I purchased a necklace from her that didn’t fit my neck. I sent it back to her and hasn’t given me a refund since October 2017! Reyna the business owner claims she sent me a refund but I did not process. I have contact Reyna just recent and promised a refund to me but still haven’t gotten it.

Over the course of the year that MDJ was operating, we received alittle under 2000 orders from across the world. As the business owner, I (Reyna Ba), played all roles to keep my business running smoothly. As a NEW business owner, I ofcourse have had a lot to learn and will continue to learn the ins and outs of being an entrepreneur. While I ran MDJ, I believe I took on more than I could handle at once and that caused the lack of communication, delay in orders and poor follow through. Thankfully, my family stepped in to help with orders and refunded everyone that was in need of one. It was about 3% of you that I dropped the ball with. There were actual complaints from fake customers claiming for refund but didn’t ever purchase anything from me. But the ones that did were all reimbursed if they had the order number. If there is anyone else that has a order number and did not receive your orders or refund please contact me so I can make sure it is settled. It’s a privilege and a blessing that I don’t take for granted in creating beautiful jewelry and having loyal customers that put their trust in my diligence to deliver. The jewelry I handmade and created was my expression of my heart and the blessings in my life that I loved. It was my aspiration of a new start a new life. I made 3 different orders with Mauis Dream Jewels. One on 3/12, one on 4/27, and one on 5/13. It is now 8/10 and I still have not received any of the products that I ordered when it says that orders should only take 4-6 weeks. I started seeing on social media that other people were experiencing the same thing I was so I contacted the owner Reyna and asks about my orders. She said they would be sent out within the next week. After a week went by I still didn't receive anything in the mail so I contacted her again. This time I asked her to refund me for all 3 orders because I spent hundreds on products that I hadn't received when it's been over 4 months. She said she had refunded me and that the money would appear in my account in 7-10 business day. It has been over 2 weeks since then and I still haven't gotten a penny of my money back. I contacted her again about her refunding me and she read my message and didn't reply. So I messaged her again and still no reply back.

Bought an item in May and still didn't receive the item. Reyna told me months ago that she would ship out my items but still nothing.

Purchased jewelry from company on May 14, received no jewelry or refund from company.

Still waiting on an item from an order from Nov. 2017, two items from an order in Feb. 2018, and another item from May 2018. Maui's Dream Jewels website claims turn around time no longer than 6 weeks, it's been more than 6 months for items that I already paid for. I understand MDJ is a one man business but the owner Reyna B continues to have promotion sales to this day. If you can't handle the work load stop taking orders. At this point I feel like it is a scam.

I ordered two pieces from this business on April 24, 2018. I was promised to have the product shipped to me 10-12 business days after I ordered it. So I waited patiently I even waited for three months before saying anything. I saw on her website that if the product doesn't arrive by the promise time period that I could contact the business. So I contacted the business on Wednesday June 13, 2018. I spoke with Ms. and she guaranteed me that I'd receive the two pieces by Monday. I contacted her on Monday and she never answered any of my calls since then. I have left her many voicemails. Many emails. Still to this day I have NOT GOTTEN ANY RESPONSE. All I want is my jewelry I ordered I paid for those pieces and haven't received it.

Maui's Dream Jewels owner Reyna B is a scammer. When you order you are immediately charged, then you will never receive your order. I am currently waiting on jewelry from more than 10 months ago. Yes almost a year later. I have sent many emails with no response or responding by playing dumb. Do not get tricked by her daily "sales". You are better off spending the extra money and buying jewelry from a company that actually sends the package. Reyna needs to be shut down.

I ordered over $200 worth of jewelry back in April 2018 did not receive updates on my products or tracking information. Asked for a refund after 3 months of not receiving my products and business owner claims to have processed my money but my bank did not receive anything and it’s been 14 business days since. I have no jewelry and no money from this woman but she has my money.

All orders that are made during a sale cannot be cancelled nor refunded. We do state that the processing time for each order is 4-6 weeks on our site and on Instagram, we try to respond to every single message that we receive in a timely manner but mind you that it is a one person working and designing everything.

I am extremely disappointed/disgusted in MDJ. I found them on *** and really enjoyed the look of their products in their photos. I have a few friends from Maui who were also following them, so I thought "Hm, they must be good then! I think I'll purchase something!" I had ordered a necklace from the website, little did I know a long waiting period was apart of the deal. She kept posting on her site and *** that her products require a 4-6 week production period. Sure, I'm fine with that. So, I waited patiently. It was also mentioned that customers are NOT allowed to e-mail unless the production period time passed. Once it passed the 6 week production time, I kindly e-mailed the company asking for an update of when I should be expecting it. No response for 3 days. I noticed she is ALWAYS active on her ***, so I sent her a personal message on *** asking if they check their email often. No response. I then found the phone number via this site and called it twice three days after I sent the Insta message, no response. I sent another email, requesting for my order to be cancelled and a refund. She FINALLY responded to my email after I commented on one of her *** photos, requesting her to check her email (she later deleted the comment off the photo). She BSed and said "I believe we did respond to your email regarding your order. We have processed your order and your piece is finished. We will be sending it out tomorrow. Mahalo!" She completely ignored the fact that I told her to CANCEL my order and wanted a REFUND. I sent her 2 additional emails an hour after her response, restating that I DID NOT WANT THE PRODUCT. No response from her. Yet, as I predicted, she STILL sent out the package. I have not and will not open the product because I AM SENDING IT BACK. I am currently working the process of getting a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OR HER. AWFUL.

