This customer brought in separate curtain panels still in their clear packaging that she bought at the store for us to press them onlyWe did so and returned them to the customerShe later brought them back dissatisfied with the pressing on one of the panelsShe also complained about some parts of some (not all) of the curtain panels being slightly discoloredWe tried to explain to her that the pressing process at our cleaners cannot do this discoloring......that it must have been that way at time of purchaseShe would have none of that and demanded $reimbursement for the damage SHE says WE didWe feel that:1) The curtain panels in question lay folded in clear packaging under strong store florescent lighting for who knows how long (maybe weeks or months)Florescent light gives off ultraviolet light that discolors fabrics (but only the exposed portion) over time in much the same way sunlight does to drapes in the window.2) Since one whole panel failed to show ANY discoloring, it was probably sitting on the bottom of the stack of curtain panels in the stores display case.3) Since the customer didn't open the packages herself before bringing them to us, she can't possibly have known the true condition of the curtain panels as they left the store where they were bought.4)We feel absolutely NO responsibility for the condition of these curtain panelscertainly not to the tune of $that the customer is demanding.5) We feel the responsibility belongs to the store for the way these curtain panels were displayed....not to usCourtesy was shown to the customer until she started getting loud, accusatory, and even belligerent to the cleaner staffWe feel WE are the innocent victims here, not the customer

I am rejecting this response because:Regarding the HVAC systemThe person writing the response from YES was not at the contract signing nor on the job working Even though [redacted] claims the HERS test was mistakenly scheduled, it was scheduled to compensate me for all the work I did assisting all the workers and salesman on the job, both on the solar and HVAC side This reduced their time on the job This can be clearly indicated by the incorrect number of warm air returns listedThere are a total of warm air returns on the system Also, with any HVAC system, not only are there warm air returns but there is cool air intakes I gave up dealing with [redacted] when I kept dealing with these glaring errors and contacted Kevin, the owner with no response All these grates have to be installed for an HERS to be completed When I signed off with Ygrene, the loan company, I would not have signed off if I knew I would have to resort to involving the Revdex.com to complete the job Since I knew there was going to be an extended delay in completion of the project, I felt the $extra would be an approximate cost that YES would have to spend to complete the agreed amount that was discussed with the salesman.Regarding the solar system I am not sure of the purpose of supplying a copy of the solar system permit that was supplied to the Revdex.com The simple problem is the system is not generating the proper output it should be and what I was sold It was calculated by the salesman that I should have generated more power than I would use at the end of the one year true up with PG&E Even additional solar panels were added after the calculation This is based on factoring what the addition would add plus a swimming pool with an electric heat pump The swimming pool has yet to be installed At the end of September with my true up, I paid almost $to PG&E Not the expected refund from PG&E As stated before, the best generating day and the best minutes mid-day interval power output was in mid-April Since April, I am averaging 20% lower mid-day peak 15-minute interval, which occurs around the noon hour and have never exceed the mid-April generating in total power After speaking with several solar experts, including a licensed engineer who specializes in solar indicated to me that there should only be at best, a 1% drop in power output per year due to aging panels and the best solar producing days should be in June with the longest days of the year, not in April I have left several messages on the owner’s phone this summer when it was becoming evident that the solar system was not performing and have not received any response I would like YES to come out, inspect the system and determine and correct why the system is not generating the proper output

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The system is not workingYou sent an invoice demanding a 30% per day late chargeThe fact you a re a family business or a publicly traded company is irrelevant, you cannot threaten collection tactics in violation of Texas State lawSpecifically, you threatened to place a lien on a homestead in violation of state lien lawsThe fact is , I called and discussed how much the service call would be and the invoice was double what we discussed.>>>>I noticed on YELP that you had a similar complaint by another customer and strangely the bill came to the same approximate amountYour company is deceptive and incompetent, I do not care who owns your companyI still have to have my system fixed because what you did, did not workBy over reaching with 30% per day late charges and threatening liens when you are not entitled is just plain wrongI have photographs as to how your tech left the job>>>>I do not want you back on my property as this would constitute acquiescence, that I owe you somethingYou had your chance, you responded by demanding late charges and threatsI am finished talking to youYour manipulation of facts does not change the truthI suggest, you check state law before you threaten someone with 30% per day late charges and liens on a homestead Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The company did not complete the jobThe wiring was left exposed and the system is still not operatingThe company failed to address their invoice and the 30% daily late charges on their invoiceThe company in violation of State law threatened to file a lien on my homesteadThe company never disclosed that they were charging a fee for the wire detector equipmentI do not want them back on my property, given their bad faith billing and lack of professionalismI do not want to meet with this company because of their demonstrated ability to tailor facts in order to demonstrate some type of "Good Faith" Once a company fraudulently bills me or threatens action they are not entitled to , I am finished Regards, [redacted]

