From Day of my roofing issue, Masters Roofing treated me like a member of the family Barry R [redacted] was in close communication daily until everything was set with my insurance claim, inspection, and roofing job He explained things carefully and clearly to me, someone who had never needed a new roof before The roofers did a speedy, yet efficient and professional job installing the new roof, and, that, coupled with Barry and the home office's customer service, truly made this experience one I would do again with them by my side You can tell everyone at Masters Roofing takes great pride in what they do and understand that customer experience and a service delivered timely and professionally is the best way to maintain a strong business

I met the owner of Masters roofing at a paint storeI informed them of my issues and they offered to do a free inspection and was at my house the next business dayMasters roofing worked fast on helping me get my claim in to my insuranceWe had a few obstacles to work around concerning things in my home but they worked with me on allowing me to hire out the additional contractors I needed for the work they weren't able to do (plumbing issues involving solar panels on my roof.) they were easy to communicate with kept in touch and answered any questions I had along the wayThe day I got my roof I thought we had ran across a problem regarding the wrong shingles and they immediately stopped work until in was resolved and it was resolved within minutesMy roof was completed in one dayThere was no debri or mess left behind and they called and checked in with me weeks later to insure my satisfactionI have and do highly recommend this company to any one needing a new roof or roof repairThe entire company staff was and pleasure to work with

Yes we Albert [redacted] had a roof put on our home they can out and Pat walked use through everything and meet with our insuranceAdjuster and he told use everything that need to be done.and once we hurt back from Insurance Company they got started on the roof and they had the guys out early kind of roof down and they finished the roof in a day they came back the next day touching up there are guys were professional they had a lot of people to do the job we are pleased our roof they did a great job I would recommend them to anyone

Masters Roofing is very efficient, does good work and speedy( in most cases old roof removal and new installation in one day)Not only excellent work ,but cleanup is superb! Very impressive! They work well with the insurance company
