The crew was very courteous and professionalThe process of setting up the move was seamless
FFMS move our household last month We had a great experience with them They showed up on time, worked safely and efficiently and were very careful with our household goods They met every request and need that we presented them Great group of guysWe have had corporate moves This was the best move experience we have ever had
Fire Fightings finest is the best moving company in Fort Worth! Ryan was an amazing crew lead and his whole team was super friendly and quick! They were respectful and took good care of my property! I will always use fire fighting finest for my moves
These guys were great during our moveEverything was handled professionally and moved without damageThe guys had to move our furniture and a number of heavy plastic tubs up three flights of stairsThey worked their backsides offThey were friendly and courteousWe will definitely use them again!
The Firemen did an awesome job moving me for the second time I would recommend them to anyone in a moving situation Thank you
Being told I had longer to use up hours I had paid forI was told I had till September, so I did not book extra appts
I decided to cancel my contract with Massage EnvyMy contract was up in August andI was told I had to give them days,(at least)noticeI gave them this on July I asked employees twice when I had to use up my hoursI was told on different occaisons that I had one month after my contract expiredWhen I was in yesterday, Aug.25,I was inforned that I only had thru todayI was called by a manager on Aug and asked if I was ok with my membership canceling, which, I answered , 'yes'.I could not come in today to use any of my hours as they did not have a convenient time for meI would just like to be able to use the hrsI have paid forThe therapists and staff are always courteous and I have no complaints about the service when I am thereI just think this policy is not rightThey are cheating me out of money that I spent
Overall, I had an awesome moving experience from start to finishNic at the Fort Worth office helped set up a well thought proactive plan for my move The packing and moving teams were very professionalThey took excellent care of my belongingsThey were energetic and very positiveIt was obvious they had a lot of experience in the jobAlso, the team leads were excellent communicators
I'm just writing this review to warn others that may be considering using Firefightings Finest MoversDo yourself a favor and just go with a different companyHours after the move was complete (and after giving the guys a generous tip), I realized my two watches were missing from a "hidden" drawer within my dresserThe two guys doing the move were named Tino T*** and Joe F
*dI've called multiple times and spoken with three different managers-all of whom have given me the run aroundOne said "I'm 100% sure our guys didn't take your watches." This really upset me because as much as he wants to think they didn't take them, he wasn't there and he himself isn't 100% sure or anythingOne of the claims managers came out to look at the dresser and make sure they didn't fall out behind the drawers-I'd checked this about ten times though and knew this wasn't the caseI asked if they had questioned the two guys doing the move, and first I was told they had been questioned and then I was told they hadn'tThey also said they'd investigate further and get back to meI never heard anything elseThey also told me they shouldn't move any "valuables", and I'd signed a waiver that didn't hold them liable in the event something went missingSo while these watches weren't the most expensive on the market, they were of sentimental value since they were wedding and birthday presentsThen again, everything they moved was "valuable" in my eyesIt also seems like this waiver I signed prior to the move made for an easy reason for an employee to have some "sticky fingers." They also asked if I was watching the guys wrap and unwrap this piece of furnitureSo if you do use them, babysit and watch over their shoulders THE WHOLE TIME! Finally, they kept telling me I'm sure your watches will show upI am sure you put them somewhere and just forgotWell a month later they haven't showed up, so after I finish writing this I'll be filing a police report as I was advised to do by the company if I thought it was theftNot taking this into account, I'd say the job the movers did was mediocre at bestI've had people pack and move my whole place faster than these people just loaded and unloadedMy reasonably priced move quickly changed to an expensive move with the loss of these watchesI feel there was no true empathy or investigation into my missing valuables, and quite frankly I'll be sure to let others know NOT to use this service
Firefighting’s Finest was recommended to me by two separate friends, and I can see whyThey were professional but friendly and very efficientI would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing moving services
April 15, 2017To Whom It May Concern:The Statement received on the April 14, letter to our office is incorrectThe Member was called a few times to let her know that her card account was in suspension (meaning her credit card on file either expired, etc.) The Complainant called to get a
Massage and a facial with a friend, I am the Clinic Manager and I was left a note that the women was very rude and crude on the phone with my front desk associateMelissa did notice her account was suspended and let her know that on the phone and gave her the proper protocol in regards to Massage Envy Policy.I called the Complainant when I returned into the office and stated the same proper protocol, if a member account is in suspension then she/he needs to bring it up to date with a current credit card in order for the account to be open for appointments/sessions*** *** was not very nice on the phone and would not let me speak, understand frustration but was trying to be helpful and she was not having any of it*** *** was using vulgar language to my associates and has been very disruptive to the office. As Always we are just following proper protocol and Company policy. If you have any further questions please call ###-###-####Kindly,Jim MClinic Manger