We can certainly go out to do the serviceThe customer just needs to call our office at [redacted] to schedule an appointment

6/2/-- Spoke with owner, Deon ***Mr [redacted] as been the owner of this business since July, He provided the following information:The consumer produced a coupon card for $to be used on her order. The card was not created by or distributed by this business. The card was discontinued year prior to Mr [redacted] taking over this business. There are signs posted in the store that clearly say they DO NOT accept coupons. The counter girl told the consumer that they do not accept coupons. The owner has contacted the consumer about all of this

One problem I want to add to the claim regarding the heating system We have been having problems in getting heat into one my daughter's bedroom Since I don't have air duct grates, it is hard to control the air flow into various rooms I have been using strips of tape to act like vents to attempt to regulate the air flow The daugther's room in question, there is very little air coming out even when I try to reduce air flow to other rooms On a good day, the room temp will warm to only degreesYour Energy Source needs to come out, investigate and correct. Thanks[redacted]

While we always regret when a customer is dissatisfied with any service provided by us, we feel the need to respond to this complaint as follows:1) The customer did indeed bring the leather jacket in and was told we could clean itWe've successfully cleaned over a hundred leather garments in the
over ten years we've been in business;2) At the time the garment was brought in, the customer mentioned that it had been in the bottom of his closet for pretty much the last year (so much for being his favorite garment) and was then told there are no guarantees when it comes to spot removal but we'd do our best.3) The stain in question was located in the right-hand lower front area of the jacket and was successfully removed and subsequently professionally dry cleaned with the special leather cleaning detergent and conditioning chemicals alone by itself in the dry cleaning machine.4) Upon removal of the garment from the dry cleaning machine there was what at first appeared to be a small tear in the lower left front of the garmentCloser inspection, however, showed it to be not a tear but a small line of eaten-through leather with rough, brown edges indicating one of two things: A) That the leather at that point in the garment was considerably thinner due to the age of the garment or, B) that the garment may have been subjected to either long standing chemical or insect damage to the leather (possibly on the inside) due to the way it had been stored in the preceding yearLeather (especially suede) is particularly susceptible to insect damage if not stored properly for extended periods.5) Considering the garment's age, its history, and that all proper leather care, cleaning and handling procedures were used, unlike the customer,we don't feel that it was "our fault" that this damage occurredWe feel that prior proper storage of this garment contributed to the damage inflicted on it.6) All pertinent warnings related to this situation and to our policies regarding garment responsibilies are printed on the backside of every claim check and customer invoice provided at the time of drop-offDry cleaners just can't take responsibility for every manufacturer's flaw or customer's mistakeWe couldn't stay in business

I am responding back to you regarding the complaint with Nancy ***'s skirt. Nancy has never come to us regarding this matterThis is the first we have heard about it.We always have either used plastic clips or pins on skirts in the last years. We have only ever had complaints on the
clips due to impression marks but never on pins. I wish she would have either called us or returned the skirt to us about this matterA hand held steam iron is all that is needed to remove the pin holesEven on this type or material.I would recommend she bring it back and we will fix the problem. We are a very reputable business in this community and we strive to keep our customers satisfied. I don't feel a refund is in order especially when we think we can remove the pin holes

Mr ***Thank you very much for the quick response.Looking over your response, I believe you have misinterpreted our cooperationAlso you have made some inaccurate complaints and statements towards our family operation.#Mr ***, when our tech (*** ***) was on the repair, you were present the entire time***, trained as all of are techs, gave you a full system analysis on the repairs that were providedI have requested the photos you clam to have of the final work that was completed so our company could review? We have yet to receive the photosplease send to Revdex.com or Carter_irrigation.com#When the invoice was presented, *** clams you were very satisfied with the work that was completed but very apologetic about not having a check book on file to close out the balanceYou verbally agreed along with a hand shake agreement that you would send a check through the mail with the full amount that was owed at that timeIf there was a problem with the repairs at that point, why were we not contacted in any form at that time?#Like we mention on the last response, there is no estimates on repairswe can only ball park the repair over the phoneWhen we take a call such as yours, we have no way of estimating the unforeseen, such as in your case wires were damagedIf you don't have any clues to the extent of the unforeseen damages, unfortunately either does our techs and Carter IrrigationOn our webpage, locater fees are $125.00, you were given a discounted rate of $65.00. #We have attempted to contact you several times since the repair was completedThe times we were able to reach you, you stated the check was in the mail and was in a hurry to end the callAs a last resort to collect from you, we have no other option but to add late fees to the very past due invoice such as yours.#Carter Irrigation has been very professional with you through this very frustrating processWe have attempted to contact you to figure out the statice with very little to no effort on your part.#Carter Irrigation has not commented any type of fraud or any unlawful actions against youA mechanics lean is our only other option to collect are unreturned investment, and is very appropriate when a customer does not follow through with his verbal actions(verbal agreement with our tech, and a hand shake agreement with witness) #Mr ***, if you wish to not use Carter Irrigation in the future, we completely understand and that is your rightIts a moral violation though to not honor your commitment and not reimburse a company that has completed a repair on your personal residence. Carter Irrigation has over years in the Irrigation industry, and life long customers to prove obligations and integrity to our customers.Mr ***, we will drop all late charges if the amount is paid in full by cashers check if received in the next days. Thank you again for taking time out of your busy schedule, to contact us so we can get this resolved.Looking forward to a response!Carter Irrigation830-885-

