Great looking roof and they really worked with us on the price based on insurance companies now prorating the age of roofs. Barry was awesome to deal with and they finished ours in 1 day. Full clean up and all. Other than the new roof, you wouldn't know their were here.

This is my second experience in doing business with Masters Roofing. In this most recently experience beginning with day 1 we received the absolute best from Nathan H[redacted]. His attention to detail is second to none. The roofing crew took extra steps in protecting the surrounding areas to minimize and control the debris. Workmanship was absolutely excellent. Final inspection by their project manager was spot on and extremely professional. Without question we recommended Masters Roofing to anyone wanting piece of mind that all the concerns will be address honestly and professionally.

I was extremely happy with the company, Berry showed up on time and explained everything very well. They meet with the insurance company and had me setup for a new roof without me having to deal with the adjuster directly.

Masters Roofing was a very honest and professional business and did exactly what they said they would do.The time frame was up front and dealing with Bill, who was the sales manager was a pleasure. Putting a roof on causes extreme chaos in both your front and back yard, but they cleaned every speck of anything up and had it looking like nothing had ever gone on. Excellent experience!

Anytime we had a question we would call Nathan, sometimes it was late in the evening, and he always answered and addressed our needs. Our roof looks amazing, we love it. Masters Roofing replaced the roof on our house and pool house in 1 day! It was incredible to watch. Several of many neighbors walked over to watch. From Day 1 of my roofing issue, Masters Roofing treated me like a member of the family. Barry R[redacted] was in close communication daily until everything was set with my insurance claim, inspection, and roofing job. He explained things carefully and clearly to me, someone who had never needed a new roof before. The roofers did a speedy, yet efficient and professional job installing the new roof, and, that, coupled with Barry and the home office's customer service, truly made this experience one I would do again with them by my side. I love my new roof. Bill B[redacted] from Master Roofing was excellent from the beginning to the end, allaying any fears I may have had in getting my roof repaired in an accurate but timely manner. His crew was on the job around 6 a.m. and finished by the time I got home from work, later that same afternoon. Bill answered all my questions and the questions my family came up with, to our satisfaction. I must say my roof is beautiful and most definitely improved the look of my house, adding value :)

Good job accomplished under difficult conditions! Cold wx with ice/snow on several sections of roof did not stop them from completing the large roof in one day. I have had many compliments on the roof, and lots of interest in who did it.. It really looks great, and was a great investment. They explained all procedures, options, & costs fully before any commitment. Was very pleased, and recommend Masters Roofing without reservations.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. It was done in one day too and my house is large!
