I have ordered jewelry through her Instagram account, haven't received anything since August 5th, 2018. contacted her through via instagram, email, and cell phone she responded that she'll refund money back due to being late. i've saved receipt when I bought jewelry and her messages. she hasn't contacted me since. and all I ask is for my refund. i've been nothing but patient and hope that she still will refund me soon.

Over the course of the year that MDJ was operating, we received a little under 2000 orders from across the world. As the business owner, I (Reyna B), played all roles to keep my business running smoothly. As a NEW business owner, I of course have had a lot to learn and will continue to learn the ins and outs of being an entrepreneur. While I ran MDJ, I believe I took on more than I could handle at once and that caused the lack of communication, delay in orders and poor follow through. Thankfully, my family stepped in to help with orders and refunded everyone that was in need of one. It was about 3% of you that I dropped the ball with. There were actual complaints from fake customers claiming for refund but didn’t ever purchase anything from me. But the ones that did were all reimbursed if they had the order number. If there is anyone else that has a order number and did not receive your orders or refund please contact me so I can make sure it is settled. It’s a privilege and a blessing that I don’t take for granted in creating beautiful jewelry and having loyal customers that put their trust in my diligence to deliver. I purchased a necklace online on Sept 25, 2018 through *** for $51.88. The owner apologized on Instagram stating that she was sorry and didn’t send out the orders. She promised that she would give a refund or resume with the orders. I emailed the company (Oct 24, 2018)my order number and said to send my order. I emailed them again on nov 10,2018 to find out the status but I didn’t get a response. I emailed 3 more times and still no response.

I ordered from Maui’s Dream Jewels in March of this year. Business was difficult to contact. I had waiting weeks between reposes despite attempting to reach through many different forms of contact (email, text, social media). It began with the excuse of a backordered piece for one of the items in my order. Same excuse went on for months with weeks between responses but when I requested a refund, I received no response. It is now December & there has been no product received and no refund issued.

Although I understand that there may have been false accusations made, my attempt to get a refund came with legitimate evidence. I had screenshots of texts & order receipts, you name it. Having spoken to a number of people who have & have not received refunds, those who did receive their refunds had them reversed by the owner shortly after. The only way that I will consider this resolved or even putting out an ounce of good work about this business is if I receive my refund. This is mind blowing that she would even attempt another go at this business & this apology only comes conveniently just before reopening after months (probably longer) of silence on her end.

In March 2018 I placed an order and never received it. After I waited for about 6-8 weeks I emailed and messaged numerous times. The owner said she would send “next” week and never did, followed up and got the same response. I finally asked for a refund and got nothing refunded. No response. This went on for about two months on top of the “processing time” that was claimed on the website. I tried to contact again and again and nothing. Still no order, still no refund.
This company is horrible. They take orders with no intention of fulfilling them. Countless amounts of customers had their orders unfulfilled and their money taken. I’ve seen it on Facebook and social media everywhere.

Ordered and paid in September. No product delivery. I’ve messages them numerous times and through social Media as well with NO RESPONSE. I am a returning customer and this way of business is terrible. She has ripped so many people off taking their money spending it and now left with no product or refund! I’d like my item
Purchased or an immediate refund.

I placed an order via Maui Dream Jewels website on February 4, 2018. My order number is 10267. I ordered a sweetheart necklace which was a valentines day offer only. My total came out to $54.00. I waited until February 20 to email them regarding the status on my order. She replied back saying that everything is backed up, but to expect a tracking number soon and she's aiming to send out shipments within a week! After this I waited until March 1 to email again regarding my order, but did not receive a response until I emailed her again on March 3; She responded on March 5 and said that the material that was shipped to her was wrong, so she is waiting for the right pieces to ship in so she can finish my order. I then waited another two weeks until I emailed her again on March 19 regarding the status of my order. I received no response. I then waited another month until I contacted Mauis Dream Jewels instagram page and DMed her what's going on with my order. I did not receive a response until I reached out to the owners personal Instagram account via DM about two weeks later. She then responded and said that my necklace was shipped out but it could have been lost due to loss packages happening during this time.I did not receive any tracking number or information regarding this, so I asked her if I could just receive a solution for this order, whether it be a refund or the necklace. After this she did not respond and to this day I still have not received my necklace or a refund.

I give this business one star only because I had to. Otherise it would have been ZERO. DO NOT purchase from this business. I ordered back in March & have received no product. There was little to no communication & it was months in between correspondence. It was just a bunch of excuses for months when I did hear back. I suggest anyone to dispute their payments right away before it is too late to do so. It has been hell trying to get my money back.

Placed an order back in May 2018. Waited the maximum processing time and received no email w/tracking which is what reyna said she would send. Sent her multiple emails & DM's to her instagram and finally got a response which said, "hey love, I believe I sent your order out. I'll get to your email tonight." Never heard from her since. Got my $ back through my credit card company, but she needs to be shut down. All of her responses are excuses. A good business person will monitor orders & close orders until they are caught up. Plain & simple, theft! How embarrassing for her family!