Attached is the ductwork contract that does not include HERS testingThis homeowner had her own permit pulled by her contractor and was going to have the HERS testing done after her remodelWhen we scheduled the ductwork there was an added change order of $for additional work requested by the
homeownerWe scheduled the HERS test by mistake when the ductwork was done, as there were no walls or registers to do duct testing and it wasn't part of our contractWhen we billed client for the $change order we were informed that they never received the registers and this is when they thought we were to pay for the 3rd party HERS raterIt was not part of our contract and it is responsibility of the contractor who pulled the permitI had asked the homeowner to verify the register sizes so we can furnish and install and collect the balance due of $but they have not responded except for this complaint to Revdex.comI am also attaching our completed permit for the solar contract which appears to be producing properly

6/2/17 -- Spoke with owner, Deon [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] as been the owner of this business since July, 2015. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

We sell thousands of items every year and have many happy
customers. Next year we will celebrate 15 years in business. If Mr.
[redacted] made a purchase at a local hardware store like [redacted], and
discovered he was unhappy with the product, then he would return it for a full
refund. He wouldn’t show up at the customer service desk and attempt to
negotiate a discount. We have offered to allow him to return the product for a
full refund. His remark about waiting a month for a trucking company to show up
is pure fiction. We use ** Carriers for our trucking needs. They are one of the
largest LTL carriers in the country. If we called for a pickup they would show
up the same day. It appears that Mr. [redacted] is
simply using the Revdex.com complaint process is an attempt to negotiate a better
price. If he is unhappy with the trailer then he should have returned it. We
have given him several opportunities to do so.

After reviewing the attached documentation, I do not accept what USA Trailer is proposing.  The facts are that I had to contact them on several occasions in order for them to get back with me.  After speaking with them on several occasions I asked them what were they going to do and as I stated in my compliant they were not willing to help in any way when I was in South Carolina at the manufacturer.  After I finally got home, they agreed that they would send the parts, which we did receive, but we would have to fix it on OUR EXPENSE.    I FINALLY just found someone that would fix the trailer.  I just want them to take responsibility for their bad workrman ship, and hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. This could have been a real tragedy for me resulting in lives taken.   If people on the side of us would not have brought that to our attention that the trailer was coming apart, because I was thinking everything was OK with the trailer except for the stand that had came a loose earlier.  I did not have a clue that other things was coming apart on a dangerous freeway.  I am just thankful that it did not end up in a tragedy. Thank you, B[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  Kelly - As requested attached please find the latest info i  have received from the company: 1.  A plaque that apparently is supposed to be attached to the dolly.  It is important that you note that the even the plaque calls for 205/75 D14 tires.  This means a "D" load rating not the "C" rated tires they provided. 2.  C copy of the title that shows that the max gross vehicle weight to be towed should not exceed 4550 lbs. - Not the 4900 lbs. as shown in the website. 3.  A signed copy of the Bill of Sale. You should understand that the misrepresentations made by the company are very serious.  Someone thinking they have a dolly more capable than being sold can create a serious danger to themselves and those on the road with them. These misrepresentations warrant a letter the the Sheriff, the South Carolina DOT and the South Carolina Secretary of State Consumer Division. This picture is not D** showing me anything.  He is tightening the lugs which were apparently not done properly from the beginning.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.]

[redacted] - As requested attached please find supporting info.  You will note on the pictures that the tires specify "Load Rating C" which is the tire for the other dolly this company sells. In my first phone call to the company in discussion with Johnny I verified the tires on the trailer and...

obviously they lied. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Thanks - R