Did not receive items that I paid for. Purchased products from this business on May 5, 18, 19 and June 2, 2018, totaling $426.59 I have yet to receive my purchases. Owner kept saying products would be sent out but I never received it. Said she emailed me a tracking number but never received, then she sent just the tracking number by its self, tracked number for 1 whole week and it only said label created, explained to her that I tracked it and it hasn't even been delivered to post office, she insist that she dropped it off. Asked for a refund and she said she can't give refunds on sale items. She comes up with all kinds of excuses but no products in my hand. Its been 3 months and I haven't received anything yet.

I Ordered a necklace and a pair of earrings on April 18, 2018 and never received my order. I reached out through email and never got a response and I reached out through Instagram message and it finally got a response and she said she would look into my package for me because she said it sent out even though I never got a confirmation or tracking number. I reached out several times after not hearing back about my order again asking for a refund. I still haven’t gotten a response or refund back.

I placed an order with Mauis Dream Jewels on May 13, 2018 for 2 necklaces with a total of $89.94 under the impression that her turn around time was 3-4 weeks, as it was stated on her social media/instagram page. At the time, her turn around time was now posted on her website. As I was under the impression that it would take 3-4 weeks for my items to ship I was okay with this and proceeded to place my order. It is now June 27, over a month later, and I have not received my order, a shipping confirmation, or even an email explaining that she changed her turn around time. I sent the business owner an email through her website on June 21, 2018, stating that I would like a refund since it already had been beyond the 3-4 week turn around time which was stated on her website at the time of purchase. Before sending out this first email, I checked her website as well as her social media instagram page for her business and it stated that the turn around time was 3-4 weeks. While waiting for a response, checking her social media the next day, it NOW states that the turn around time is 4-6 weeks, which she had changed AFTER receiving my email. On June 22, 2018 I sent an email giving her the benefit of the doubt that she is running the business on her own, but since she ignored my email request for a refund due to the fact that she had lied about her turn around time by suddenly changing it after I sent an email, I stated that, "since it has been made so difficult with zero communication it is best that I just receive my refund." Reyna, the business owner, also stated on her instagram account that she is not going to respond to emails, but as a business owner you cannot do that. And with zero communication I am furious, without a product, and without the money that I had given to this business that is not taking anything seriously. In addition to this, it has been plastered all over social media like facebook, instagram, and twitter, that she is a scam artist.

I ordered twice (April 23rd and May 1st). About two weeks ago, I received one item from my order on May 1st. However, when I asked her where my other items were, she said they would be shipped out that week (June 15th to be exact).. She said she was on back order with material, and offered to switch products, so I did reluctantly. Also, I told her I’m leaving on vacation it hopefully speed up the process. Today, June 25th, the shipping confirmation says “label created, awaiting item” it has said this since June 19th. That means that the item was not actually shipped out. She said that my package is on the way despite what the tracking number says, so she won’t give me a refund. Even though, the post office says it actually wasn’t shipped out, just the label was created. I've tried to gt a refund but she ignores my emails and messages.

After numerous attempts for delivery of paid goods and subsequently a request for refund, the issue is still unresolved. There has been no communication or attempts for resolution from this business.

Over the course of the year that MDJ was operating, we received alittle under 2000 orders from across the world. While I ran MDJ, I believe I took on more than I could handle at once and that caused the lack of communication, delay in orders and poor follow through. Thankfully, my family stepped in to help with orders and refunded everyone that was in need of one. It was about 3% of you that I dropped the ball with. There were actual complaints from fake customers claiming for refund but didn’t ever purchase anything from me. But the ones that did were all reimbursed if they had the order number. If there is anyone else that has a order number and did not receive your orders or refund please contact me so I can make sure it is settled. It’s a privilege and a blessing that I don’t take for granted in creating beautiful jewelry and having loyal customers that put their trust in my diligence to deliver. Was charged for items I never check out or ordered. Charge was $92.00. Never got a confirmed about the order or anything. Never received items. Had 2 previous orders before this that I never received yet that was placed in January it is now June. I've emailed seller 15 times trying to get a refund for items and for unauthorized charged of $92.00 since February

I do notice that you were refunded n 11/3/18 so I am assuming that this has already been resolved but regardless, thank you for your support!

I placed an order with Reyna on March 24th, 2018. She stated that there is a 3-4 week turn around Time and it’s now June. I paid 121.19 and inquired about my order several Times and got no response until I made a negative comment on one of her post about the jewelry. She deleted the comment immediately and felt the need to apologize and explain how she is one person running the business, making the jewelry, running social media and trying to respond as fast as she can. But she fails to email her paying customers to give them updates on their products. Yes she may have order the parts for her pieces but she fails to even follow up and let us know she is working on our orders. Instead she feels the need to post on social media of how much she is making and how she should set her goals higher? Um you can’t even respond or get back to us about our requests of where your at with our order and she can’t even respond with our refund. I made the mistake of placing another order on June 2nd to try and get her attention to show her I would be a great customer and support her small business. I still have yet to hear from her about any of my orders. It’s very unprofessional, I feel like she’s scamming people into buying her jewelry but yet FAILS to even respond or give updates. Her company needs to be shut down for good and fined for stealing peoples money and ontop of that she NEEDS TO REFUND EVERYONE that she hasn’t fulfilled orders for.

This woman, took my money gave something that was totally different from the picture says she offers refunds if I’m totally dissatisfied and than refused my refund and has done it to hundreds of others she is basically stealing people’s money!

I order some item on May 4th/18 and I never received my items but my card was charged. She doesn't answered calls or send the items.
Be careful with this business, she just take your money so she can go to Disneyland and other places as posted on instagram but she doesn;t intend to deliver anything.
Is just scam

Maui dream jewels has beautiful unique pieces of jewelry but because it is a one man business, the orders are not reicieved in a timely manner. I am currently waiting on a order from early feburary and I have gave up on a piece I never reicieved from an order in November which was several months ago. After messaging the business several times with no response.
