Lots of other guys made pushy sales calls with no results I called, got an appointment the next day The process and materials were explained and all my questions patiently answered After paperwork and inspections, it took less than a day to install the roof with the finishes I had picked out There was no mess and Bill was available to me every time I called (I never went to voicemail) I haven't had any problems and my roof looks great! Alternatively, I can say first hand that a relative went with a different company and is still trying to get financing and workmanship corrected after months I haven't found so much as a nail in my yard and couldn't be happier with my final product or the service I received

After a bad storm last fall I had a leak in my kitchenI happened to have gotten a flyer from Bill at Masters Roofing on my door a couple weeks before so I gave him a call He worked with me on MY schedule They were able work with me and my insurance to get me a new roof! They do quick work...done in one day! Very helpfulGreat experience

They came early in the morning set up their equipment and placed protection for the foundation plantsBy mid-afternoon the old roof had been removed and the new one put onAny damaged or rotted wood was replaced in the process
Two new sky were installed to replace the old ones and the distributor/ manufacture reps came to the home to explain about the skylights and meet the the installer
All new flashing was installer and all pipes on the roof were refurbished to match flashing and roof

Several times throughout the day Masters Roofing reps came by to monitor and inspect the roof replacement
When all was done I was very well pleased with the roof replacement

In spring of 2013 we had wind damage and called Masters Roofing for an estimate to replace our roof. Their representative explained to us in detail their estimate and quality of materials to be used. On day the insurance adjuster arrived, Masters Roofing rep accompanied the adjuster during the inspection. The adjuster informed us that some areas of the roof was not damaged but due to the input from Masters Roofing rep, he agreed the entire roof should be replaced. I firmly believe had it not been for Masters Roofing input, our roof would have only been repaired and not fully replaced. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Final clean-up was excellent. To date, no leaks have appeared. We are very pleased with Masters Roofing and highly recommend them.

I met the owner of Masters roofing at a paint store. I informed them of my issues and they offered to do a free inspection and was at my house the next business day. Masters roofing worked fast on helping me get my claim in to my insurance. We had a few obstacles to work around concerning things in my home but they worked with me on allowing me to hire out the additional contractors I needed for the work they weren't able to do (plumbing issues involving solar panels on my roof.) they were easy to communicate with kept in touch and answered any questions I had along the way. The day I got my roof I thought we had ran across a problem regarding the wrong shingles and they immediately stopped work until in was resolved and it was resolved within minutes. My roof was completed in one day. There was no debri or mess left behind and they called and checked in with me weeks later to insure my satisfaction. I have and do highly recommend this company to any one needing a new roof or roof repair. The entire company staff was and pleasure to work with.
