The service review is marred by the fact that they lied to me about the length of my warranty and almost made me pay out of pocket the cost of replacing a broken motor until I found the original sale documents that proved otherwiseI still can't believe that they would do this to me after I gave them my businessI know I won't be referring trusting them with my business let alone refer them to anyone I care for

Danny Mfrom McCarthy Heating and Air Conditioning inspected my water heater and other home plumbing and explained the condition of my current water heater, which was years old He was able to replace the water heater the next day and did an excellent job I would highly recommend McCarthy for you plumbing needs

Chris Tof McCarthy HVAC Services did an excellent job of contacting me before he arrived, confirmed parts he would need before he arrived, and called just before he arrived He quickly addressed a problem I was having with my humidifier system and changed out a section of natural gas flex tube with cast iron pipeHe was very polite and respectful and I had no issues having him in home

I have been using McCarthys since my water heater blew in They were the only company that returned my call on a Saturday, came in to check all out and determine what size water heater I needed and then came back on Sunday to put the new water heater inI then signed a contract for HVAC checkups annuallyThey still have a family run feel though I know they were soldEvery technician has been friendly and helpfulI have recommended them to all our friends and work colleaguesI trust them and use them for all their services!
