Maui's Dream Jewels has failed to provide proper customer service and has fabricated information on the businesses social media account. Claims that it is a ONE person business thus they are unable to apply to customers in a timely manner to review orders, answer questions etc etc. Continues to advertise promotions for her products without being able to maintain a workload. Customers wait over 6 weeks to receive items, advertises for priority shipping and fails to oblige by it. Boasts about sales on personal social media accounts, it is clear she can't turn the money away. By not providing customers with the product they have purchased while continuing to collect funds makes her a scam!

The company boasts about great customer relationships and a 3-4 week turn around time. I placed an order over 5 weeks ago and have reached out to check on the status of this order many times, but have gotten no response. Poor work and company ethic. The company also pokes fun and blasts customers who have very valid issues with the company on its Instagram. If a 3-4 week turn around time is promised, a customer has every right to be upset when this time is passed and should not be blasted on instagram. How unprofessional of this business!

Did not receive items that I paid for. Messaged/Emailed the owner many times. Owner kept saying products would be sent out but I never received it. She also said she would issue a refund but failed to do so.

I would like to first off thank you for supporting Mauis Dream Jewels and placing an order. Over the course of the year that MDJ was operating, we received alittle under 2000 orders from across the world. As the business owner, I (Reyna B), played all roles to keep my business running smoothly. As a NEW business owner, I ofcourse have had a lot to learn and will continue to learn the ins and outs of being an entrepreneur. While I ran MDJ, I believe I took on more than I could handle at once and that caused the lack of communication, delay in orders and poor follow through. Thankfully, my family stepped in to help with orders and refunded everyone that was in need of one. It was about 3% of you that I dropped the ball with. There were actual complaints from fake customers claiming for refund but didn’t ever purchase anything from me. But the ones that did were all reimbursed if they had the order number. If there is anyone else that has a order number and did not receive your orders or refund please contact me so I can make sure it is settled. It’s a privilege and a blessing that I don’t take for granted in creating beautiful jewelry and having loyal customers that put their trust in my diligence to deliver. The jewelry I handmade and created was my expression of my heart and the blessings in my life that I loved. It was my aspiration of a new start a new life. I would not be where I am today if it were not for your support while my business was operating. I would like to begin operating my jewelry business again, with hopes that my business is more successful this time around and truly just would like to continue doing something I have a passion for. MDJ helped me provide for my son and I was always happy seeing girls from all over the world wear my pieces. If there is anything that I can do to rectify this complaint, please let me know. Otherwise, I just wanted to reach out and apologize for the lack of communication and customer service. I am striving for a better business this time around and again, I appreciate your support when MDJ was operating.

I purchased a product from this business on January 4 2018. I have yet to receive my purchase. I have made multiple attempts to get in contact with owner, but she has only replied once. The first time I reached out to her was about a month later, and she assured me that I would get my product by Valentine’s Day. I never received any shipping confirmation and my product was never delivered. I have made several attempts after, and she has neglected to respond to any of them. There has been no follow up or reassurance of my purchased product. I have also requested a full refund for my delayed item, but she hasn’t responded to that either. It has been 5 months since I purchased my bracelet for the allotment of $104, and nothing has been done. This is not only unprofessional, but also a scam.

I have decided to reach out to all of you because my customers meant the world to me during the worst time of my life, you all were there for me. Supporting me. I would like to apologize for the frustration that I may have caused you and also thank you for your feedback. I would not be where I am today if it were not for your support while my business was operating. I would like to begin operating my jewelry business again, with hopes that my business is more successful this time around and truly just would like to continue doing something I have a passion for. Company owner Reyna *** was contacted multiple times via email about product not received. Product ordered 1/26 with confirmed turn around time 5-10 business days. This was a valentines gift that never arrived. She emailed back the first time with response “sorry for the inconvenience we are very busy. Thanks for your patience. Hopefully you’ll get your product within the next week.”

After one month of no product I emailed again on 2/27 asking for a refund. No reponse until I emailed again with a comment about contacting Revdex.com. Reyna quickly replied, she will look into the matter and a refund will be sent. Today is 03/07 and no refund/product or follow up emails no matter.

I have attached information regarding this transaction made by ***. As I stated in my message, I am a one person business and I hand design everything on my own. There was quite a delay in my orders during the holiday season but the package was received and this customer did not send the package back. Also, because this order was during a sale promotion, there is no refund accepted. Please let me know if you need any further information. -2 attachments

I am rejecting this response because:The package was send first class mail after she received complaints from Revdex.com no sooner. I have requested a refund for 3 weeks prior and nothing. Why should I need to pay to return something to company that I had already asked for a refund. The product is still in the package on my desk as I was waiting for a response for Revdex.com. I still want a refund as I am not wearing that necklace.