Your business sucks! You don’t know how to send to the right address & you don’t do full refunds to your customers! You should learn to better organize and learn to prioritize which customer should be helped first especially when the mistake is done on your behalf.
I didn’t even receive any of the orders that were made, refund was not paid back in full!!!!! Your business should not even get a star.

Ordered $82.13 necklace from this company. Never received the order nor a shipping tracking number. After investigation I have noticed this has happened to many other customers. After many failed attempts to contact and get order straightened out I have now decided to try and take legal matter. Have contacted company many times!

I placed an order on 6/16/18 and Reyna B has stated it takes 6-8 weeks to complete and I’ve factored in the shipping time. I’ve contacted her numerous times and she replies that she will expedite the process. This reply was sent on 9-10/18. It’s 10/1/18 and I’ve since sent 2 more emails requesting the status and still, no reply. I have heard of Mahina dream Jewels cheating others out of their money. I trusted that Reyna would do the right thing and fix this and send me what I ordered, but instead she is posting sales, clearances and taking more orders on social media instead of fulfilling the orders that have ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR. This is unacceptable. If you claim to be a “one person company” then why are you taking in more orders if you haven’t fulfilled the orders already in your queues? Very disappointed.

I ordered an item from Mauis Dream Jewels on June 27, 2018. The 6 week time frame passed and I contacted Mauis Dream Jewels to inquire about the status of my product. After a few attempts via email AND instagram messaging, she finally responded back. On August 28, 2018, I asked for a refund because the wait time was just EXCESSIVE at that point AND whoever I was communicating with lacked any professionalism. On August 30, 2018, she sent screenshots of the alleged refunds BUT it is now September 30, 2018 and I still do not have a refund NOR do I have any refund receipts to prove that her refund was actually processed. With regard to the merchant she is using to accept/ refund payments, the merchant is SQUARE UP. I have looked into their refund policy and it says that 1) refunds are distributed within 2-7 business days (that time has now lapsed significantly).

Not to mention, her business history speaks for itself. On Revdex.com, there are significant complaints about the same problem. On ***, there is a *** page dedicated to people that this business has screwed over. My question is how is she allowed to operate a business that has a significant history thus far of business malpractice. How much more individuals does this business get to scam before she finally can get shut down.

Horrible Business, terrible business owner skills. Scams every person that is NOT attractive enough to post photos off with jewelry she creates. She send products to people she wants to advertise in her jewelry.

First of all, I placed an order with this company on June27, 2018. Today is September 19, 2018 and I have neither the product that I ordered in June NOR any refund for my product I failed to recieve.
When ordering from this company, I KNEW that it would take between 4-6 weeks (6 weeks at most) per the notice given prior to ordering any jewelry from Maui’s Dream Jewels. I accepted these facts and proceeded with my order. BUT, after multiple attempts to inquire about the status of my order (after the 4-6 grace period lapsed), her lack of professionalism in responding to a simple status request was unacceptable and I cancelled my order. I cancelled my order on August 28 and I still have not received the refund. (She has given me time frames for when I should expect my refund as well as screenshots, But that time has since lapsed and I have not received any refund into my account).
This business lacks any sense of professionalism and it should not be allowed to operate if it lacks the basic fundamentals of operating a business - professionalism and customer service. I was courteous with you and wouldve given you some leeway if you were just honest about the circumstances that prevented you from dispatching orders on time. BUT, you were not upfront UNTIL down the line when I wanted a refund. So that said, you should operate in a way that keeps your customers. After all, you need US more than we need YOU.

I placed my order in confidence with Maui's Dream Jewels, I understood that the turn around time would take a while. It's been now 3 months since I have yet to receive the order that I have made with this person. I have contacted her more than 100 times and out of all of those emails I received 2 emails in return but only when asking for my money back and letting her know how unprofessional this is to ignore your customers. On my second email I was promised that I would be receiving an email that my order has been shipped out the following week after. That was 3 weeks ago and I have contacted her and still have not received any response. I can only ask for a refund so many times and she will only respond with the same lies. I have given up on this order and my money has basically been stolen from me. So for anyone that has come to this point and is reading this, I'm sorry your are dealing with this issue as well. It's unfair, unprofessional and this girl is literally stealing everybody's money. I wish her the best of luck, but I will tell anyone I know never to order from her.

I made an order over 2 months ago on their website. I was told up front that processing could take 4-6 weeks at the most. After the 6 week period I e-mailed about the status of my order and was told that my item would ship within the next few days. I have gotten nothing since then. I have e-mailed multiple times with no response.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I did not get a refund after many e-mails. Not sure if I'll still be able to get one now, but I appreciate the response. I wish I could have gotten the piece I ordered because it was really cute. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, and believe there were honest mistakes made here, but after my own personal experience, research, and conversations with Ms. Reyna Bateman (store owner) herself, I have to say Maui's Dream Jewels failed me.

