What was sent is not an acceptable responseIt is another example of poor business from this companyWe are still receiving invoices after requesting the account be closed countless times and after this complaint was filedWe have not received any communication from them in regards to our request or our complaintWe are being ignored and will take the proper action if this is not settled

On 10/a dedicated representative from our escalation team spoke with the client and advised that the refund would be processed within hoursAdditionally, on 10/a proof of refund document was send to the client with tracking informationAs of 10/27/Iron Mountains billing team confirmed that the refund is processed and the client needs to follow up with her bank

The refund is being processed, once complete the account will be closedA representative from our dedicated team will mark the account as closed once the refund has been processedThis has been relayed via email as well for the client’s recordsNo further action is required from the client and will be appropriately closed after the promised credit

Revdex.com:The information is not correct as to the closure of the account in ANY WAYI requested a formal closure of our account on more than occasions all with the response back that that would have to be handled by a different department to whom they cannot reach and who would return my call and I never received any calls back even after several conversations.
