We are supposed to have our charts available tomorrow.  We received an e-mail today that they would be available tomorrow but there is not a time that they would be available.  I just told [redacted] noon as a guess on the pickup time.  I am not putting this issue as resolved until we actually receive our charts.  Even IF we get all our charts back from Iron Mountain that does not excuse the fact that we have sent over 10 requests for scanned charts since last fall and received a total of only 2 scanned charts with all of those requests. This us just a terrible way to run a business!

Our account is still not closed.You have 5 business days(1/15/16) to destroy all remaining files attached to our business and close our account. This was requested in writing in September 2015.We will take legal action if this is not completed.You will immediately notify us in writing when the account is closed.Regards,