My personal experience: I bought a few pieces in February. Didn't receive anything in the mail month later past her "processing time" or "TAT" (contradicts her 4-6 week policy). No email confirming shipment (contradicts her policy again). I contacted her, she said it was on the way. Didn't get anything three months after contacting her. She said she sent it but the post office lost it. Asked her for a refund she said yes. A whole month later, no refund. Had to contact my bank, and dispute the credit card charge she made on it. Won the dispute because she couldn't provide the case manager with proof that she tried to send it to me. Got my money back 7 months after purchase date.

It seems that she's been doing this same thing to many other customers for a while now. There are multiple Instagram pages exposing her check out Kall4Kokua, and RomanRochelle. The fact that she can't win her disputes, fails to respond to complaints, or provide evidence that she did indeed attempt to send these products to her customers is what makes me believe she is a scam. She can't claim it got lost in the mail if she has no proof (shipment tracking numbers).

I hope she changes her ways if she hasn't already. It makes me sad to see hard working women getting scammed of their honestly earned money. I hope she reaches out to those she has wronged, and makes things right with them. And if she isn't a scam, I hope she does a better job at providing evidence to defend herself. I understand she gets busy travelling, taking care of her baby, being a one woman show and all, but as a business owner she should be keeping record of these shipment tracking numbers, and answering emails and messages from confused customers.

On May 2, 2018 I purchased a pair of earrings from this business online. At the time I was told the turn around time was 4-6 weeks but no longer which is stated in their website. I waited until 4 weeks had passed and sent an email to see when I would be receiving my order, I did not get a response. So I waited until 6 weeks and reached out again. I did get a very vague response and was told they are backed up and she will send me an email with tracking when it is shipped. After 8 weeks passed I sent another email requesting a refund but without any response again. At this time I was made aware of local stores who were no longer doing business with this company due to the many complaints they received and their poor business practices. I also found social media comments on their business page about numerous issues other customers were having. Those comments were deleted almost immediately by the company. So I decided to contact my credit card company to start a dispute. I received a temp credit, however Maui Dream Jewels disputed it and sent them info saying that they were trying to work it out, and sent them a tracking number saying my order was delivered. But funny thing is the tracking number was for a shipment that was delivered to a different city and was delivered in March 2018, two months before I even placed my order. So obviously they sent false information to my credit card company yet they went ahead and recharged my card anyway. I sent another email to a Maui Dream Jewels again yesterday requesting that I want a refund or evidence that my order has been sent out even though I no longer want the goods from such a fraudulent company. I just want them to make this right and stop scamming people. I have also filed a claim with the FTC and will file one with consumer affairs in my state as well as my state Attorney General. I know there is multiple claims on Revdex.com about this company already and they need to be stopped from continuing to steal people’s money.

I would like to first off thank you for supporting Mauis Dream Jewels and placing an order. Over the course of the year that MDJ was operating, we received alittle under 2000 orders from across the world. As the business owner, I (Reyna B), played all roles to keep my business running smoothly. As a NEW business owner, I ofcourse have had a lot to learn and will continue to learn the ins and outs of being an entrepreneur. While I ran MDJ, I believe I took on more than I could handle at once and that caused the lack of communication, delay in orders and poor follow through. Thankfully, my family stepped in to help with orders and refunded everyone that was in need of one. It was about 3% of you that I dropped the ball with. There were actual complaints from fake customers claiming for refund but didn’t ever purchase anything from me. But the ones that did were all reimbursed if they had the order number. If there is anyone else that has a order number and did not receive your orders or refund please contact me so I can make sure it is settled. It’s a privilege and a blessing that I don’t take for granted in creating beautiful jewelry and having loyal customers that put their trust in my diligence to deliver. The jewelry I handmade and created was my expression of my heart and the blessings in my life that I loved. It was my aspiration of a new start a new life. I would not be where I am today if it were not for your support while my business was operating. I placed 2 orders with Maui’s dream jewels, the first order May 18, 2018 and the second order June 1, 2018. I knew it would take 3-4 weeks for the owner/marker to put together the pieces of necklaces I ordered, so I was patient. I contacted the owner via email for the first time in 6/3/18 to inquire about the first piece ordered on 5/18. Received an email back that it takes 3-4 weeks to process then it will be sent and tracking into fill be emailed. Sent out a second email 7/2/18 inquiring about now both my orders at this time and no response. Then emailed her again 7/9/18 and 7/12/18, both times no responses were sent back. I also sent the business a DM on instagram on 7/9, no response back, and again 7/16, and finally got a response on 7/20/18 apologizing for the delay and it will be sent “shorty with a tracking number”. It is now 8/10/18 and I have not received anything. I’ve requested a refund twice, via email and via instagram. What’s most disappointing is the lack of communication from the business, where it is a one person show yet the business if very active on instagram, posting lots of videos and pictures however the owner cannot reply to any emails about good already paid for by me as a consumer. I understood ordering from the business that it would take some time to crest, however it’s been 3 months since my first order was placed. At this point I don’t even want the product as it seems this is a scheme for the business to lure you jn to purchasing the product and a scam that you will never receive your goods. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact the business and have proof that I have tried.
