Good moving company but they did not disclose hour travel time on the phone but was hidden in the paperwork so total surprise when I went to pay the bill Feels like bait and switch

I could not be happier with this moving company from start to finishThe initial call was easy and helpfulThe movers were on time, worked hard, finished earlier than the estimate, and were so friendly and kind to both me and my son (and my dog!)I was charged a very reasonable rate, as wellI would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any moves in the future!

During a recent move, one of the employees of Fire Fighter's Finest dropped and broke my neon signI was told by the guy that dropped the sign, who was also the team lead, someone would contact me in a day or two and that they would replace the itemAfter a week went by without hearing from anyone, I started callingI was told that I needed to file a claim by emailing pictures to their claim department, which I didA couple weeks later someone finally called me to tell me that they would pay $to replace my $signI told them that was not acceptable and they were going to have a supervisor call me backI never heard from the supervisor despite several other phone calls over the last couple weeksI just got off the phone with another supervisor that told me it was their fault, they own it, but that they are unwilling to pay the cost to replace what they admit was caused by their negligence

I do not think there would be a better choice that my picking Firefighting's Finest Moving Co They did my move in a professional, careful, fast and a reasonable cost to me I definitely would suggest that you give these people a call

Hello,I am responding to complaint made to the Revdex.com on 9/20/reference #***I apologize for the delay due to my medical leaveThank you for being understanding. On 6/17/16, a month membership was purchased for Mr*** by his daughterThe dates on the agreement state the
membership term is 6/17/16-9/17/The agreement explains the membership benefits on page and are as follows: - One minute Wellness Massage session monthly.- Unlimited additional minute Wellness Massage sessions at a discounted rate of $39.99. On 9/6/16, client came into the McCandless location and received an hour massage sessionAfter the session, he was informed he owed $for the sessionIt was explained to him that the $charge is for each additional session members receive after they use their monthly sessionWe explained to the client that he had used all of his monthly sessions that were included in his membershipHe understood but stated he thought he had a month membership and had not been prepared to pay for his session that dayHe gave us permission to bill his card on file in a week or two when he would have the moneyHe was informed we would process the card when we process payroll (as we have to ring out the session to pay the therapist for his work)We let him go on good faith that he would pay and subsequently charged his card on the 12th as he had agreed At no time was client told his session was coveredClient's membership in not on auto-renew and expired as of 9/17/No future charges will occur. We had a really great experience with Firefighting’s Finest!! The guys that came out to load the truck were very professional and respectful of my mother’s belongingsAnd they were fast too! Only took them hours to load everything, equivalent to a bedroom/2bath, kitchen, and living roomWould definitely recommend them and/or use them again if needed
