customer onlineWe offer an enormous amount of training opportunities for our customers to learn how to effectively work with and convert these leads, including, but not limited to; live & recorded webinars, video tutorials, and step-by-step training tutorialsUnfortunately, we cannot guarantee conversions or sales, especially since our customer’s success is directly correlated with what they choose to do with the lead and how they follow up with them after they receive it from usWe do not “scrub” the leads before they reach our customer, nor do we guarantee “qualified” leadsWe do have a Lead Return Policy, which states that a customer can return an invalid lead within hours if the lead has an obviously fictitious name or an invalid email addressWe have provided our customer with this policy, but we have yet to receive a valid lead return request from her We have fully researched this issue and have not found any evidence of misrepresentation that contradicts the signed agreement between our customer and Market Leader, although we do apologize to our customer if there was any misunderstandingWe cannot provide a refund since services are being provided per the contract that both parties agreed toOctober is the last month of our customer’s month agreementWe have a reminder setup in our system to reach out to our customer in October to send the Cancellation paperwork for them to complete

Bait and switch by promising an exact number of quality leads per monthThe company never delivered on quality and delivered less than half of leads promisedOn March 30th I canceled services, however Company refused to cancel and told me I cant cancelAgain on April 26th I canceled all services again in witting and wrote that the company is no longer authorized to debit my Chase debit cardThe company ignored this written request and on May 1st charged my debit card anyway for $

We apologize if our customer feels they were misled or were not provided the guaranteed amount of leads they signed up for Per the agreement signed by our customer, on 01/18/2016, they signed up for a monthly subscription, guaranteeing leads per month, across different zip codesOur customer initially requested to cancel their subscription on 03/30/Per the signed agreement, they are in contract through 07/31/2016, and is unable to cancel until that timeA Market Leader representative left voice mails for our customer, in order to address the customers concern, with no response Our customer then sent in a Do Not Charge request, on 05/02/2016, also requesting a refundPer Section of the signed Terms and Conditions, Market Leader has processed an Account Review, for the last days of lead deliveryMarket Leader has provided the customer a copy of the Account Review results, and will be issuing the customer a refund, for lead under delivery A representative has spoken with the customer in regards to the Account Review and refund, and the customer has stated they will reviewWe are working to resolve the issue with the customer directly, and hope to come to a resolution offline

Dear Revdex.com, On 12/19/16, our customer signed a month contract term for a HouseValues lead subscription through 06/30/The contract states that the agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis upon expiration of the initial term, until terminated by the client in accordance with the cancellation policyThe cancellation policy states that the client must provide termination notice specifically to our cancellation department and complete and cancellation or change order form by the 25th of the month in order to be cancelled at the end of the monthOn 05/24/17, our customer emailed a cancellation request to her original sales representative, who does not have the authority to assist with cancellation requestsOur sales representative called out and spoke with our customerShe explained that our customer will need to speak with the cancellation departmentOur customer said that she did not have time to speak with them at the moment, so our sales representative gave her the correct phone number to call when she has a few minutes to complete the cancellationWe did not hear from our customer regarding a cancellation request again until July had already startedHer lead subscription is now set to cancel on 07/31/We apologize to our customer for any misunderstanding, but we have fully researched this issue and cannot provide a refund for the month of JulyIt may also be important to note that our customer had been logging into her account this month and we have delivered the leads for which she was charged Regards, Matt P***Market Leader

I subscribed to Market Leader for paid real estate leadsWhen I said I wasn't sure if I wanted to obligate myself for months, Anthony T [redacted] said and I quote "if Market Leader does not work for you, we won't hold your feet to the fire but give it at least three months before you decide."I did and wasn't happy with the quality or quantity of the leads and I was payng over $per monthI called and spoke directly with Anthony in late July to remind him what he said, and he agreed and told me my bill cycle was the 25th, and to call back before August 25th so I wouldn't be charged for SeptemberI did call back on August 19th and left him a voice mail to call me and included my requestI did not hear back so I e-mailed him twice, no answer backI even forwarded the few leads that came over and said "I shouldn't be receiving these"-again no responseWhen I received my Septcc statement, I had been billed for SeptemberI then promptly e-mailed my documents to support@marketle

We apologize if our customer felt that we charged her without authorization for the months of August through December We were able to look further into her account and track down the source of her confusionTo provide some history on the account, our customer originally signed up for our product in She received a promotion of a free system for three months and then starting 06/01/she would be billed the price of $a month Our customer stayed on this pricing model until 11/01/ Starting on 11/01/ [redacted] was added to her Market Centers Office Professional Program with Market Leader This means that her Market Center pays bulk pricing to Market Leader in order to pass on discounted pricing to its agents Instead of paying Market Leader directly the $each month she would now be charged nothing by us and would be billed through her Market Center Our customer's Market Center notified us in July that they would be removing her from the Office Professional program On July 24th, Market Leader informed [redacted] that she would be removed from the Bundle Program and revert back to the billing of $a month In the e-mail we provided our customer a phone number to contact us if she did not want to continue with our product at $a month (e-mail is attached) Our customer never reached out to us which is why she was billed each month Further more our records show that [redacted] was actively logging in and using the product each month She logged in times in September, times in October and times in November We initially declined the refund request because we followed our procedures correctly and notified the customerAlthough we maintain that we took all reasonable steps in communicating this billing change to our customer, we understand how there could have been some confusion We apologized to our customer for this and issued a month refund of her billing as a compromise Also, we have downgraded the account to our basic version so she will no longer incur monthly charges To conclude we feel that we do not owe the customer any additional refunds as we informed her of the billing change and she continued to use the product during the months she is asking for a refund We feel that a month refund is an adequate compromise and resolution

Please beware of Market Leader I was a very new real estate agent playing around with my free placester website, shortly after I received a call from Murillo at Market Leader ( the call showed my office number on the caller ID, I was believing this was actuall a resource from KW, not the case at all) He was promising me this and that, number one spot on google, great leads a month and the price just keeps going up from a month to a month all the while I am telling him I am new and have no income I can’t afford a monthHe preceded to tell me he can do my website, make sure my website shows up on the first page of google and get solid leads a month for 269, but this is a trial and it will go up to after months but I will be so swamped with business from this website that will be nothing compared to the money I’ll be bringing in, stupid on my part I know, but keep in mind I’m thinking this someone affiliated with my office since that’s the number that showed in my caller IDSo I agree to the a month for months, remember this a trial period I just have to go to my email and authorize the payment for I get some leads, not a month, and they were all bogus, rarely opens emails, never answer the phone so I call in to cancel my trialOh no they tell me I signed a month contract ( when I authorized the payment, that’s the contract) but they will drop it to months but I cannot cancel I know there was small print I should’ve read and some of this is my fault for falling for such a scam but they are very misleading, calling from your office number, never telling you that you are signing a month contract just an authorization of payment (that is what they sent me when I asked for the contract I signed) When agents are starting out with little to no income just trying to find a way to get leads and business have a hard enough time without scammers like these coming in and promising the world for more than outrageous pricesIf this saves one person from using Market Leader then I have done my job but I hope to stop several and hopefully they go out of business
