I am rejecting this response because: As *** stated in the email "no need to engage in long emails" is him admitting and confirming that they never responded to me via emailIn additon to that, they never responded to me by phone The night I filed the claim with the Revdex.com I spoke with *** and she promised that she would call me the next day and have a three way conversation with myself, her and either *** or ***That phone call never took placeJust like he stated I signed an agreement well the company did alsoThe company agreed to customer satisfaction and to do their due diligence in keeping the customers happy and unfortunately, I am not satisfied and when I spoke up I got shunned and ignoredThe fact that he stated I was acting in a "threatening nature" is an attack against my character and now I'm being discriminated against because I spoke upI don't think my emails are of a threatening nature as he called itHowever, the tone is more of an upset disappointed and dissatisfied customer who is not getting any resolution to any inquiriesIt's not fair they want to hold me to the contract when they breached the contract on their end as wellI paid my dues and they won't give me the services that I already paid forWhen I called to inquiry and stated that I been complaining about my issues now I get ignoredThis is not ethical Even still there seems to be no resolution to meet me half way but instead chooses to battle and belittle meAll I'm looking for is resolution and even with the Revdex.com mediating, the company STILL isn't trying to resolve the matterThat says a lot.

Called them on a Wednesday and they showed up on Friday to move our furniture Very professional and did a great job Will be using them again

very good experience, on time very professional and courteous, did the job in the estimated timeWill use again

Firefighting's Finest handled my move from a second floor apartment to a house The three man crew was top notch and very professional The move took hours and they did a fantastic and thorough job They placed all my things exactly where I wanted them and were very gracious when I changed my mind and had them move things around more than once! They had a great attitude and I enjoyed working with them! I've used several moving companies around the DFW area, but I'm never using anyone but Firefighting's Finest from now on!

This is the second time FIREFIGHTINGS FINEST has moved us completelyThey are the most profession and hard-working group of peopleKayla, Alyssa, and Jacob worked all day to pack our house ?? completely!!! Excellent FIVE STAR!!

I moved my daughter from Fort Worth to Dallas and used Firefighters Finest Moving and Storage IncI would highly recommend using this company for all of your moving needsNic Trujillo was great with calling me back for a quote and keeping in touch with me before the movers got to my placeJoshua Neal and his man crew were very professional and nice getting to both places on time and doing a great job with moving heavy pieces of furniture and boxes without any damage

These firemen are awesome! They call you and let you know how far away they are from you and arrive punctually They are courteous, professional and attentive to your needs They ask questions, wrap the furniture, mirrors, and anything with glass, as well as anything they feel would move better if wrapped They double check the rooms to be sure they have everything they are supposed to take and they work very quickly but carefully I will definitely use them anytime I move and encourage others to do so as well

I have already been in e-mail correspondence with this client regarding this issueShe evidently did not remember that the memberships she purchased for her and her daughter are auto-renewable on a month to month basis after the initial month
termI have provided her with copies of both of the membership agreements, showing that she had initialed her approval for thisI would be happy to provide the Revdex.com with copies of the agreements as well, but I will not send as an attachment to this response, because her name will be shown on the attachment
Also, please be aware that although this client states that she did not know the membership is auto-renewable on a month to month basis after the initial month term, it is a fact that her daughter's membership started months earlier than hers, and her daughter had actually redeemed months of membership credits at the end of her mother's initial month membership term
I have advised this client that there will be no more charges to her account for membership dues
Although the membership credits are supposed to expire days after the last charge for membership dues (which would be in August 2015), I have informed this client that she and her daughter will both be able to redeem their existing membership credits through 10/31/Both of these client have booked an appointment for 8/7/
If you would like to see a copy of these clients' membership agreements, please advise, and I will send separately

My name is *** and I work for Massage Envy San ClementeI spoke to someone last week regarding a letter we received in regards to a Mr*** *** id number ***We never received previous letters or may have been delivered to the wrong addressThis one came to us from *** next to us with a
few other items of mailWe need a suite Dadded into our address as we are a large shopping center. Anyway, the woman I spoke to last week thought it best for me to reach out to you via email to let you know that we did handle Mr***'s accountI am not sure what or when his initial complaint was, but we did cancel his membership back in November of last year and did give him more than days to use the services he had accumulated in his accountHe was also refunded two payments of $for his monthly due payments as well as two were waived to extend the time for him to use the previous services that had accumulated in the accountHe is no longer a member with us as the membership has been terminated. I understand (based on correspondence from the Revdex.com) you may be interested in adjusting your membership at the clinic We have several options available for you as you are in the initial term of your agreement If you have moved away and do not have a massage envy within miles of
your new residence you can cancel, in addition if your Dr doesn’t want you to receive massages we can cancel, if there is some other extenuating circumstance let us know what that may be and we can make a decision In addition if you just can’t find the time but would like to take care of yourself there are several freeze options available that may work for you Freeze option just stops all new payments from being charged to your card and can be used for up to monthsWhen an account is placed in freeze you don’t have access to the pre paids. Another option is freeze plus where no additional payments will be charged to your card but for a nominal fee of $per month you can continue to use any prepaids already in your account I’ve attached all three forms for you to review along with a copy of your agreement. Our move with Firefighting's Finest team went perfectlyDespite the known difficulties associated with moving into a high-rise condominium on top of the unforeseen elevator issues and last minute scheduling hiccups, our move was still very smooth thanks to your team Every mover was friendly, courteous, speedy and very hard working! None of them complained about the extra time or effort it took { they left all the complaining to me!! :) } During an extremely stressful time for me when I felt nearly hopeless, Firefighting's Finest was able to make me feel at ease and give me a sense that everything was finally going to work out
Each mover deserves all the praise in the world for all the extra effort they put in that day with a smile on their faces
